All was fantastic, and most of it the host - Mrs. Maria. She is very helpful, friendly and kind person and so is her english speaking help - Lorenzo! Their effort to help with the everything is unique - made me feel like staying with my own family:) On technical side - the accomodation is a beautifull, shared apartment, cosy and tastefully furnished with all the amenities you need. The host lives-in, but you have your own privacy and you dont feel you are visiting. Location is for everybody easy to judge. Moreover Bologna transport is perfect and there is no problem easily to explore also outside the city! If you are foodie, I recomend Osteria dei Griffoni, fantastic food, unique atmosphere, sympatic proprietor and bonus is - it is like 10m from the your accomodation:)

If you are traveling by car, you may be limited by its size, as the accomodation is more/less in the historic centre and the roads are pretty tight. This is also connected to the parking itself, which can be a pickle;)

The refrigerator was stocked with delicious fruit; A variety of yummy pastries were provided; Many teas to choose from and coffee too. There were great restaurant suggestions,, and the owners guided us to an outstanding gelato place. The owners were also extremely accommodating when we were delayed at the airport due to a taxi strike. They fielded our phone calls and even suggested coming to get us if necessary. They waited up for us to get there long after check-in time and gave us a very warm welcome. They were also very kind when I discovered I had forgotten my cell phone after we had departed in the early morning, and they cheerfully opened the door for me so I could retrieve it.

super clean. landlord Maria is such a kind lady. always tried to help and accommodate her guest. I said I am always cold, and she gave me one more duvet, two blankets. such a nice person. a lot of food, for breakfast and snacks, fruits, etc. really plenty. I am so happy with it. she also helped to book a taxi for me. as it is during an exhibition period, it was hard to get taxi. and she really helped.

location, it is indeed in the old town, 10 min walking to center. but there is no restaurent right next to the home. not convenient especially when it was raining or cold outside. stairs, not a problem for me. but maybe family with older or small kids should pay attention no kitchen, not an issue for me. but for me its ok, there is a microwave. water supply like wash hands, or bathroom is upstairs.

- Great location very close to the historic center - Spacious room - Breakfast was fine with a lot of snacks - Housecleaning every day - Central heating at night - You can leave the luggage in the hall after check out

- The room is a part of the hosts appartment and is only separated by a sliding door. This means that you can hear every thing going on and there is no lock for the door. - The wifi was a bit unstable - No tea kitchen with water

It was such a lovely time! Localization was perfect, it was very close to all attractions. Everyday cleaning, fresh fruits. Maria was very nice - she helped us with a check out in the night and she organized us a transport to the airport (which wasn’t easy in Bolonia at 3.30!). Thanks so much! And see you soon (I hope!)!

Absolutely nothing!

The owner of the apartment was very kind and helpful lady. The apartment was very close to the piazza maggiore and the main attractions. The room, living room and bathroom was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was supplied in the apartment; the fridge and shelves have quite a lot of options for the breakfast.

The apartment is on a tiny street and taxi driver stopped at 100 m away. You need to carry your luggage.

Maria and Sergio welcomed us to their lovely apartment. It is in a great location and on a very quiet street. They provided delicious and healthy food for breakfast. This apartment is a perfect place to stay while in Bologna.

Perfect location… property was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was in the fridge very adequate. Restaurant recommended was amazing. I would highly recommend this property if you are going to Bolonga. 6 ⭐️

Very beautiful, spacious appartment. All was very clean and well equipped. The host Maria was very helpful and nice, and Lorenzo was a great help with English and directions. Maria left for us a lot of snacks for breakfast (muffins, cookies, bread, jogurts etc.), beverages, coffee. Location is very close to historical center. Perfect place to stay ;) Thanks for having us!

The apartment is beautifully decorated, super cozy and has everything you could ever need, plus it's sparkling clean. It's also really close to the city center, which is awesome. Ms. Maria is an amazing host - super kind and always there to help out.
