The rooms were safe and secure. The windows opened into the courtyard. It was quiet. The bathrooms were decent. Hot water for showers. Everything was very clean. The girl who showed us in was polite and personable.

I didn't like having to wait outside to be allowed in. Owner said to call before we arrive. We had just messaged each other an hour before we arrived. I told him I would be there at a specific time. I was there at said specific time. No one was there to let us in. Then he messages and said we were supposed to call - we had just messaged each other. Other than that - lovely place, lovely staff. She have great supper recommendations. My companion didn't care for the shared baths. I had no trouble with them. There are 2 baths. I would stay again.

We loved the facilities - filtered water, two bathrooms, and we liked that the host takes care of the quiet hours in the shared space. Everything was clean, location was great, and the room was spacious. Atmospheric view from the window. The host answers quickly the messages and is very helpful. He made our Check in earlier, we are super grateful for that!

Sound isolation isn’t perfect - you hear everything - people laughing and slamming the doors, walking, taking shower. There weren’t cups for the water on the first day of arrival. Was a bit chilly in the room.

The host and place was amazing! The staff was very friendly, helpful and all around wonderful. The room was nice and, to be honest, has everything it needs. We didn’t mind the fact that you share bathrooms with other guests, but that is something to keep in mind when booking. I would, without a doubt, recommend this to anyone who is thinking about staying in Bologna at a very affordable price, and experience great service that goes well in hand with the great staff.😊

The location was nice, since it was in an area popular with students. This would be helpful to know in the listing.

It was hard to recognize the property from the outside since I did not know from the listing that it was within an apartment building and there were no directions I read about how to enter and that the hosts were coming in person to let me in. They were very kind when they arrived. It would be helpful to have more details about this on the listing since it is different than the normal hostel. Also, it is listed as a bed and breakfast but does not have a kitchen, so this should be remedied to prevent confusion.

Even if it was not the most central location it was still a short walking distance into the city centre, and a very calm and nice area to live. Both room and shared bathroom was very clean! Nice with a laundromat just next door, and that the property offered ice cold water that you could fill your water bottle with

Kind of hard to find from the street since the entrance is hidden behind a gate. Otherwise no big issues

Good location, not far from anything and there is a grocery store directly across. Bars nearby as well. The owner is nice. Good with two shared bathrooms.

It is lively outside because of the bars, so noisy if you have the window open but otherwise not bad. Not super sound isolated to the hall either but the other guests were quiet, so it wasn't a problem for us.

Location. You can feel the local atmosphere there. Next to the hotel there are plenty of Italian restaurants full of locals. Cleanliness. Bathrooms were so clean and nice as well as our room. Nice lady who explained us everything. Water machine. You can use as much as you want to. It is very helpful especially during hot weather

The owners are wonderful people. Helpful, open, smiling. The flat is beautifully decorated - with Moroccan accents. Being on a long trip it was a great convenience for me to have a washing machine in the flat. The breakfasts are very good. I will definitely be making tea at home like the one that was served in Loreto. The tea was do delicious! I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The host was incredibly nice, felt very welcome. The location is perfect, right at the end of a beautiful street full of restaurants and bars where people hang out, but still quite tho. Room and the bathroom was very clean and comfortable.

To use the AC you have to pay 10€. But you get a fan, which is okay I guess. The heat was manageable with it even in the middle of July.

Really nice stay! Room was spacious and clean with a desk and big closet! Bathroom was shared but only with one other room so we didn't mind. Location is perfect, about 10 min walk from the center and a really nice vibe. Would definitely recommend!

Although we really enjoyed our stay we weren't able to sleep very well since there was no AC. We asked for a second fan which we got but the room was still very hot. Also NO WIFI at all in the room.
