The B&B is located in the city center, near all major attractions, spacious, clean, there's a grocery right beside the entry of the building and numerous coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

For us it wasn't a problem, but be aware that breakfast is not a full meal experience - with some eggs, ham and cheese or cereals with milk, juice etc. - we found a voucher for coffee and a muffin at a really nice café located across the street. Also you have toasted bread and some jam in the room, coffee anytime you want, but if you want to eat something more for breakfast you have to pay extra at Marconi Bar, but it's worth it, they have very good food - sandwiches, salads, sweets etc.

Great location, very clean, modern decor, well serviced every day

We arrived at a time when there was a major faire in town so expected to pay more. But booking.com keeps advertising the same accommodation to me, but magnitudes cheaper for other days. It’s a bit painful, but it’s ok, I knew the price and was happy to pay at the time of booking

The room was spotlessly clean and had a very nice and cosy design. You have everything you need in terms of amenities. The breakfast at the cafe close by was fine too. Mostly though the manager's organization and responsiveness and attention to all our questions and requests was excellent. There wasn't anything that we did not like however keep in mind that the apartment is in the city of Bologna so it can be a bit noisy which is expected if one wants to be within a 10 minute walk from the city center

Room was modern and comfortable and location was good. There is an old fashioned elevator that looks like it came out of the twilight zone which we loved.

It was a little difficult to contact the host because we didn't have WiFi. There should have been contact made to us 24 hours before to give us instructions and codes for entry so we could access the information when we had WiFi available to us.

so noisy as there was a huge appartment divided in multiple rooms very small room (but bathroom is huge) the host helped us with a parking right across the street at 20 euro per day but there you have to leave the car keys to move it as the cars are blocking each other so it is not the safetiest option but it is not something that the host can do more. breakfast is just a pastry and a coffee/drink to go

Lovely clean and modern en suite room. The host was excellent, very responsive to contact and so helpful. This place is in an ideal location for both walking, public transport and the main train station. I would recommend staying here if visiting Bologna as it was great value for money.

The only slight downside was some of the noise made by neighbouring apartments and from above. It wasn't enough to put us off as other people's inconsideration isn't the fault of the host, just maybe next time would take ear plugs.

The room was clean and quite classy. The bathroom was huge. Although we didn't see any staff, the communication was excellent and instructions were very helpful and easy to follow. Overall, we would recommend to stay here.

The shower had next to no pressure and the drain was wasn't very efficient.

It was a beautiful room! The windows are huge and open completely to the bustling street below. There are electric shutters at night to block out any lights if needed. It was spacious and relaxing and the bed was so comfortable! The bathroom was lovely, modern, with a huge walk in shower. There is a fridge and an espresso maker in the room which we really appreciated. It is conveniently located in the City, and there is a supermarket underneath - perfect! I wish we could have stayed longer. I hope we can visit again. I miss it already.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Yes it’s noisy but being in the city we expected nothing less. The windows do a good job of blocking most of the noise. The breakfast is small and over the road - just a coffee and choice of pastry, but was more than enough for us. Both the coffee and the pastries were absolutely delicious.

Very comfortable accomodation and well situated. The owner sent detailed instructions regarding entry and whilst we didn’t meet her, there was regular communication. Spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed and plenty of room to relax. Breakfast was provided in a lovely little cafe across the street. Very grateful to also find a lift!

Nicely updated, lovely modern room, very clean, good location in relation to train station and town center. The breakfast is a coupon for a coffee and pastry in the bar up the block, but they were very good. Communication was good!

The street is very busy; there was a lot of traffic and people noise through the night. Also, ran out of hot water partway through washing my hair in the shower.
