It is a modern hotel well maintained immediately opposite the train station so easy to find. It is on the edge of the old city and it is an easy walk into the heart of the city. Breakfast was very good. Really enjoyed our stay.

Location - right in front of the train station. Very convenient if you are travelling by train. They gave us a room with Technogym bicycle in room. Good breakfast. The room was spacious.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant - we checked well on time, the staff were polite and informative as much as possible, all services were well organized and happened easily. The breakfast was really rich, as initially stated in the description of the hotel, while the servicing staff were prompt and professional The location of the hotel well met our expectations: we were really very happy to be in Bologna during this period of the year, happily surprised by the very nice weather and polite people. Big thanks to the receptionists of the hotel and the servicing staff at our morning breakfasts, especially Rakifa who we saw often and who served us with smile, promptness and professionalism. For sure, I will recommend the hotel and services it provides to guests to my friends and/or colleagues. THANK YOU!

Me and friend had an absolutely wonderful stay at UNA Hotels Bologna! Staff was very warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Reached out to them for several times with different requests and each time it was satisfied and proceeded accordingly. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style. Everything you'll need is already in the room and the extra needs will be provided by staff upon your request fast. The breakfast buffet was another highlight — a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that truly exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect too, with easy access to both the train station and the city center, making it a great base for exploring Bologna. Everything about my stay was seamless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend UNA Hotels Bologna to anyone visiting the city — I can't wait to return!

The location was perfect for our trip, as it was super convenient to be right across the road from the train station. The 24hr front desk was also very helpful, and they changed our room for us as the first room was not great. The hotel has a small bar and courtyard available which was very comfortable to sit down and have a few drinks.

Well in advance we let the hotel know that we would be arriving early in the morning and that it would be great if a room could be made available earlier than the normal check in time. Unfortunately, no real effort was made.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to the train station, making it an ideal choice for travelers arriving late at night from an international flight and departing the following day to another destination. Its convenient location ensures a smooth and stress-free transit experience.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The only minor inconvenience was that I couldn’t turn on the TV with the remote control, possibly due to a dead battery.

I would like to express my appreciation for the pleasant experience I had during my stay at your hotel. I would especially like to thank one of the reception ladies who was extremely kind and professional. When I mentioned that the room I had received felt a bit small, she promptly and kindly offered me an upgrade to an apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious, equipped with a hydromassage bathtub, which added to the comfort of my stay. However, the bathtub seemed slightly outdated, an aspect that could be improved to offer an even better guest experience. Her gesture was greatly appreciated and reflects a high level of professionalism and care for guests. Thank you for your hospitality, and I will definitely recommend your hotel! Additionally, I appreciated the hotel’s excellent location, right across from the train station, which made it very convenient for my travels.

The location is excellent right across the train station, super convenient if you use the train as means of transportation.The city center is about 10-15 minutes on foot.The breakfast is amazing with a huge variety of savoury /sweet delicacies.The design of the hotel is up to date.

The beds were not comfortable at all, not for a 4 star hotel, they were moving all the time.The view, even though in the seventh floor, was a bit depressive overlooking the back yard.Also the girl in the front desk as we checked in, was really slow...we almost spent 10 minutes to check in...

First and foremost, the staff were very helpful, positive and consistent with their service. Whether you have a question or provided with hospitable services, ranging from room service to drinks and food, they are always prompt, effective and thoughtful. The breakfast option, I highly recommend, because every morning, you are treated with a wonderful array of food, wonderful coffee service and a nice atmosphere. From single people to couples, families to business guests, people felt relaxed with the hospitality of UNAHOTEL BOLOGNA. During the heat of summer, your bedroom is a nice, cool area. And the bathroom is great with a nice big shower space. Room tidiness is impeccable and I give a huge thumbs up for their consistency. I highly recommend this place and would be happy to go back again. Wonderful accommodation which compliments the wonder of Bologna!
