B&B is situated in a nice place, not far from the historical center and from the main train station. The building is old, so there is no lift and the steps are quite high, so this place may not be for the people with limited mobility. Beds were very comfy, nice pillows and blankets. Bathroom was clean. Hotel provided tea and coffee.

Last day of our stay, WiFi didn't work, and there was no personnel to ask for help. Cleaning wasn't provided every day. During the night street and square below the hotel were quite noisy. Not the fault of the hotel, but may be important for those who have fragile sleep.

Lovely B&B in the city center. Despite the position, I could not hear any noise from the street. My room was located in the attic and it had everything I needed: moreover it was sparkling clean and the bed was very comfy. Downstairs, I could enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. It's a nice place for a short stay.

There is a spiral staircase to reach the room, which is not comfortable if you have more than one bag and I didn't get how the store the luggage after the check out, in case there is a need for it.

Our room was good, lots of space to hang or store clothing, etc. The lady we worked with was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was very near the city center and not far from family. For our breakfast we each had 3-euro coupon daily with a choice of two delis on the same street which we enjoyed.

We cannot think of anything to make it better as it was just what we expected.

The size of the apartment was amazing. It was lovely and clean (except the shower cubicle that was mouldy) and close to the amentities that we required. The staff member, on our arrival, was extremely pleasant and helpful. Although we didn't avail ourselves of the kitchen facilities, they were excellent.

I found the messages from the host to be abrupt and unwelcoming. Realistically, on the basis of the messages, if I hadn't been going to lose my deposit, I would have cancelled my booking. We booked with the option of a lift included vut were made to carry our vags upstairs. The iron was non-existent. The towels were a bit hard and thin. The shower cubicle needs the mould removed.

The location is really good - it's possible to go on foot to the railway station and to every interesting places/monuments in the city. The equipment in apartament is adequate. I could check-in earlier (right after my arriving to Bologna) than in description and it was really helpful. A bed's mattress was comfortable.

The decorations and the arrangement of the room is really odd - the stairs to the bed was uncomortable, and there is a small amount of daylight.

Air condition in bedroom only so it was warm inside, parking space at the building for residents only which was not mentioned anywhere so I paid for parking per hour and still got a fine :(

The property was in the most perfect location in a gorgeous piazza and next to a lovely pizzeria!

Wasn’t a negative but a lack of research on me and my friends part, when we arrived the first host didn’t speak much English, and we discovered we had to pay a tourist tax, but that’s nothing on the property just as a heads up!

The location is excellent. Everything you want to see and visit in Bologna is in the walking distance.

I did not like the cafe the breakfast was served in( unpleasant staff) and the breakfast itself. I wouldn't mind croissant being called a brioshe-after all "what's in the name", if it weren't at least a day, if not two days old. And it just wouldn't do with either pastry. I informed the hotel staff about it and attempted to give back the breakfast vouchers. I was told that I can get water instead. The staff in cafe informed me that that's not possible. At this point I had already bought my own deliscious fresh food in the marked and really didn't care, but I dislike paying for substandard things or services.

Very cosy room in the attic. Newly renovated and very clean. Good location between the main square and the train station.

Would have been good to be able to order breakfast. Very steep stair up to the room, can be difficult to use for someone. Like in most of italy, the walls are very thin. I could hear everything my "neighbours" were saying.

Location fantastic to centre of city. Restaurant/bar downstairs if needed. Comfortable bed, good facilities. Good air-condition for hot weather. Good parking at Garage Bologna - Claudio was good. They park your car overnight. $28 euro with b&b la piazzetta discount. Lovely stay and beautiful city. Wish had more time stay.
