The location was great. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and very comfortable. Everything was modern. Very close to some great restaurants and bars and walking distance to many tourist locations.

The stairs to get up to the rooms are very steep, we were lucky there was another guest there who offered to assist us to bring the luggage up. When booking we didnt realise it was seperate to where breakfast is offered by the owner. It was only a 3 min walk or so but still not what we expected. Also there is a full kitchen and dining area with the accommodation (Rooms 1 -3) but are advised by posters that you are not permitted to use it.

Great location - right in the centre, the room faces a very quiet street so no noise even at the weekend. Super comfy bed, spacious room, kitchen space outside the in communal space. Very good breakfast - quality ingredients & choice - in a lovely calm mid century modern decorated space - great way to start your day positively. Host extremely helpful & responsive with restaurant and wine bar recommendations. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Steep winding stairs going up to room could be an issue if you have a heavy case. Shower lacked pressure. No flexibility for an earlier breakfast despite the note in the room mentioning it, so we had to skip it the first morning to catch a train to make a winery visit, which was a shame as it was a really yummy filling breakfast and they make good coffee.

Perfect location near the main Piazza, museums, University, restaurants etc. Spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast given that it’s Italy - very nice! Good contact with the personel, all very informative.

The room wasn’t cosy. The floor was in a very cold style - not nice floor tiles. Bed situated very near the door - all the noises from the corridor / common space were disturbing. I don’t understand why the staff kept talking in English to a person who speaks Italian (and I always normalny communicate in Italian in all the hotels, restaurants etc).

Really close to Piazza Maggiore and all the most important monuments and buildings in the city - achievable by walking distance. Close to restaurants and bars, main shopping street etc. Breakfasts were amazing - I’m travelling to Italy few times per year and these breakfasts were I think simply the best from this kind of accomodation I have so far (ever). Room nr 3 is also the quiet one, so you don’t hear the street and people.

The water pressure in the bathroom is annoying (especially if you have long hair), but the water is warm. Stairs were quite steep - if you are travelling with someone who is more senior or have some kind of walking issues this might be problematic. The bathroom is super tiny - but looks nice. - we stayed at Via Marsala, I know that they have also the second building but I can’t opine. Breakfasts are served by 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Just to highlight - we are really happy with the stay and really, really recommend it!

Breakfast was excellent. The setting was beautiful and the selection of breakfast items was diverse and tasty. For gluten intolerant customers, gluten free bread, cakes and cookies were provided. The room was spacious and stylish. All amenities were provided and the internet was fast and flawless. The location is excellent, right in the old town centre near attractions, cafes and restaurants.

My only slight complaint is that breakfast only started at 8:30, which is a little too late when travelling for work. Parking is also a little difficult around the property, because it is in a restricted zone. But arrangements with nearby parking lots have been made.

Such a wonderful and home-y atmosphere! Everything you would need. Only 3 rooms in the building so the place has a nice private feel. Cute interior designed and the beds and such were really comfy! I was a alittle nervous about the whole code system and getting this information from a private person. I was so relieved because Marina and Lea were so approachable and Marina reached out on whats app a few days before hand with all the information (including easy to follow instructions about the acces codes and where to check in). The other structure is so close by like 5 minutes top. Good breakfast with various choices and the staff is helpful and provide quiet the service. I liked that not alot of food was just served from the get go - showed some enviromental thoughtfullness which i appreciated. Coffee and tea avaliable for free use at the rooms and free little cookies freshly put out several times a day.. Might be helpful for others to know that there is a kind of steep staircase but still easy to walk up but if you are an uneasy walker this place might not be for you. Lea helped us get a taxi from the property which was so nice. All in all this place was worth the price for sure and I honestly have high standards of where I sleep on vacations. Absolutely not disappointed!

The only thing that could be improved was the water pressure in the shower. For someone with big curly hair it took a long time to wash it. But honestly, this is such a small detail, so it doesn't make me love this place any less!

Too many signs telling you what you could not or should not do including 3 in the bathroom advising you about what not to put down the toilet. Rather annoying. Better to just put rules in a book for guests. Nothing about procedures in the event of fire, very poor. Stylish room but not to our taste. Prefer cupboards and shelves to open surfaces and a pouffe on the floor was pointless.

We had a very lovely 2-night stay at the Good Morning Bologna. Access with the code and communication over Whats-app worked very well, the room was really nice and the location right in the center - perfect for exploring the center of Bologna. Staff was really nice and helpful and the breakfast was sufficient and very nice - even though both are located in another building, this was working perfectly as well. Our car was neatly parked in the recommended private parking place at San Martino.

The stairs to get to the first floor was quiet steep - but a really small price for the location and nice room!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the property. It is super well located, within walking distance of all the key sites you'd like to visit in Bologna. However, it is not as touristy as some of the other neighbourhoods which we appreciated. The room is done to a high standard with lots of nice touches, and Good Morning Bologna provided us each morning with a good breakfast with lots of variety.

Bed was only somewhat comfortable for us. It was a bit pricey for a room that didn’t want you to bring in any food or drink from outside, however chargeable items from their fridge was fine? Also bring your own toiletries, we only had half a bottle of body/shampoo in the shower.
