The hotel has an excellent location in the historical center of the city. All amenities for its category are available. The staff is competent and friendly. Cleanliness is at a high level, as well as all other services offered by the hotel.In the interior, old components have been preserved, which I like very much. You can feel the spirit of the historic city.I highly recommend it for a business or leisure stay. All photos and information materials correspond to the reality.

The temperature in the room could not rise above the minimum for the season to a bearable level, which is a problem for me.

Solo traveller with car and wanted to visit Bologna in a day & night. I couldn't have picked a begger spot. The location is ubeatable if you are looking to explore the city centre. It represents excellent value for money. The room was reasonably spacous and the bed was very comfortable. Shower a little small but does the job. The real win here is the parkng. You are literally parking in the very centre lf the centro storico where its almost impossible to park. Park and sleep in the centre of everything which is all.at walking distance to your front door You wont need the car from.here unless eavinhg the historic centre. Beatrice was friendly and helpful at reception and also gave me an excellent restaurant recommendation nearby.

The location is amazing. It’s close to a lot sightseeing spots but the best for me: it’s close to a less touristic and less posh area like the jewish quarter and university area. The building itself is also really beautiful and with its many balcony’s you can also find a sunny spot to enjoy your coffee with a great view. The common lounge area is also very beautiful and a good spot to hang out when you want to escape rain or the crowded inner city.

If you are very sensitive to noises you might need to adjust. It’s an old building and you can here some noises around you, like vacuuming cleaning or water running from the shower next door.. but no conversations or anything like that.

We had a room on 3rd floor with a balcony with a wonderful view of the Cento Historical and several Towers. There is a fire door open to a wonderful roof top terrace with the most amazing view of the Torre Duo. The room was very comfortable and thought tired looking quite charming.

The roof top bar was not open. The hairdryer in room did not work and when we ran out of water and had to ask for more on late night reception it was like being in fawlty towers sitcom! All of above made us smile!

The location was perfect for those who are looking to have a homebase and then be able to wander amongst the beautiful scenery. It is close in proximity to a number of museums, the Tower can be seen from your window if you have that side of the hotel, there are multiple little shops and restaurants within a 2 min walk. The room itself was large and comfortable and the staff very friendly. They have parking for those who have a rental car (like myself) for a charge and I felt very safe leaving the car unattended for the two days I was there.

Not the hotel, but just a note that driving to this hotel is a challenge for folks who are not used to driving in Italy, the streets are narrow and because it's in the heart of a very touristy portion of Bologna it takes a bit of nerve. Once you're there and can park - it's all forgotten, but the maps don't prepare you for the narrowness of the streets and bold pedestrians and motorcycles. Would all be a non-issue if you took a taxi or other form of transportation to the hotel from the airport (as an example).

Second time staying here, perfect location in center of Bologna and in walking distance to Piazza Maggiore, San Stefano Piazza, and many other places of interest. I walked to Pinocoteca Nazionale from the hotel u dear the porticoes. Lots of dining choices around the the hotel’s location.

The only thing this visit as the Wi-Fi was spotty. Kept killing out on me which made it hard for me to check on flight status and train connections. If I was a business traveler this would be especially aggravating, but as I.’m not it wasn’t that big a deal no I would stay at this hotel again.

The central position, very close to the two towers, was perfect, and the rooftop terrace delightful with a super view. The staff were friendly, and their suggestions very helpful. In a city like Bologna, where finding a parking space is not easy, it was great to be able to park the car in the hotel carpark, even though it was an additional cost.

Breakfast was not included in the room tariff so we didn't have it at the hotel because, for the small quantity we eat, we felt the cost was too high.

Very central hotel in the middle of the old part of the city. Surprisingly easy to reach by car and a great locked car park at the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. Clean and large rooms. For a nice dinner or glass of wine very close to the hotel we had the restaurant InCantina just 100 m away recommended by the hotel. Highly recommended. Very close to almost all sights in Bologna

Although we went in low season it got a bit pricy when parking and breakfast was added on site. The beds were a little too firm for our taste.

In the middle of it all, right beside the two central towers of Bologna. A great place to stay, day and night. Walking distance to all you have to see in the city. The terrace has an amazing view of the city. I skipped breafast for 15 Euros - would have paid it for the view alone, but since I only get coffee and a croissant, I walked to one of the many cafés around. The people at the reception were always kind, attentive, courteous - a real delight!

The decor was a bit on the spartan side. The toiletries were just OK.

The location is second to none, bang in the middle of old Bologna, close to everything you want to see, and restaurants and cafes galore at your doorstep.

It would have been nice to have a more easily accessible buffet breakfast, but the cafes immediately outside the hotel make up for that.
