The property was excellent, very spacious and had all the amenities you could want. 10 minute walk to all the restaurants by Piazza Maggiore and 15 minutes to the university bars. Plenty of buses to take you to the train station in 5 minutes.

My only complaint, the apartment complex was very loud. I could hear conversations in other apartments and knew every time somebody went to the toilet. I was on the first floor so my sleep was very disrupted from the noise between rooms, at times in my sleep I would wake up because it sounded like somebody was in my room. Nonetheless, I would still stay here again I would just recommend some soundproofing.

The hotel is located in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions. This made it very convenient to explore the city on foot. The self-check-in process was very easy and convenient. I received all the instructions via email and was able to check into my room without any problems. The room was clean and tidy. There were enough towels, and the capsule coffee maker was a nice addition.

However, there were a few negatives that I would mention. The cold concrete floor was a bit of a surprise, and the shower stall was a bit small. I would recommend adding some rugs or carpets to the room to make the floor more comfortable

The keys was easy to pick up. One code to open the door makes the security good. and then the second keys was for the property. This makes it double safe for those who are concerned about that. The beds were clean and comfy. The washing machine came very handy and was good for use. There was shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the shower which was clean. Coffee and sugar provided too with coffee maker. This property does meet expectations and is super convenient to get to town about 5-10 min walk.

We had a minor issue with the air-conditioning because all the heaters were on full when we arrived. Keep in mind this was winter so they put it on for comfort probably. When we wanted to use the aircon to cool the place down quicker the message was received on the app but a solution was never provided. Maybe a sheet with instructions would have been handy for these type of things? Again minor inconvenience. We just used the windows to ventilate the room :)

The room was very spacious and renovated, it was well equipped with everything one might need, it was within walking distance from the city center and all sights/monuments but the street was very quiet so we could relax when we were in the room. The beds were big and comfortable and sheets-towels were good quality, and when we checked in the room was clean.

Shower extremely narrow, so showering was not very comfortable but the rest of the bathroom was big. Besides the bathroom one, there was no other mirror in the room, in such a big room a full body mirror could be added. Also, nobody cleaned the room for the 4 days we were in there, but I'm not sure whether it came in the deal or not.

The location was perfect. We were 10 minutes from the train and town. Everything was walkable. The rooms were beautiful, newly decorated and very clean. The facility was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. All of the electrical was updated. The host was lovely and very helpful in helping when we asked questions about Verona. The host many suggestions on where to eat and what to do. We even took a day trip to Venice which was very easy given the train station is so close.

There was nothing that could have been better.

The location was great, close to a lot of shops , restaurants, and less than a mile to the center of the historic center. The apartment was clean , quiet and had plenty of space for two people .

The parking was OK, a little tight getting in and out, but that is typical for European cities. Also about 1/2 of a mile away from apartment. This was not a huge problem for us because we didn't need to access the car during our stay.

The apartment itself was ideal with everything that you could ask for a 2 week stay. The kitchen was large with a couch and a table & chairs. It had a washing machine and a drying rack for washing clothes. a big fridge and a great stove, the apartment was within walking distance to the centre of town approximately 2o minutes. There was a supermarket and several cafes within 5 minutes walk away

the bed was a bit hard for our individual liking. The cleaners used the elevator for all their cleaning goods which meant we had to take the steep stairs- luckily we were on the 1st floor. We needed to call an Uber to get to the Train station as it was slightly beyond comfortable walking distance

Really easy to gain access, the hosts communication was great. Luggage storage was really easy and in a great part of town.

The floors/ceilings were a little thin so you could hear footsteps from the room above or the people below but it wasn’t a problem. The guests below were a little loud late one night but I messaged the hotel on WhatsApp and the replied quickly and said they’d ask them to be quiet. Honestly nothing to worry about.

This room is truly amazing, honestly one of the best I've stayed in, it exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the city of Bologna.

There is nothing bad about this accommodation. I could stay there 365 days a year.

No drying rack No soundproof at all, you hear neighbours till 2 am and another from 6 am I would recommend to check with cleaners if they do vacuum, as we found 1 peace of glass on the bed and by husband stepped on another one on the floor and I needed to take it out
