Nothing

The room was dirty. Hair on the floor in the room, hair in the toilet, dust everywhere, stainess on the walls. The AC was useless, it was just turning on, no cold air only if you would have stayed sticked to it. The fridge was the same, it was not cooling at all. The reception was at an address, the room was at another address, like 300 meters away. When you book a room, it is not written anyware about this. The only good thing was the water pressure at the shower. Dissapointed! Visit Bologna, it’s amazing but avoid this hotel.

Room was very spacious and clean. Very modern too. Looks exactly like the pictures. Breakfast had a lot of variety and options which was perfect

Took us a while to figure out where our apartment was from the astoria hotel (where we had to check in) however once we managed to figure it out had no problems. The area in which the apartment was situated seamed a bit dodgy to us.

Perfect location. Only 5 minutes to the train station and 19 minutes to the town Centre. Next to the apartments, there are a lot of cafeterias from where to have a breakfast. Room was very clean, quite big. Also bathroom very good size.

The fact that you have to go to the main hotel (which is 8 minutes walk away) only to get a code which could have been easily given on whatsapp or email. Money were already taken online.

I liked the location, I liked that it was a more modern style.

No keys, just an access code to use at three different places. The first two work great. The one on my room was a pain to use and even using the touchscreen pen they gave me it would hit multiple numbers and I'd have to start all over. I could not get the heater or AC to work so most of the time it was too chilly or I was sweating just laying there.

Property was new. It was clean: room floor, bathroom. (except for the night stands. We had to clean it ourselves) Breakfast was very good for 6euros, a lot of optiosn.

We had to go to another property for the breaksfast( they were close, but still you have to leave the room and go back…) Our properties wifi didnt work at all. They gave us another wifi information, but the signal was weak. Heat system automatically is shutted down after midnight, but the room was enough hot.

The location was good, but the room we stayed in was separate from the portion of the hotel where we checked in which meant we had to backtrack to get to the room. Had we known this, only one of us could have gone ahead and picked up the key and then returned to meet the others who were closer to the train station.

Very hard to find The reception is in another building - Astoria Hotel, the Deluxe rooms are close to the hotel

nicely laid out room. Plenty of space. We booked for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) but on check in , we were told that there are only 3 beds. They are large beds and we managed to squeeze in.

Note that the check in desk is around the corner (short 4 minute walk) from the actual apartment. There was a huge kitchen diner as part of the complex, however, nothing in the kitchen worked.

Great location, modern rooms.

The light in the hallway outside the apartment does not always work which is a problem. The wifi information in the apartment is out of date.

Rooms are not in the check in address, there is a shared eating / kitchenette but no equipment. we stayed at the Deluxe room, during the evenings the neighbourhood is very loud
