The staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel is excellently placed, near the train station and very close to the centre. It’s clean and the beds were comfortable.

The bathroom of the room we stayed in (405) is most definitely not 4⭐️. The toilet was full of scratches from, the tub was old, both tub and bathroom clogged when more water was run (just to wash my face or take a shower, I’m not talking long showers). Seeing how staying there did cost a pretty penny, I would have expected the bathroom to be on par with the rest of the room.

The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and a good size (comparable to North American hotels). The air conditioning worked very well despite the very hot weather. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. The other food and lounge services were great, but the food menu was limited. They don’t serve lunch and the lounge is only open al day 5 days per week. The dinner menu is limited too, but what we did eat was excellent. I would stay here again.

The location is walkable from the train station and a 10-15 min walk to the main square. However, I would not be comfortable coming and going in the dark alone, likely due to the proximity to the bus and train stations. There was always a group loitering near the hotel, even in the middle of the night. The wifi was also spotty in the rooms on the front side of the hotel (at least on the lower floors) but reliable in the lobby. We had a couple rooms and it worked seamlessly in the more central rooms.

Nice hotel, just near to the train station, so if you are planning to travel, it is very comfortable. İt is also near to the city center. The staff are pleasant. İt was very nice from the hotel to greet my wife with her birthday with the flowers. The room is spacious and very clean. İt has dressing room. There is coffee machine in the room, which is very convenient.

The things could be improved are that there is only one working chair in the room to sit, only one person can sit in the room. Armchair is must in the room. Little bit old bathroom. And there are not enough quantity of shelves in the dressing room.

Third stay here. Perfect location for such a beautiful city. Having stayed at other locations this is a clean and easy location between the city centre and transport locations. Staff are always happy, helpful and speak English impeccably which always helps. We were offered a fare priced upgrade which we chose to accept and was best decision we made. There records show you have stayed before and can see where you have stayed within the chain previously which feels personalized and welcoming unlike the larger chains. An unsung hero of chain hotels.

The room service options are limited compared to what they have. I.e. the room service didn’t advertise Prosecco however when I called and asked they advised it was possible and I then had to ask about prices. There room service menu needs to be updated to reflect the options available. Also a few touches to paint work on skirting boards paint and tiling to the balcony would be nice. Any additional towels to wipe down balcony feature for when it has rained.

Great room in a very modern hotel very close to the central station and at walking distance to the centre. We booked a regular room for 1 night and we were selected as "lucky guests" for an upgrade to a much fancier room (the fact we just booked one night probably played a role, but it was much appreciated). What welcomed us was a hand written note stating what the woman at the reception already anticipated, a coffee machine, some little gifts, a stationary bicycle and a truly huge terrace. Plus a big bathroom with several amenities and a wardrobe room. Bed was comfortable and the hotel was very organised, would recommend even without the upgrade.

It was the first time for us at an NH hotel and the check in procedure took a little long, also the receptionist wrote down all our details during that time (instead of just scanning our documents and doing it offline). Overall she was really nice and spending those 10 more minutes wasn't really an issue, but if I really need to look where they can improve, that's where I'd point

Overall everything went nice and smooth, but 2 things could be improved. And this is just my opinion, others might think differently. Just as a side note. -not enough of staff on breakfast rush hours. -the ”concert” of slamming doors in the morning and evening (due to too strong door pumps)

The location is close to the train station and easy to find. It’s an easy, direct walk to the main part of the city and its historical heart. The breakfast is wonderfully abundant and worth the price, in my opinion. I found the atmosphere in the breakfast room to be lively, welcoming and it made for a good start to my day. On check in the staff member gave me the suggestion of Trattoria Del Rosso for dinner, it’s was excellent and the staff very welcoming, the lasagna was the best I’ve ever eaten.

Everything was fine, no complaints.

We picked the hotel for its location being close to train station as we were travelling from Florence with a heavy luggage and our 4 year-old kid. The room turned out to be great. Comfortable bed and a large extra bed for our child. The breakfast was good with variety of options. The staff was helpful and kind.

The location is indeed close to train station as we inteded, yet it may be difficult for other people considering to spend much time in the center. You need to walk 15-20 mins, so I advise to make min pit stop to the hotel.

Room was spacious and comfortable with good bedding and pillows. Bathroom was of good size with good water pressure and quality towels. Breakfast buffet a typical big hotel buffet. Location near the central station suited us as we "commuted" to Florence a couple of times by train. It was also an easy walk to the main piazza of Bologna and plenty of restaurants. While no parking on site there was convenient secure parking across the street at an acceptable 20 Euro per night.

It did take the air-conditioning a long time to add any warmth to the room, and while the staff did everything they could it probably took too long. A minor issue with an "overly enthusiastic" sensor light was fixed quickly with an adjustment.

The room was large and quiet. The bed was firm and comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom had a tub/shower combo as well as a stand alone shower. Maybe the first time I’ve ever seen that. Check in was easy. The bar was open in the evening and provided some salty snacks with your drink. The breakfast had a very wide variety of options. There were two to three automatic coffee/espresso machines and the staff was making drinks as well. Overall an excellent experience.
