Amazing place in the very heart of Bologna. This is probably one of the few places (if not the only one) that allows you to stay in the most central area of Bologna and still in a quiet room where you can have a restful sleep. The owner has been extremely kind, welcoming, and ready to answer any question very quickly. Our rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and properly sized. Moreover, linens and towels were of very high quality. I would say without a doubt that this is where I want to stay every time I return to Bologna. In summary: - extremely kind owner - very clean and spacious rooms - right in the very heart of Bologna - very quiet - lift

The location was amazing!! Being inside the Galleria ensured absolute quiet…we didn’t hear a thing at night …so peaceful when we were ready to go to bed. And the AC was on point!!

Offsite parking..it’s the only reason I gave it a 9 instead of a 10… we had a lot of bags.. the logistics were a little stressful when we arrived. But, the host,Roberto, found me outside and helped us get the bags into the room and once that was all situated, it was smooth sailing… the A/C was top notch! And let me say the housekeeping was wonderful, Spoke good English, gave us extra coffees and snacks and towels, and it was lovely staying at a property inside the galleria/mall!! Who doesn’t wanna live next to Louis Vuitton and Gucci for a few days😍

his place was very nice. Location was amazing. There were 3 rooms upstairs in the mall accessible by elevator or stairs. We were in room 1. There was daily housekeeping and the room was immaculate. Waters and snacks were provided and replenished daily. The only negative about the room was the air conditioner was not turned on for the season but the fan worked well and the windows opened to allow a nice breeze in the evenings. With the windows open you do need to be accustomed to street noise. Richard was a wonderful host and very responsive to all of our needs. Highly recommend B&B

I recently stayed at B&B Galleria Cavour and was extremely pleased with what I received for the price. The facility is very small but perfect for a couple and a short stay. The location is unbeatable—you literally sleep over Prada, YSL, and Rolex boutiques as well as all must to see monuments and buildings! The complimentary drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. I also suggest that B&B Galleria Cavour should consider making agreements with nearby eateries for discounted breakfast or similar offers for even better experience. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and the location is truly second to none.

However, I do feel that Booking.com should revise their criteria for selecting “parking” in your criteria. In this case, the prime, ancient central area doesn’t support private parking at the facility itself but appears in your search. Instead, parking is available 10-20 minutes away by foot and requires a separate payment (25-35 € daily). Drivers will get my point. :)

It was our first B/B experience. Self check in was very practical n time saving operation. The location was very central, walking distance to every where. We arrived there by car but as we needed a special permit to enter the central, had to park to a nearby garage which was suggested but the owner of the B/B where we had also had 20% of discount:) The owner welcomed us and gave us few explanations. The room was very beautifully decorated, the bed was comfy. The treats were very generous:) The owner was very related, asked us if we needed anything by contacting us. Access to the place was very easy.

It's not that I didn't like but I would have preferred a little sofa to sit on :)

Parking is an issue, need to walk far distances with your luggage.

The location was excellent, safe, close to all the lovely restaurants & shops, as well as very clean. The hosts are SO attentive and lovely, any issues we had they were readily available to help and were able to assist us with a late check out, which was so appreciated.

It was a little difficult to find the entrance, however the host was quickly available to assist and help us with our bags to the room. The air con was a little temperamental so we had to use the windows at night for air, which was fine as it was cool, wouldn't be great in the summer months though. Also the shower had a tendency to flood the bathroom.

I didn’t like that the walls are very thin, you can hear guests coming in and out of the B & B. It was not at all the size I expected although it was clean. It did not have a traditional bed and breakfast feel. There was no breakfast and the owners were not there to greet us. I would only stay here overnight but it would not be comfortable to stay longer than 1 night.

The location is outstanding. Close to the Neptune Statue and the Plaza Maggiore. Lots of great restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. The help and personal attention from Ginevra were very welcome - she made the process of checking in easy and even upgraded our room for the first few nights of our stay since a larger room was available. Facility is clean and modern.

Rooms were a bit small but accurately described on the site.

This boutique hotel is in an exceptional place and is very good. I even overslept and the staff there was mindful and respected that. The room is very clean and the bed is sooooo comfortable. I highly recommend it.

The fact that there was no breakfast which I advise the property to start including in the price.
