Located in a very good district of Bologna in a close walking distance from city center this well maintained property has a charming garden and spacious family rooms. A big advantage for car travelers is the car parking inside the private garden and the position of the house which is on the ring road of the city center. Also i found very convenient the electronic system and application used through smart phones for checking in and unlocking gates and doors of the property without keys,cards or any necessary human involvement.

To my opinion , matrix on the double bed was too soft and curvy in the middle and needs to be replaced.

As the say in real estate: location, location... The room is in a posh, leafy part of the city, very different compared to the center, just 10-15 minutes away. The nice surprise is that you have a few restaurants very close but outside the touristy spots. Just turn left, walk like 7 minutes and you will reach Porta Saragozza, where you will find the excellent Bistrot Bonaccorsi and a few meters to its left on Via Saragozza the best Sorbetteria we ever came across. Now to the room itself. Ours had a balcony and it was very nice to sip the morning coffee (provided by the GCR) while admiring the somptuous villas across. Kudos for that. The room was spatious and it was cleaned every day.

When we arrived three hours later (Ryanair...) the room we booked was not availabe and we were treated with sort of a spare. It seemed a problem had occured with the initial room reserved for us. Not the ideal way to start a holiday, because you cannot really unpack - but next morning we were promptly moved to the one agreed on. However, GCR was fair and we got a compensation deal.

Clean, easy and private in /out. Rooms worked well for our family of 4 with ample space as kids got their own room. Location just outside ZTL superb for us with a car. Parking on-site a plus. Owner reached out on WhatsApp before our arrival and was quick to respond with suggestions and answers to questions Easy to walk into city center with lovely restaurants nearby. Felt safe. Corner Cafe was excellent for breakfast.

Large bathroom but no hooks for towels or clothes. It should be easy to install a few hooks and a bar for hand towels.

Nice area, very queit, short distance to centro storico. Super easy to access, good descriptons and staff very helpful and friendly, they responded immidately on all my questions, helped me by ordering a taxi, let me known it was a bit late, and I could leave my luggage at the place after checkout. Travelled alone, came back quite late in the evenings, very safe area! ❤️

The owners left no stone unturned to make this property comfortable. It is immaculately clean and well taken care of. The bedsheets were bright white and the facilities were second to none. The smart TVs were huge and there were even facilities like Netflix. Fridge in the room was adequate for storing butter and milk and ACS were just right. It also seems that owners like to spoil guests as we also found complimentary bottles of water, an espresso machine with a good supply of coffee, tea, milk and sweets for the children in abundant supply. The owners also took the time to create a very good app with all important historical sites listed with directions. The property also has an outside area where one can read a book under the shade of the beautiful mature trees. We even had ample parking which proved to be very useful as with the apartment being so central we ended up going everywhere on foot and leaving the car there! We will definitely be visiting this property again as it is highly recommended

The room we booked is behind a gated entry with a possibility to park your car if needed, which is great. It is in an interesting part of the city close to a park, where we had a chance to visit community evening program immediately after our arrival, which made us feel welcome. The room was on the basement level, but very clean with airconditioning.

There is no staff, which isn't much of a problem, but any issues one might face while there, such as parking or payment is done via whatsapp and payment is through a link/paypal/on-line only which feels a bit strange. Response from the owner to any issues/questions was quick though.

The hotel was easy to get to, the owners were very helpful, the rooms were clean and everything from finding the keys to paying went smoothly.

- All contact with the owners was done online (via Whatsapp). In principle, this can be a good thing, but on a business trip it was a bit of a challenge to get the invoice with the right address. But it worked out in the end. In defence of the owners, I must mention that we checked in late (after 20:00) and had to leave early (before 8:00). - There was no breakfast. But this is only a small point, because it is easy to find something in the surrounding area.

Great location near city center, shops, restaurants and close to hiking area. The room has free Netflix, heating and a fridge. The room is also cleaned about every other day. Fast and nice response from the staff and very easy to communicate and acommodating.

We couldnt connect to the wifi during frist 2-3 days and it probably took longer to fix due to the weekend.

It was a nice space close access to centre of Bologna that was comfortable and safe.

Although there was an Electric jug and Coffee maker, there was only plastic soft drink containers no glasses or mugs.

The location was fantastic, just a leisurely walk from the city centre. The area was also quiet at night. The staff were also very helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage at in our rooms before we left

The toilet seat was not properly attached to the toilet which made it quite hard to use but apart from that the stay was fantastic.
