Great location next to the station, comfortable, clean and well equipped room with a very comfortable bed.

The safe in the room did not work/had no instructions that we could read. The wifi code and other information was handwritten in Italian, making it difficult to translate. It would have been helpful to just have a printed sheet with this basic information in English since we booked from a British site. I had to call the help desk a couple of times, they were very helpful, but if it had been in a printed form in the room it would not have been necessary to bother them

So pretty inside! And welcoming. Felt very comfortable and safe when inside the building. The instructions to get inside were easy to follow. Communication was excellent!!! Made it very easy to find and access my room. I was very happy with my choice to stay here! Only staff I saw was a cleaner, who was also lovely and friendly.

The location was excellent, but I did feel alert when coming home alone as it was dark on the street. Once inside the first door I was quite comfortable though, was just the outside, street part. But having said that, I had no problems at all in Bologna. I couldn’t access the wifi as password was very long and a little unclear. None of the combos I tried worked.

Very quirky.liked it was different to the norm. Very easy to reach train station and walking distance if main streets. Lovely little roof top terrace to sit out on which we enjoyed. Coffee machine and pods could help yourself.

Hubby couldn't get in the shower.im not more than a size 12 and I struggled.huge tank above head when on the toilet.if tall would be a problem.space in bathroom very very compact. Self check in little bit confusing but managed Nowhere to put bags had to drag them about few hours till able to check in. None of the plug sockets took our adapters.had to charge in main lounge.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this B&B in Bologna. Everything was perfect — the rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful details that made me feel right at home. The ambiance of the place reflects the warmth and care of the owner, whose personal touch can be felt in every corner. It’s rare to find such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and I would absolutely return on my next visit to Bologna. Highly recommended!

Well decorated and really comfortable bed. We slept really well when staying here and you have everything you need. A short walk to the train station and 15-20 minutes into town so absolutely ideal and very good value for money.

The lift is out of order so the stairs were a bit tricky in the heat but still manageable!

We were way too early for checkin but they were very flexible, that was very nice. It looked super romantic and the bed was very comfy. A taxi was arranged for in the middle of the night, because of a very early flight, so greatful.

There was a broken key stuck in the frontdoor so we had to use the code to enter. Also getting out downstairs you could only do with the key, we could not figure out hiw to leave without a key.

Great location for what we needed. Near the station does mean that it’s a little ‘lively’ at night. 10 minute walk to the old town. Easy access and good facilities, coffee biscuits etc, decent shower.

Few ‘minors’ - shower leaked onto floor, toilet flush falling off wall, sink seemed semi blocked, draining very slowly.

Great location, easy to find with a quick check in.

It’s a little noisy on the side street, which is easy to fix with closing the window, but on a hot night, the windows need to be e open. The furniture for sitting is not as comfortable, but the bed and bathtub are very nice.

The room was cosy, nice interior. As it was a very rainy and cloudy day, the apartment was very warm, it was nice. The owner was very welcoming, kind and helpful.

The region around the train station felt unsafe, many strange and homeless people. We had difficulties to enter the building - we couldn't open the door.

We really loved the terrace area & the room was beautifully decorated. Coffee machine was brilliant. We felt very safe and secure. Location brilliant- 5 minute from train station and 15/20 minute walk to center!
