Good place to stay. Facilities are good, staff is nice, it was clean, not much to say. Near the station and 7 minute walk to coty center.

To improve: place where guests leave luggage must be better cared for as it seems anyone can go there and grab bags. The hotel was very very hot for some reason. You can hear tv from other rooms.

The hotel is very conveniently located, minutes from the railway station. The restaurant serves pretty good food at reasonable fixed priced. It's very convenient for travelers who arrive tired and don't feel like going out and looking for a restaurant.

The rain drops were hitting the plastic skylights and making a lot of noise. The staff should be a little more updated about taxi, and all the transportation services available. Bologna is undergoing a lot of major city works and the traffic is impossible to predict. I almost lost my flight because nobody knew that taxi would not come and pick up customer.

Great value for money hotel. The staff was always very nice and willing to help, the room was clean, the location 2 minutes away fron the central station and a 15minute walking to the city centre is amazing. From here you can easily visit the city centre and also go for one day train travel feom the train station.

Although the location is amazing and very close to everything, for a solo traveler walking from the city late at night can be a bit scary, since its quite desert and has a lot of homeless people around. Having said that, the hotel cannot do anything about it and if you don't get back too late at night its still ok.

The hotel is so close to everything important in Bologna, by foot, including the Central Station! It’s also 12 minutes away from the airport by car. The concierge is absolutely fantastic, so that was another great thing! The room is generally pretty clean, and besides some minor stains, the walls are immaculate. The bathroom was perfect and disinfected, and we had plenty toiletries. There is plenty space, and the huge mirrors all over the room are a great feat.

Their restaurant and bar are closed between 3PM and 7PM, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just minutes from the train station and within easy walking distance to the city center. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. While the room was small, it was comfortable, with a surprisingly spacious bathroom. Plus, everything was spotlessly clean, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The room was missing a kettle and a tea/coffee set, or even just glasses for water. The Wi-Fi wasn't always reliable, and the TV wasn't connected to the internet, limiting entertainment options.

The Hotel is kept in a very clean and tidy state, it's design is very appealing and unique. The staff was very professional, as well as friendly! Taking in concidoration the fact, that we stayed in Italy, with the temperature being 36°, it was very lovely that the rooms of the Hotel had perfect AC, the room could be regulated (temperature wise), to our liking. Towel wise, there were countless of them. Outside our room, we were met with very beautiful art pieces hanging on almost every wall! The Hotels loby has a very pleasent and warm welcoming look, so from the very start, i was convinced that our stay at the Smy Hotel, will be a good one :)

The only little, very little minus was, that for some reason, our tv couldnt open Youtube, nor Netflix. But that aside, our stay in the Smy Hotel was Magnifique!

Very friendly and courteous staff. I had trouble opening the room door with the card at first because I thought the door would automatically pop out of the lock after I unlocked it with the card. The trick is to push the door open with some force. The demonstration of the technician who was called, due to my ignorance and the fact that I thought the card or door was defective, was quite embarrassing, but the explanation about it in the lobby was very amusing for everyone else. The room was clean, very compact, had a bathroom that was almost bigger as the room and was more than adequate for one night. Additionally, there was an LGBTQ+ demo in the city that day.

I had to book at very short notice due to schedule changes, so the one night stay was overpriced.

very good price-to quality, everything was clean and convenient, very nice location, air-cinditioned room, despite the location next to the pretty big street it was silent, and there were double curtains (the second one very dark, so the room was perfectly dark), very nice service, luckily the check-in was possible before the scheduled check-in time and there wasn’t any problem with checking in, also VERY NICE THING WAS that there was a possibilty to leave the luggage after checking-out

The hotel is very close and easy access to the main railway station and about a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of town. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was value for money and suited our needs. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is restricted by local government ordnance to not use AirConditioning at the time of our visit. Unfortunately the weather was unseasonably hot. Staff did move us to a cooler and quieter part of the hotel where we were able to open the window.

Friendly staff even though they were never on the front desk, always at the back hidden. The room was modern and clean.

It’s quite far from the center (22 min walking) but just in front of the bus station and some meters away from the train station. The liquid soap dispenser on the shower was empty. The plugs on the side tables were only for the lamps because they didn’t had enough energy to charge the cellphones, the only plugs that worked for that were the ones below the tv.
