The place is very cozy and the personal is amazing; being very helpful to us along the way. The room exceeded our expectations. and i really liked the bad, it was comfortable. The breakfast is nice, with a variety of pastry and different authentic Italian appetizers. The apartment is very close to the Bologna Centrale (which is the main train station); this can help you with the transport from airport to the city. Also; if you want to visit other cities is pretty close. One important aspect, from the apartment to the City Center is just a 15 minute walk

I don't have anything to complain about the stay; maybe on the morning if you are not very sociable it would be a problem for you, but for us it was PERFECT

This is a great place to stay over. It's clean, has a great shower, food and drinks provided in the fridge. Everything was done with great thought. A 5 minute walk from the train station. Central for taxis for the airport. We felt very secure as the main outer door requires a code to get into the building and from there you go to the floor of Torte & Lini. Another code to access Reception and get your room keys. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The neighbourhood is typical of a city- graffiti and buildings around. We felt safe and we walked to a lovely Chinese Restaurant and had a great meal and walked to our B&B. No problems at all. Definitely recommend!

I stayed in a large room with a separate outside large toilet. Very big rooms/bright/well ventilated(I hate hotel air conditioning) with large double glazed windows, as it is near a train station. No noise with this type of window. In some hotels, you can smell sewage in some Italian hotels/hostels, but not this place. I like the cleanliness (top marks to the cleaner, Tania, who speaks excellent English & guide us to some nice places). Breakfast is excellent with Danish pastries, fried eggs, fresh fruits, proper B/F cereal, and multigrain bread(hate cheap white bread). The owner kept contacting me before our arrival to ensure we would arrive OK. Never came across a host being so responsive(active responsive), never came across such a breakfast provider(we asked for extra vegies & we got lots of cucumber, carrots & nice tomato with no extra charge. I am 74 & have travelled extensively in Kamandu, India, Europe, Middle East & have never come across such a nice place. I am very particular about cleanliness. Some 5-star hotels might be nicer & some hotels with suites are nicer, but you can't beat the hominess & hospitality hear. Definitely will come back as Balogna is such a good foodie place. Foodie generally nicer and cheaper compared with Rome, Florence etc. Nice to be away from busy tourist places.

Google map went crazy & took us around the back of the train station. Near the back of the train station, it is very dirty. This has nothing to do with the property we are staying in. We have this problem all over the world. Train stations & tourist areas are being invaded by drug addicts & homeless people. I came from Melbourne =Australia, it is the same. BUT THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS PROPERTY.

Loved the comfort of bed, two pillows, and could easily prop against bed ledge. Accessible and well thought out room with safe PowerPoints. Plenty of space in bathroom and bedroom. We had the separate bathroom, eg where you leave the room, walk into passage a couple of steps and enter bathroom, and this was fine for myself as a female in my 60’s and niece in mid 30’s

Just initially locating. Just know Glovo is a fast food delivery company and it is to the right of this. I want sure what Glovo was. You need to put in directions to tge gallery but if this doesn’t work for you in google maps use Apple Maps

Very nice concept, somehow looks like a premium hostel, but you have your own full privacy defo (a room with private toilet), so it is rather an accommodation between the hotel and a hostel. The beds are very comfortable, the lady from the reception is helpful (assistance for the check in and scheduling a transport for 4am). The whole accommodation is very warm, nice, immaculately clean, I will be more than happy to book it again. The location is very close to the Bologna Centrale, and just 15 minutes walk far from Piazza Maggiore.

Good location - 15 minutes walk to old town, also near the railway station. Clean comfortable room. There is one room in this apart hotel that has external bathroom which is outside the room and cannot be locked from outside with the key, so when you are not using it theoretically someone else can use it. This was okay for us but next time we would book other room with bathroom inside. Breakfast was good, maybe not the great choice but some cakes, berries and scramble eggs by request were fresh and tasty.

Firstly I never stayed in a room that looks like the one in the promo While the stay was comfortable and the facilities more than adequate, locating the facility was somewhat challenging More details needed to be provided as to its actual location within a rather large complex Finally the breakfast was very good and the owner went out of her way to assist us to the extent of driving us to the station as no taxis were available

Basic but delicious breakfast (especially home-made freshly baked cakes). Coffee and tea were always available. Good location (close to the Central station and in walking distance from the city center) and friendly staff. Make sure you have provided your Whatsapp number to the host and one day before arrival they will share with you a video about self check-in. Overall, good value for money.

The towels, bed sheets and bathroom were clean, however the room itself could have been just a bit cleaner.

The breakfast was excellent, everything fresh and prepared with care, according to each person's needs and wishes. It was also very varied. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Everything was very clean and pleasant, including the bathroom, which was cleaned daily, and the room as well. Very good location, close to the central station and also within walking distance to the center.

Comfortable bed and clean modern bedroom decor. Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff. Very accommodating, able to check in earlier. Close to train station, which was good for travelling to airport early in the morning.

Had our own separate private bathroom (knew that on booking as it was the only room still available). Just had to be careful you didn't shut the bedroom door in the middle of the night when going to the bathroom and lock yourself out.
