I traveled alone. For one person it was a big enough room with a double bed. The check in was completely automatic and the doors open with codes. The location is great, totally in the center. In 5 minutes walk you are everywhere. There was also an air-condition in the room which is necessary in the summer. Worked well and without making noise. Good value for money.

The wall between the apartments is very thin and you can easily listen to the people in the adjacent apartment. Sleeping might be difficult if certain activities take place late at night (which was in my case and is unfortunate, the apartment is very quiet otherwise). Being in the very historic center of Bologna, it is difficult to park. You should calculate additional cost of 15 to 30 euros per night if traveling by car and want to park close to the center.

The room was beautifully decorated in a modern but cosy style. Yes, the window is covered but as the room felt airy it didn't bother me. Bed was super comfy.

One has to understand that there is no reception and all communication is online. It worked fine but if you're not keen to rely on codes and text message conversations to find your room and get in etc, then that's not for you. It was also quite noisy late night and early morning when guests arrive or leave. You can hear any conversation from the corridor and the doors very clearly.

Excellent location right next to old town, towers and lots of restaurants and vibe! The apartment is located in a beautiful building. The elevator was well appreciated with our apartment being on the top floor! Loved the roof top view from the little terrace too.

No fridge was a challenge, as we bought cheeses and snacks for the kids and couldn't keep cold drinks either. The aircon is not very efficient, but works just enough if run 24hrs on stop and with all windows and curtains shut to keep the sun out.

I liked the location, the small balcony, the view from the terrace too.

The 'breakfast' was an expresso machine, paper cups and 2 capsules, but nothing else. I would have expected a water heater, and a more ample choice of teabags, sugar and sweetener. Possibly also a small packet of 2-4 biscuits. There are many good bars everywhere in Bologna, but maybe when travelling one wants to have a less minimal breakfast without having to go out. Also, in the night I awoke thinking it was raining, but it was the noise of the heater. I would have also preferred to have the option of leaving the room at 11 am and not 10.

I loved the cleanliness and simplicity of my room, it was a lovely sunlight-filled space, substantial towels provided, with hair-dryer, television and temperature control. Shower great too, nice water pressure in my room. Also happy I could open my window for fresh air. Also, the quick, easy and autonomous check-in process. Location is perfect, couldn’t be better located. Nice to have a bottle of water on arrival also. Staff easy to contact also. Grazie mille.

It would’ve been nice to have complimentary coffee available in my room or in the communal kitchen, just adds a nice touch to a stay, even if we’re in amongst so many cafes, it’s nice to get one in before you face the business of Bologna.

The location was perfect! The room was basic but very modern, fresh and nicely decorated.

It would have been nicer to be able to have the blind up and not overlook derelict parts of the next building and the roof vents!

The location was brilliant. Located in a beautiful building directly in the city centre of Bologna, we enjoyed walking around to the many wonderful eateries and shops nearby. Super cute attic style room with a private patio overlooking the rooftops of Bologna. With one queen bed and 3 separate futons, this was perfect for our family of 5!

This is not an apartment so much as a studio suite like a hotel room. But seeing as we weren't looking to cook or do laundry etc, this was the perfect stay for us.

The locations was perfect! The staff was really helpful and went out of their way to help us find places to eat, store our luggage, visit etc. The room was nice, clean, really quiet and the view from the balcony alone was amazing.

Nothing. Having to leave I guess! Would definitely recommend and will be coming back next time we're in Bologna.

Superb location, beautiful, clean quiet room. Bed was amazing! Huge and comfortable! Everything we needed.

Even with the written instructions, the entrance gates were still difficult to find. Staff were helpful using video call to guide us, but a simple photograph of the entrance would be very helpful.

Excellent location, in the centre of the city and easy to access. The check in is completely online with no reception, but the communication via WhatsApp is very good. The room was super clean and comfortable, with coffee machine. It was also very nice that they let me leave my bags for a few hours before catching the train.
