We stayed in a deluxe double room with shower. The room was very clean and 4 star Bologna were very good with communicating before and during our trip, with their check in instructions being very clear and have photos of the instructions aswell. Despite being on the outskirts of the city centre, it’s still a nice walk (20 mins) into the centre and there are taxis and bus stops nearby the property that can take you into the centre.

The AC unit and fridge in our room were noisy. There was also no lighting in the floor where our room was so when we arrived late in the evening, we had to use the torches on our phone to navigate our way into the room.

Very nice apartment with modern facilities and very clean. We didn't have interaction with the staff because we didn't need to. The location is also perfect, with a short walk to the city center. Clear check in instructions are provided, which made it very easy to check in. We also did not experience any noises, even though it's next to a busy road and a train track. Thank you!

Only a couple of minor things; there was a slight buzzing sound from the air conditioning, there was no tray for the oven. And would be great if more coffee was provided for the machine. Otherwise perfect!

The staff were really helpful and the place was lovely and comfortable

The front door- we have to ring a telephone number and it does not always unlock, needing several tries, which is a little worrying late at night! I would like to come back but would prefer to have a code for entry, or a key.

The shower was clean and large; the window had a wonderful room darkening shade.

The facility is in an unmarked condo building. I had to stop into a corner bar to obtain directions. Upon entering the facility, there are 9 steps up before reaching the small elevator. This is important to know when you have multiple, heavy bags from extended travel. The check-in office is one one floor and the condo itself was on another floor of the facility. They give out a check in code, not an actual key. It is close to the train station but a 25 min walk to the center of town.

The whole experience was seamless. We had direct communication via WhatsApp, and once I was near the hotel, I messaged the receptionist to ask if I could check in. I had pre-booked early check-in, and the room was ready upon arrival, which was a huge relief as I was attending the Cosmoprof exhibition that day. I read that some people found the check-in process a bit tricky, but I didn’t find it difficult at all. You simply call the number provided, the main entrance opens, then you use the access codes you’ve been sent – and voilà, you’re in! It was all pretty straightforward, at least in my experience. The receptionist had also kindly left an envelope in our room with a package prepared specifically for the exhibition. They had arranged a shuttle bus service to and from the venue, which was incredibly convenient. The room itself was very spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The exhibition package included some lovely in-room treats plus breakfast, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the warm hospitality we received. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful – well done!

Nothing to complain about.

The property is very clean spacious and well equipped. The spa bath is lovely and it comes with robes! The location is great short walk to train and city centre. Modern apartment and nice decor. TV is great too. Close to supermarket too.

The wifi is terrible. It drops out every 10 minutes and is slow to load. Only a small amount of coffee pods for a long stay- not enough for one coffee daily. No daily cleaning which is fine but be aware for longer stays.

Everything was perfect, large room, cute (exactly like on the photos), very clean and comfortable, kitchen perfectly equipped, attention was made to each detail (closets, hangers, table paper, fresh bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge). The welcome was perfect, on time, easy to find the place, and I really appreciated to get a full list and extra details about the supermarkets and the restaurants nearby just few seconds after we arrived. How easy!

The only thing which is missing is a nice view but it's not very important because we were most of the time outside, visiting :-)

Everything!!! The apartment was rationally set and of great size. The bed was absolutely comfortable, and the bathroom as well. The entire apartment has windows and so it was bright. There were two TV sets both functioning (which I have found by direct experience is not a given travelling through a variety of accommodations all over the world and especially in Italy). The water pressure everywhere was wonderful. Kitchen perfectly equipped. A special mention to the governess: the entire apartment was sparkling CLEAN! You could see your own reflection on the floors. Location extremely convenient. In conclusion, one of the best stays I have been in.

EVERYTHING!!!!!! From start to finish, we were very , very happy. The staff were excellent, always on hand, very knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. The apartment was as good as a five star hotel suite. The beds were very comfortable and all the linen and towels were of a very good grade. I couldn’t rate this place any higher and the price was unbeatable. If you are looking for a very convenient, central location in Bologna, look no further.

The staff provided constant information and kept in touch. All instructions were clear before the stay and there was no problem with our check-in and check-out. The location is about 20 minutes walk from the city center. you can walk to all central places we also benefited from the parking space. The instructions and support here were also very good

Since it is in an apartment building, you can hear sound from different apartments. it is difficult to avoid this.
