We loved it!! The room was big and stylish, the bed was extremely comfortable, everything was extra clean. Bathroom perfect and nicely decorated. There is everything you need in the room. The location is perfect, so close to both the train station and city centre. The host greeted us nicely, we could even check in a little bit earlier, which helped us a lot!

We could hear other people in the hallway outside of our room sometimes too loudly, waking us up when they arrived from the night out at 4-5 am.

Small, clean and quiet room (no street or train noise). We stayed for a couple of nights only. The room has everything you need for a few nights' stay.

This is not a hotel - but someone turned 1 apartment into 2 rooms with a shared kitchen area / entrance so it can be noisy as you can hear your neighbors. The area around the hotel is ok.. (close to a train and bus station) but I would probably not recommend this location to single travelers. On the other hand it's ~10 mins walk to the centre of Bologna.

The room was small, but clean and well appointed. The towels and bed linnens were good, the bed was extra comfortable and the shower was lovely. There was an electric kettle in the foyer, which we could use to make tea and a coffee maker, but no milk was provided. There was no provision to eat in the room. Despite being on a very busy street, the room was quiet and the air conditioner was exceptional. There is a lift for heavy suitcases, but you need to get the cases up a few steps to the lift.. The room was very convenient to the train station, and we found a cafe about a kilometer away for breakfast.

The rooms were hard to find, as there was no signage outside. We had to look through glass doors to see the sign to know we were in the right place. There was no milk provided for tea or coffee. We had an expectation from the description of the room that there would be a place to eat breakfast, but there wasn't and there was only room for one chair in the room. We have had larger rooms with some breakfast bowls, spoons and milk for coffee provided at a lower cost than this room.

We made a last-minute booking due to changes in our travel plans. The host was super responsive and helpful in every way. They even came to the property at night to bring us extra towels, water, and gave us all the information we needed so we could rest after a long day of traveling. Thank you! 😊

Great location, close to the train station. Clean, tidy, has everything necessary. Responsive hosts, waited for my late check-in, a little after 22:00.

It’s one out of two rooms in a single apartment, not a fan of that, basically airbnb. Check-out is way too early. Not mentioned in the summary is that you need to carry cash with you to leave for the city tax. (I thought it was included in the sum I payed. upfront).

Cristina is absolutely lovely! The room was comfortable, clean and had a really nice bathroom. The beds were also quite comfortable. The location was close to Bologna Centrale train station and an easy walk to the historical part of Bologna.

The area felt a little seedy at night

A short walk from the train station, clean and well equipped. The owners were very friendly, helpful and flexible.

The city tax requirement could be made clearer. The neighbourhood isn’t ‘unsafe’, but wouldn’t recommend walking back very late at night.

Apartment was so good, nice and clean. more comfortable and easy chek-in procedure. Close to all main public transport services. Highly recommended!

there were no issues for me but extra caution required if u are a solo traveller returning to the accommodation at night. the surrounding area is a little isolated so I exercised care and was on alert.
