Room was very spacious, with comfy bed and great facilities. Good aircon. Bathroom was clean and had a great shower. Despite being near a main road, traffic noise was minimal and there were shutters to block out the light. Kitchen was excellent - great to be able to get a coffee whenever your wanted. I didn't cook anything but facilities looked good and very clean. Nice of the host to provide complimentary bottles of water, milk and even a couple of cans of beer. Breakfast wasn't included but he host provided a voucher for coffee and a pastry at a local bar - true Italian breakfast experience! I never actually met Donato but spoke to him several times on the phone and communication was great.

Nothing. Property is located slightly out of town but is only 10-15 mins walk to the centre/station and this was known in advance (and is reflected in the price).

Everything was just great, from the host - Donato is super nice, welcoming and gave us a lot of tips - to the location, 15 minutes walk from the train station and about the same from the city center (less than 20 minutes from Piazza Grande). The studio was pretty, spacious, modern, clean and had everything we could possibly need (e.g.: real Italian coffee, everything for cooking, even washing machine). When we arrived, the host made sure there were water and other drinks at our disposal. We stayed 4 nights and he paid us Italian breakfast in a close by bar for 2 days. We could store the luggage and used the room for a little while even after the official check-out time, which was very kind and of course handy. I definitely recommend this accommodation, and I will book it again myself should I go back to Bologna.

Donato was absolutely wonderful, very helpful, responsive, communicable and accommodating. The location of the property was perfect, a short walk from the center of historic district, in quiet neighborhood of the center, close to cafe and produce market and train station

It was suppose to be a B&B but there was no breakfast. Not a big deal cause there was coffee and tea available and the cafe was downstairs, but it would be nice to have a some baked goods available in the kitchen.

We were lucky to be upgraded to another better room which we understood was much more spacious. Additionally we were the only booking for the day so had the shared kitchen and balcony to ourselves. Everything was nice and clean and aircon was a blessing. Donato was very friendly and we could leave our bags for collection after check-out. Amazing sun set from the accommodation. While apartment was next to road, soundproofing was excellent and we didn't hear sounds of road, had a great sleep!

Great B&B in the center of Bologna. Our apartment was lovely - bright, clean and very well equipped, we enjoyed the comfy bed and the terrace, also the breakfast and snacks available the entire day. The biggest plus of this property is its owner - Donato is the nicest host ever - super kind and friendly, he went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, including early checkin & quick booking of a taxi at when we ran out of time - thank you very much for everything! Excellent service and awesome host, highly recommended!

Very nice host with very personal service. Great amenities like fresh fruit and water, access to fridge and basic kitchen including microwave. Bed was very nice and had outside shutters so very dark. Nice pillows and linens. The outside deck was very nice.

Location was a bit of a walk to the old town where majority of sights and restaurants are. The bath has an automatic light and fan so if one person goes to the restroom in the middle of the night the other is woken up.

Both the room and the bathroom were very spacious, and everything was very clean. Good wi-fi. Although I didn´t use it, there is an well-equipped common kitchen. Donato was a very nice and helpful host. It’s possible to walk to the historical center, and to the train station. Both around 15 mins.

Easy walking from the station, essential for this overnight stay in Bologna. En-suite bedroom with shared kitchen facility. Balcony overlooking Porta delle Lame. Check in easy, the owner Donato was helpful and welcoming giving good advice on locality and restaurant choices for our evening in Bologna.

The owner was very helpful and hospitable on meeting him. He was upbeat when we arrived he explained the space very well as to how our bathroom and bedroom space worked and where to use our breakfast vouchers at a nearby cafe. The spaces were very clean too.

Overall everything was very good, can't complain about anything.

The owner of the estudio was really friendly and gave me some recomendations. The location is great, 15 minutes walking to the centre. The estudio was super close to the bus stop. The bed was very confortable and the badroom was modern and nice.

The only thing is that you can hear quite a lot the street and traffic. Also the inside building, but although traveling alone, I always felt safe.
