The location is perfect for anyone who needs to be in the center. It is equidistant between the station and the centro storico. The facilities are very clean. Compliments to the cleaning stuff. The desk is open 24 hours. The streets are very well lit for those from the city. All services such as grocery, pharmacies, and tourism is all situated near the property.

Everything was very good. I reserved a room without breakfast because I always have caffè e cornetto at a bar - there are so many good ones nearby. One morning at the hotel, without thinking, seeing others eating breakfast, I took a coffee and an egg in the breakfast area. The food service person asked me my room number and reminded me that I had not reserved, nor paid for the breakfast option. I immediately stopped drinking the coffee, an espresso, and had not touched the hard boiled egg yet. I was still charged for the breakfast when I checked out. I would just mention, of course, to simply remember if the room was reserved with, or without breakfast.

Our stay was amazing. The staff were very friendly, giving us great recommendations for places to visit, restaurants and bars to try out. The room was great as well, two separate beds and a sauna, clean, towels changed every day, it was excellent. The location is amazing, 5 min on foot from the city center. The walls were a bit thin, but this wasn't a problem for us. All in all, would deff recommend this stay in Bologna!

Have in mind that Bologna is building a tram line right in the city center, so a lot of the main streets are closed due to that. Other than that, the hotel was excellent, I cannot add anything bad about it.

The location was great! Also the breakfast was quite enough. The room was cleaned everyday properly.

The man who was working on reception, I saw him first time when i was leaving from the hote, He was very very RUDE! Firstly he asked me city taxes more than usual one ! when I asked twice if he is sure and he started to shot on me! Not acceptable attitude at all! I am very sorry all the staff to have that kind of RUDE collegue.

The location of the hotel is just walking distance from all the attractions. Surrounded by tons of famous restaurants, gelaterias and famous supermarkets. The staff really did a great favor when they waived the city tax as a compensation to the broken AC for the first three days. Overall o liked my stay, the broken AC pissed me a little but I managed to over come the heat by taking cold showers. The TV has all the necessary applications to it makes our life easier watching some movies before sleeping

Reading the reviews, there were many negative opinions about ordering breakfast. In my opinion, it is very simple and clear and does not cause problems. The hotel is clean, quite well located to attractions and there are many restaurants around it. Additionally, there is a coffee machine available to guests all day long. On the last day, the staff prepared sandwiches for us to take on the road, along with a croissant.

The location was very convenient to the sights of the old town and many restaurants. The people at the reception desk were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We very much enjoyed the availability of the coffee machine day and night

There was not enough hooks and shelves in the bathroom and shower to lay out personal hygiene items or to hang wet towels. We had trouble getting hot water in the shower, most times it was just warm.

It was a good location and the facilities were good.

It is true it says the room was small the bad thing was that the window was on the roof and it was raining so we could not opened it. It has air conditioning but it was noisy so we could not have it for sleeping. It said on the description that there were coffee in the room but we just had tea, and soap or gel but it was just a small tube you could just use once and we stayed for 2 nights

The location was amazing, also the room we stayed at was newly renovated and very clean. The bathroom was very big and comfortable. There was ample storage in the wardrobe and there were a lot of shelves in the entrance area where I could place my shoes, bags, makeup stuff, hair stuff etc which made it very easy to get ready. I was actually very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The common areas of the hotel were a bit small but since this was in the old town I understand the buildings are old style. Room was not small nevertheless, very comfy.

Not a big issue, just common areas could be a bit bigger.

Very close to the center, the entrance is located in an alley. It is quite easy to find, but you may have difficulties if you arrive by car. The room was spacious for two people and clean. It has been renovated and everything looked nice. There were a lot of closet spaces and also a small kitchen with basic utensils. We only stayed for one night, so we did not use them. There were also plenty toiletries to use and many towels.

Since it is located in the city center, it can be quite noisy, especially on the weekends. Also, there is no elevator.

We chose the hotel because of the location, it was convenientely close to the historical center as well as to the railway station. Room was small but sufficient for one night stay.

Bed were not too comfortable (especially the extra bed, which was not set up even though we have put to reservation we had a child. Got a feeling hotel was trying to earn some extra money). When we arrived staff did not seem very welcoming and not interested enough, room was not ready even check in time was 2pm. We were able to leave a luggage in the hallway (service was free but did not seem safe enough). When we got back shift at reception has changed and lady was nice and very helpful. We did not pay for extra breakfast, there was enough caffee near by to choose from.
