The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. It was in a good location. Once we were able to contact the remote concierge she was helpful (see below)

The building was further from the station than we thought which meant that we were hot and exhausted when we arrived - on foot lugging our suitcases. Having no reception meant that we needed to contact the remote concierge on arrival and, despite arriving at the agreed time, it was nearly an hour before she responded and opened the door for us so we could enter. We had to stand in the street with our luggage until she answered. She blamed her poor wifi connection despite the fact that we had tried contacting her in a number of ways (including calling) to no avail.

The cleanliness of the property was excellent, and the staff provided outstanding service, always responding quickly and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. Their online system made the fully automated check-in process very easy and also gave us access to extra services, bonuses, and suggestions for activities in the city. Overall, it provided everything we needed for a comfortable and well-organized stay.

Room was very clean. Good central location. Virtual staff were very helpful. Room key provided to lock the room in addition to virtual key.

Good location, very responsive staff, clean & very modern looking rooms! Very comfortable and eye catching interior - LED mirror, modern design and etc. Comfy bed & two types of pillows to choose from.

It could be a little noisy - you can hear when someone is entering the place, closing the door, dragging a suitcase, the cleaning staff and etc. If you are a light sleeper like me, you would have problem with that, but it's tolerable.

We enjoyed our stay, it was very clean. In the room we had a delonghi machine for early espressos. There was already a Netflix account logged in which was nice, it was far better than a branded hotel! A lot of attention to detail and a very hospitable team. The price was reasonable and the place was very close to the city center, it was near gamberini where we enjoyed our breakfast every morning. It was excellent, exceeded my expectations. Bare in mind if your coming from the airport taxi costs an average of 20€ vs train 11€ per person.

The room was very comfortable, we were given two types of pillows to choose from. There was hot water, and the place was clean. The host was very nice and helpful. They took us in very last minute as the place we were supposed to stay flaked on us and were great the whole stay.

Staff is really friendly and caring. They gave us some water for return trip and allowed to leave the backpacks. Location, very clean, facilities.

Just minor mostly irrelevant things. No window view but the city offers so much that staying in room is a waste of time. Single use cups get hot and soft when you do coffee/tea.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful with good recommendations of restaurants and what to do in Bologna. The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious. They provided us with bottled water and coffee in the room which was very nice. The property is also very well located and close to anything you’d want to go see.

The area was a bit noisy at night with bars and restaurants and people walking around outside. If that doesn’t bother you then I recommend the stay because everything else was good.

It is close to the city centre, the room is spacious and clean. There is some coffee and water in the room. They provide luggage storage.

Our room didn’t get any sunlight but we stayed for only 1 night so it wasn’t a big deal.

Good location. Within a short walking distance to the city centre. Comfortable and facilities were perfect. Internet connection was good for work too.

The curtains were very thin and so a lot of light came in from the street lights at night.
