It was deep in the heart of Bologna and allowed easy access to the places to visit. There was a parking option connected with the property.

It was a bit difficult to load and unload as it is not really possible to pull up in front of the building,-it is on a very busy boulevard with a bus lane in front of it- and it was a somewhat odd layout as you had your own room and bath, yet shared a common space with the other 2 rooms - potentially strangers- like a college dorm setup. Just a bit different. Room 4 shower leaked all over the floor due to a slow drain. Room 5 has a slow sink drain. We also never physically met the host.

It was an amazing stay! Easy self check-in, good guidance from the host, parking near the building (was free due to weekend). The room is beautiful with big windows from the floor, creating a romantic ambience! Shower is very spacious and super clean, with a big window as well. In the morning we found a bag full of super tasty pastry! Super romantic and nice stay! BTW, historical center is in 2 min walk, we got to the concert on main piacca and enjoyed beauty of the city despite staying just for a night.

The B&B is located in the city center, near all major attractions, spacious, clean, there's a grocery right beside the entry of the building and numerous coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

For us it wasn't a problem, but be aware that breakfast is not a full meal experience - with some eggs, ham and cheese or cereals with milk, juice etc. - we found a voucher for coffee and a muffin at a really nice café located across the street. Also you have toasted bread and some jam in the room, coffee anytime you want, but if you want to eat something more for breakfast you have to pay extra at Marconi Bar, but it's worth it, they have very good food - sandwiches, salads, sweets etc.

Great location, very clean, modern decor, well serviced every day

We arrived at a time when there was a major faire in town so expected to pay more. But booking.com keeps advertising the same accommodation to me, but magnitudes cheaper for other days. It’s a bit painful, but it’s ok, I knew the price and was happy to pay at the time of booking

Location was great, very close to the train station and major attractions in the old city. Staff was very responsive and accommodating.

Internet was very spotty, needed to contact the staff to have it addressed. Breakfast is limited to a coupon for a free beverage and pastry in a restaurant across the street; barely ok, would have preferred more items.

We really liked our stay here! The room was very spacious and clean. We also loved the location, only a short walk to the many restaurants in the area and loved the supermarket directly underneath the building!

We came during very hot weather and the aircon struggled because of this. We had to buy fans because it was quite hot at times.

The room was spotlessly clean and had a very nice and cosy design. You have everything you need in terms of amenities. The breakfast at the cafe close by was fine too. Mostly though the manager's organization and responsiveness and attention to all our questions and requests was excellent. There wasn't anything that we did not like however keep in mind that the apartment is in the city of Bologna so it can be a bit noisy which is expected if one wants to be within a 10 minute walk from the city center

Room was modern and comfortable and location was good. There is an old fashioned elevator that looks like it came out of the twilight zone which we loved.

It was a little difficult to contact the host because we didn't have WiFi. There should have been contact made to us 24 hours before to give us instructions and codes for entry so we could access the information when we had WiFi available to us.

location (15 min by walk to city centre)

so noisy as there was a huge appartment divided in multiple rooms very small room (but bathroom is huge) the host helped us with a parking right across the street at 20 euro per day but there you have to leave the car keys to move it as the cars are blocking each other so it is not the safetiest option but it is not something that the host can do more. breakfast is just a pastry and a coffee/drink to go

Lovely clean and modern en suite room. The host was excellent, very responsive to contact and so helpful. This place is in an ideal location for both walking, public transport and the main train station. I would recommend staying here if visiting Bologna as it was great value for money.

The only slight downside was some of the noise made by neighbouring apartments and from above. It wasn't enough to put us off as other people's inconsideration isn't the fault of the host, just maybe next time would take ear plugs.
