The apartment is spacious and fitted out with everything we needed. The bedrooms were large, the beds comfortable. It was nice to have a balcony. It is just a short walk to the central areas and many restaurants. The washing machine did not work, but when we reported it, the staff contacted us promptly and a handyman came round quickly. Unfortunately he was not able to fix it, but once again the staff were great and they offered to cover our laundry costs or give us a late check out. It was also good to be able to rent two parking bays. The underground parking is very tight and we although we had small cars, we had to do 3 point turns to get in and out of our bays. But that is similar to many like this across Europe.

To do the online self check in you are sent a link to a web site and asked to provide personal details as well as photographs of you and the front and back pages of the passport. You have to do this for each of the guests. I am not comfortable to provide this and in fact the Booking.com safety rules tell you not to provide this information. The only other way to check in is to go to the staff office and do it in person, this is needed for every guest. It is the first time we have had an experience like this and we have stayed in 100s of hotels and apartments

We love everything about this apartment! One of the best stays during our trip. The host was super nice. They gave us free breakfast at a nearby cafe called SuperBar 1969 which served great coffee and pastries!! The apartment was very clean, spacious bedroom, clean toilets with a beautiful kitchen. It has a stove, microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffee maker and a big TV with Netflix. The bed & pillows were super comfy. They allowed us to leave our luggage after check out & the staff was so lovely & friendly. I wish I could rate this apartment 20 stars!!

Spacious apartment, located near Bologna Centrale, so ideal if you want to visit Bologna and neighbouring cities such as Ferrara and Ravenna. Apartment was clean, beds comfortable, and generously stocked with bathroom essentials. Staff came around quickly when we requested duvets as it was unseasonably cold. Great service. We had poor weather so weren't able to enjoy the three terraces. Perhaps next time!

The apartment is a little spartan, lacking character and comforts. The fridge needs to be fixed - it doesn't close easily, and one of the bathroom doors sticks... A sofa / seating area would make the apartment more cosy. Currently the dining table is the only social space. Perhaps move this into the kitchen, especially as it's large and empty...

The apartment was comfortable, clean and in a secure complex. The secure parking was an added bonus and so easy to access. The staff's communication was wonderful before and throughout our stay.

It was walking distance to the centre, however, the central piazza was about an 18 minute walk away, and transport options would take as long as walking. It wasn't a problem for us, but just worth mentioning if you would rather be closer.

Location near the city was good. Clean and comfortable apartment. Good beds. Entrance of garage and apartment was selfservice. Good explanation by mail in advance including pictures.

Airco wasn’t individually adaptable, so the apartment was to hot. We asked the reception next day to lower the temperature but this hardly made a difference. Kitchen facilities were very limited. Only 3 mugs, 3 glasses, 2 wine glasses. Fridge didn’t cool much despite the highest setting of cooling.

We were only here for 1 night. The accommodation has very comfortable beds. There's a coffee machine with capsules. The accommodation is located near the train station. It is a multi-building complex, the instructions with photos that were sent to us were very helpful. You cannot set the temperature on the air conditioning directly with the remote control, you have to contact the accommodation provider to set the temperature remotely. If you want to park at the property, they will offer you a parking space in the garage for 25 euros per night.

My only complaint would be that there were no decorations/pictures on the apartment. You can see that they rent multiple apartments and don't have time to deal with decorating

Modern, clean, 2 bathrooms, comfy beds. Staff were easily contactable and were helpful at check in. Location is good if you're fine to walk 10/15mins to centre. Close to train station and there is a bus stop outside the property.

Bit of an issue when arriving back late at night. Everything is operated by code, no keys, therefore it becomes a problem when trying to buzz in at night as we had to wait a long time both nights to be let into the complex. The main office is closed so the staff were unable to help at those times.

The apartment was located in a gated community on a high floor, offering beautiful views from the lovely terrace- a real highlight! It was well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

One minor downside: the air conditioning can only be adjusted remotely through the management office, so you have to contact them if you want to change the temperature. Not a dealbreaker, but a bit inconvenient.

The apartment is located close to the central train and bus stations. It is quiet and safe place in a closed complex of buildings. The room was comfort and clean, equipped with everithing you need. There was also a private balcony where you may eat and have a coffee if pleased.

Far too many codes and instructions for access to the building and apartment. The air conditioner is central and you can't control the temperature of your choice. It was ompossible to find out how to switch on the lights on the balcony at the evening.

The staff was more than friendly. They helped us with online check-in and gave detailed instructions for entering the property. The apartment is clean, bright, filled with all the necessary things for a pleasant stay. Lockran is a 20-minute walk from the center, which is good in order to get to know the city better during that walk. Near the apartment you can find markets, restaurants, souvenir shops and a very well-equipped comic book store for fans. All in all, highly recommended.

The only reason it's a 9 and not a 10 is because of the sofa in the living room which squeaks and could be a little more comfortable.
