Our two nights at Studio Vita apartments were great. We collected the keys from the hosts who are located across the road from the apartments. Very easy to access. Just press the buzzer to Studio Vita and you will be let into the door, walk along a short hallway and there you will find their office, where they check you in, take payment and give you the keys with instructions as to which key works in which door. Daniel and his colleague were very pleasant and helpful with instructions. The apartment had three keys - one for the main apartment block, one for the door the the Studio Vita apartments on the first floor (there were 5 apartments on this floor) and then one large key which is specifically for your apartment (we were Apartment #5). A little tricky at first, but once you have mastered the large key it is fine. It is a very secure door which was reassuring. The apartment was very clean and tidy, with separate bathroom (with washing machine, bidet, toilet and shower), extra towels, kitchen with table and chairs, well equipped and separate bedroom which was large and comfortable. TV was located in the bedroom. The location is also perfect to access the city centre. We did a walking tour and the meeting point was around 7 mins walk from the apartment. They are currently constructing a new tram line system right along the main shopping street but we could still move around quite well. We were also very close to a local iconic restaurant, Donatello, fourth generation family who own it and the cuisine is very authentic. The tiramisu was outstanding! I would highly recommend the apartments.

The street is narrow and so there is a little street noise at night but nothing too bad and you could always close the windows if needed. There is also air conditioning if you need in the mid-summer heat.

The location is very central, close to all main attractions, which can be reached on foot. There are many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets very close to the property. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment provides free wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and even a washing machine. The beds were super-comfortable with hard mattresses, which is great for my back!

Since the property is quite an old building, you can hear EVERYTHING, including the water in the pipes when someone flushes the toilet. For light-sleepers - not so great. Also there's not much of a view, but we spent most of our days outdoors anyway, so that's not really an issue.

We wanted an apartment in the centre of Bologna, with easy access to the old city, cafe society and supermarkets. This studio ticked all the boxes. The booking process was simple and the check-in was hassle-free. It’s the personal touches that make any stay memorable and Valerio and his team went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, always there to answer questions, recommend restaurants, and getting up very early to assist us with luggage on our last day. We are planning to return to Bologna and would have no hesitation in staying there again. Five stars plus.

The prompt reply to the water leak of the hot water system. Although our plans were disrupted the next day due to waiting for repairs, we were compensated for our disruption

Our hotel was in a very central location. You can reach the street and the market in a few minutes. We got our key from the reception in the apartment building right across the street. Mr. Valerio helped us with everything. Everything in our room was spotless. Our room was large enough. beds and bathroom were very clean. There is always hot water. The sheets and towels were clean and the bed was comfortable. Mr. Valerio answered all our questions and told us about everywhere we could go. If we come again we are sure to stay here. We travelled as a group and booked 2x 2 bedroom apartments. Each apartment had two large bedrooms and one bathroom with washing machine, and a separate kitchen/sofa area. Beds were firm, but we really enjoyed our stay here. Well located in a quiet street, close to nice restaurants and sights.

Apartments were a bit old and we weren’t allowed to use the lift, but neither of these things were much of an issue. We would happily stay here again.

The very good location in a neighbourhood with lots of cafes ,restaurants ,shopping and convenience stores. The trams were close so easy to get to the Central Station or the Duomo. Actually easy to walk to the Duomo and Galleria. This was the best place we stayed on our long trip around Italy and the hosts were welcoming and they could not have been better. Would we stay again? In a heartbeat. A week was too short.

We had two studios. Apartment number 4 was excellent 10/10. But the other apartment number 1 was only 6/10. Both had all the equipment we needed for making the food, both were clean and just perfect location. Personnel at the reception contacted us nicely several times and we got good information how to get the keys.

Studio nro 1 was not homely and you could not sit on the toilet bowl, because the front was facing only few centimeters from the wall. That is why also the ring was broken. Besides the air heat pump did not work in nro 1 and it was cold.

Good size room with a small kitchenette and en-suite bathroom with a washing machine in it. Very comfy bed and tons of storage space. Location is fantastic - 2-3 mins from the main square and sits in an area just behind 2 of the main shopping areas. On a evening within 2 streets is an area full of bars, restaurants etc with a real vibrancy to them. spent 3 nights in Bologna out of a ten day trip and I adored it.

I am a very light sleeper and the only covering over the window was a very thin lace / gauze type curtain which did little to cut out the light. It wouldn't stop me from staying here again but some kind of a black out curtain would vastly improve the situation

Great location and a nice apartment hotel. The room was spacious, with a separate kitchen area to the bedroom. Thanks for the traditional shutters, was nice and dark at night in the room.

Our only issue was that the air conditioning is quite loud. As a light sleeper, this was a little troublesome, and in the end, we left the AC off overnight (which was fine, the room stays quite cool)
