Lovely room, nicely decorated, very clean, in a nice building. Location is perfect, walking distance from the train station and many attraction. Quiet room facing the back. The host Simon is fantastic! He cares about his guests and is very helpful. So easy to communicate with him, he was also very kind to keep my luggage for a few hours after I checked out. He has a program of activities he can arrange for the guests and that I would have loved to do but I was transiting. I'll definitely go back and stay longer.

The room was clean and cosy with everything that one may need: a small fridge with drinks, coffee/tea, a hairdryer, slippers, a wireless charger for a phone! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Simon is a really nice and helpful host, we felt ourselves safe and welcome. The breakfast was at a Cafe, right next to the place. The city center is only a few minutes from the apartment. Overall a great experience.

The host of this property is extremely hospitable, friendly and helpful regarding recommendations for what to do, eat, and drink in Bologna. Furthermore, if there was any query we had, the host responded very quickly - communication is excellent The room itself was excellent as it was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower was also really good and we rated the disco lights. Overall, we had a great stay in Bologna and would highly recommend staying here.

Location is great, the room was clean and cozy, and the staff was very helpful and nice. We Even met the owners and they were great too. Check-in was easy thanks to the staff. Also great information about the city, restaurants, breakfast-places, and «secrets» was provided in the room - fantastic! Will surely stay here again!

It's an artist apartment equipped with modern technic system. we like the style and learn a lot from it. Simon is super kind host, he always ready for help and prepared all the information you need, not only for his city but also for his country. He also has lot of home made organic products that quite delicious as he is professor of food production. Ofcause the sleep is wonderful as the mattress and bedings are perfect, We enjoy the staying and would recommend it to all the travellers to Bologna.

The host was wonderful and the room was great. The location is good and easy walk to train station and tourist areas. We took a hosted pizza class and had so much fun. We made the dough in the morning and then had dinner later that night after we did a day trip to Parma. We visited with the host and a few friends and had the best time. So much good food and new friends.

Cozy apartment in a quiet but good area. Well equipped with everything you need. And the bed is soo comfortable 😍 Simon was very helpful and flexible with the check-in.

The bathroom is not completely private as you have to cross the foyer. however the room itself is privately used

Clean, tidy, great amenities, very friendly host. Not too far to walk into the centre and close to food and supermarket. It was nice to have our own kitchen so we could save some money on eating out. We didn't have time to try the activities offered but they also seemed easy to organise. Would highly reccomend.

The B&B owner, Simon, was super kind and attentive, having kept contact with us through WhatsApp - we didn't get to see him personally. The processes of check-in/out were also super simple. The bedroom was good and fairly spacious, and we could notice that there had been put attention to every detail. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the fact that there was an AC was great. The highlight goes to the view, that dispite being to the inside of the condominium, it's really how the pictures show. Furthermore, the coffee and beverages on the mini fridge were offered. The bathroom, although small, was enough to cover the needs and just like the bedroom it looked really good and clean. We also did appreciate the offered slippers and (as someone with curly hair) the attachable diffuser for the hair dryer - which I don't really find often. The included breakfast was nice, on the café below the B&B. It consisted on one pastrie (not freshly made, the supermarket kind) and a coffee or cappuccino - which was a downside because I can't have caffeine and had to pay extra for a juice. There has also to be said that the café's staff were amazing, trully some of the kindest people we met along the trip! Overall, it was worth it and we wouldn't put aside coming back, if we ever stay in Bologna again. It did correspond to the expectations (which due to the previous reviews were reasonably high) and pictures.

There's nothing major to be said, only that the narrow staircase and old elevator of the building it's at (it's on the 3rd floor) can get you the creeps at first, as well as the fairly odd pictures hanged on the B&B's hall that can give it a weird vibe, if you're bothered by it.
