The location is very central, close to all main attractions, which can be reached on foot. There are many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets very close to the property. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment provides free wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and even a washing machine. The beds were super-comfortable with hard mattresses, which is great for my back!

Since the property is quite an old building, you can hear EVERYTHING, including the water in the pipes when someone flushes the toilet. For light-sleepers - not so great. Also there's not much of a view, but we spent most of our days outdoors anyway, so that's not really an issue.

The prompt reply to the water leak of the hot water system. Although our plans were disrupted the next day due to waiting for repairs, we were compensated for our disruption

Good size room with a small kitchenette and en-suite bathroom with a washing machine in it. Very comfy bed and tons of storage space. Location is fantastic - 2-3 mins from the main square and sits in an area just behind 2 of the main shopping areas. On a evening within 2 streets is an area full of bars, restaurants etc with a real vibrancy to them. spent 3 nights in Bologna out of a ten day trip and I adored it.

I am a very light sleeper and the only covering over the window was a very thin lace / gauze type curtain which did little to cut out the light. It wouldn't stop me from staying here again but some kind of a black out curtain would vastly improve the situation

We wanted an apartment in the centre of Bologna, with easy access to the old city, cafe society and supermarkets. This studio ticked all the boxes. The booking process was simple and the check-in was hassle-free. It’s the personal touches that make any stay memorable and Valerio and his team went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, always there to answer questions, recommend restaurants, and getting up very early to assist us with luggage on our last day. We are planning to return to Bologna and would have no hesitation in staying there again. Five stars plus.

Our hotel was in a very central location. You can reach the street and the market in a few minutes. We got our key from the reception in the apartment building right across the street. Mr. Valerio helped us with everything. Everything in our room was spotless. Our room was large enough. beds and bathroom were very clean. There is always hot water. The sheets and towels were clean and the bed was comfortable. Mr. Valerio answered all our questions and told us about everywhere we could go. If we come again we are sure to stay here. The very good location in a neighbourhood with lots of cafes ,restaurants ,shopping and convenience stores. The trams were close so easy to get to the Central Station or the Duomo. Actually easy to walk to the Duomo and Galleria. This was the best place we stayed on our long trip around Italy and the hosts were welcoming and they could not have been better. Would we stay again? In a heartbeat. A week was too short.

We had two studios. Apartment number 4 was excellent 10/10. But the other apartment number 1 was only 6/10. Both had all the equipment we needed for making the food, both were clean and just perfect location. Personnel at the reception contacted us nicely several times and we got good information how to get the keys.

Studio nro 1 was not homely and you could not sit on the toilet bowl, because the front was facing only few centimeters from the wall. That is why also the ring was broken. Besides the air heat pump did not work in nro 1 and it was cold.

We stayed in Studio 3, on 8 Marsala Street. The studio was cosy, of a good size, equipped with everything we need (fully equipped kitchen, iron, coffee machine, ketle etc). It is centrally located, near all the main attractions. The area looked safe and was busy, but quiet, with nice cafe's and restaurants around. The studio looked exactly as it was in the photos. It was clean and everything was in a good condition. The office that was dealing with the property was just opposite. The people there were polite and helpful. They responded promptly to our messages. They even allowed us to stay until late noon on the day of our departure.

There is no lift in the building.

The location was elite! Only 5-10 minutes walking distance from all the main attractions and great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It was quite spacious for my family of 4, and most of all, comfortable and clean. Not to mention, the price was pretty quite good. The service was amazing. Their reception was right in front, and even though i didn't need their help, they did offer 24/7 service availability.

Staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Accommodation was in such a great location and had all the amenities you could need - air con, fridge, dishwasher etc. Would definitely stay again.
