Stayed 2 nights in this wonderful cosy hotel. Nothing to complain about. The rooms were comfortable and clean as were the beds. Right next to the bell tower but insulation was good and no complaints about noise. the location was as central as it got being right next to Piazza Maggiore. Staff were most helpful when we needed an extra room and gave a special rate for that! walkabel to most of central verona which means yummy foods ! great climate control given its winter!

Location was central. Easy to walk everywhere. Breakfast every morning was plentiful with a large assortment to choose from. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful with dinner reservations, etc... We had a suite on the 3rd floor and there was plenty of room to relax without feeling confined. Pillows and bed were comfortable. With the hotel situated off of the main piazza, we were concerned about the noise level. Happily, we had no trouble with the outside noise that some other travelers mentioned in their review. We would definitely stay here again

Lighting in the bathroom.

The location is amazing right in the centre and our room was gorgeous, very comfortable and spotless with all the facilities you would want. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good quality with a lot of different options. The only slightly negative thing I would say is that being right on the main square it can be a bit noisy in the evening but it didn’t bother us unduly and I took that as the price you pay for being so central.

I like the cozy vibe the hotel gives you, just like a second home ; it is also centrally located and near the main attractions and shopping streets.

The only minus is that the air conditioning activation system is not controlled in the room. Even if you turn it off, it will start to work in the middle of the night. Solution to the problem: the staff arranged for me to have it switched off completely.

Perfect boutique hotel in a perfect location. Not only did we get a free upgrade to a suite but everything about the hotel was, well, perfect: light, spacious room, beds extremely comfortable, bathroom excellent, good wifi, amazing breakfast, impeccable service, outstanding decor - old world but neither old-fashioned nor remotely shabby. For me, a great hotel is all in the details and they get them all right, everything fully thought out from the guest's point of view.. We were overlooking the IV Novembre square, facing the Torre dell'Orlogio and the side of the Palazzio d'Accursio, right next to the Piazza Maggiore. Because we were leaving most of our luggage in our hire car, we used their private garage, which is five minutes walk away, very good for the historic centre.

Loved the location, and the breakfast was amazing! The room was very spacious and also quiet considering how noisy the local streets are once outside!

Wardrobes didn’t fit a full length dress but that didn’t matter too much. Slight confusion with staff about booking taxi’s and none being available due to an event in the town centre. This meant we had to rush to the train station on foot to catch our flight.

The hotel is charming and has character. It is located just off the Piazza Maggiore, near enough to walk easily but far enough to reduce most of the noise from the piazza. The room was comfortable and perfectly adequate for two people. Breakfast was a buffet on the premises. There were nice restaurants nearby, including a couple right across the side street from the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I can't think of any drawbacks to this hotel.

Excellent and friendly staff. Excellent location right off the main square, walking distance to multiple attractions, restaurants, shopping and the train station. Very nice rooms with large space and nice bathrooms. Staff also went above and beyond and helped me when I left behind some gifts I had purchased.

The only thing that could have been improved was the quality of the breakfast. I would have preferred less options and better quality. Although I thought it was fair for the price.

We stayed at Art Hotel last week and would definitely return. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and our room was so comfortable and had everything we needed. A special thank you to Lorenza for making us feel so relaxed and welcome after a stressful situation prior to our arrival. The hotel is an oasis in the beautiful historical part of Bologna. Thanks to everyone in the Hotel.

The location was excellent just close to piazza maggiore. Family run personal service. All the staff were really good, very friendly and helpful. Front desk and breakfast service was perfect. The room was cosy, comfortable and kept very clean. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linen. Amenities in the room were good with a powerful hairdryer!

There was inadequate facilities for relaxing, just a small seating area near the breakfast room. It is rated as a 4 star hotel, but has Inadequate bar and food service for a 4 star hotel.
