• Great location right near train station and very easy to find • Nice personal and good detailed instructions how to find place and get in. Also there were welcoming sweets and water in room and it was very nice • Reasonable price • Well equiped kitchen with microwave, capsule coffee machine and capsules to it, tea , snacks etc. • BIG room , really • Free WiFi

• Sound isolation isn't great. I couldn't sleep well because I woke up from sounds outside and also you can hear how people talk in the kitchen (And they talked very loud and put music) • Shower handle was broken, but I figured out how to use it so it wasn't problem • Bed wasn't clean. I saw curly very short hair several times and it was unpleasant. After I saw there was second layer of linen under which was cleaner, but not at all. Blanket without cover. Dirty little blue sofa pillow which I didn't use

Great location, it's close to the main train station and not far from the city centre also. Good views from our room. Our host was very helpful, she gave us very clear instructions to find the apartment and access it. The room plus the shared kitchen were both immaculate. Some free snacks were provided both in the kitchen and our room, so that was a nice bonus also.

We requested to have two single beds but our room had a large double bed only. Such a shame because everything else was perfect

The air conditioning was a godsend! The temperature and humidity were tough (30+). The lift made the 4th floor seem ok. The common kitchen was nice for breakfast. The location was wonderful. The room was very comfortable.

While our instructions could have been better, Because the Booking. Com app blocks longer messages,(suggest shorter instructions.)we struggled to get in (the digital keypad #9 was sensitive and would mess up the entry code that opened the door for the first time) (before we got the key) Once in, the place was great!

Absolutely perfect location for seeing the city and close connected to the station. Great sized room, nice and bright and airy, and the communal area is perfect for that first coffee.

The only thing I can fault was the shower in my room only stayed warm for a couple of minutes and wasn’t the best connected (high rain shower that aimed more at the wall and by the time the water fell it was cold) and the little shower head too bracket was missing. Otherwise, just ideal.

Oh my goodness this place is so gorgeous! Totally renovated and every little detail thought of. Great kitchen area and balcony and everything so clean and white. It is easy to walk everywhere and so close to the train station. What a beautiful building and what an amazing city!

It was dark in the areas around the elevator, I had to use my cell phone flashlight. But that added to the atmosphere for me and then when you open the door to the stunning and modern apartment that is so bright. The contrast was terrific!

The historical building, the closeness to the old town,and it is a 5 minute walk away from the train station.

Because it is a guest house, there is no reception, and the way that you enter the building is by ringing a number on your phone, and the door automatically opens. Once inside, you have keys to all access points. The door never opened for me, so I had to go next door to the cafe and ask the guys there to let me in (I think they live there?) The second time, my key didn't work, so I just rang someone in the building, and they let me in. I am sure the problem was me! I would highly recommend this place and stay again if given the chance.

The location was perfect; a stone's throw from the train station. Lots of nice touches and extra tittle amenities. Cristina made us feel welcome and was exceedingly helpful.

The room needed a little TLC (tender loving care). The shower handle was broken and hard to use. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Only enough hot water for one person to take a decent shower. The temperature of the room could not be adjusted and was cold during the day, when the heat in the building was turned off. A space heater was provided, though, and it was sufficient to warm the room.

The instructions for access to the facility were extremely clear, and the process flowed smoothly. Communication with the person handling our booking was impeccable. The rooms are located in a historical building 5 minutes' walking distance from the railway station. The room itself was very clean and cosy.

Not really much we can tell about how this accommodation could improve on what they are doing. During the night, there was some kind of construction noise, but - with the railway yard so close - I imagine that was the reason for it, and the B&B can hardly be blamed for that.

The location was perfect with very nice view from the window. The room was comfort and clean.

I thought that it was a hotel room not an rbnb room because in my search of booking I put hotels and it appears me Domus Dotta. So It was not clear that it wasn't a hotel but an RBnB room with private bathroom. Luckily the communication with the hostel was excellent with every details and I didn't have any problem and everything was fine.

Excellent location, being across the street from the Bologna Central Train Station is a bonus point. We could explore Bologna on foot and we did lots of walking when we were there. This is a old building but very well looked after. Riding the elevator itself is an adventure back in history. The apartment was clean and bright. The host provided good information and she was prompt in responding.

These are minor points which needed some adjustments/ attention. The bedroom is quite tight. Not a big problem unless you are traveling with big bags and a partner. There is a smell coming out from the shower room. I'm not sure what it was but I'm sure it can be easily fixed.
