Communications were dealt with rapidly. We had chosen to pay a little extra to secure a room with a balcony which, despite being one of the main roads into Bologna, was adequately quiet. We had planned to pay for the garage parking ( €20 per day) but when we arrived there was a parking space 50 metres away from the entrance to the apartment block (the next day there was another free space, this time right outside the door!) The only downside was that you had to buy a day ticket at 08:00 hrs. I seem to remember that the day rate was €8. Paid parking spaces and recognisable for having blue outlines painted on the road.

The apartment is located just outside the city centre, so expect to do some walking or learn how to use the buses!

Room and bathroom was very large and clean. Bed was very comfy. Room temperature was quite good, it was not cold or hot. It was easy to communicate with the hosts they assist us about parking in the street.

The room smelled of cigarettes. The room that i stayed has a balcony and i beleive former guests smoked while door was open. I know that it is hard to control for the hosts but maybe they can put a room diffuser .

We stayed in the suite with a balcony , it’s a 20-25 minute walk into the centre but mostly through the famous porticoes so cool when sunny and dry if it rains. We visited Moderna too during our stay ( 30 min train ) and thought it was actually nicer than Bologna in our opinion.

Very deep bath so take care getting in and out when showering. The breakfast is actually a voucher for a cafe nearby.

20/25 minutes walk from the centre. Price is so much more competitive than staying in the centre. Very supportive people: kind, considerate and very professional. I would definitely recommend.

A tad far out but well within walking distance for those who like to walk, and there is a bus for those who don't like to walk. We thought the distance added an interesting dimension, and we saw a lot more of the city.

Every detail of our stay was perfectly considerated - the place is beautiful, easily accessible, comfortable and clean, the service provided by the hosts is top notch. They are very friendly, responsive and generous. There is a bus stop just in front of the apartment with buses that can take you anywhere.

Apartment is quite central from the train station approximately 15min walk with load of facilities round about Tempobiancossuites and about 10 min walk from all the shops / Restaurants, / tourist attractions and you are mostly under cover from the weather, Luca is amazing Host provided all the information you will need on W.APP and was quick to respond to any questions you had,His place is nice and clean and very quite he even supplied tea/ coffee & sweets /cakes so you won't go hungry, also supplied tokens for Breakfast Would Recommend his apartment to anyone visiting Bologna.

We were not keen on the idea of taken tokens to a cafe for breakfast which is approximately 300mtrs away from the apartment and the waiters saying you have 5 euros each to spend, but this is only our personal view as we are not used to it. Lots of choices to eat for breakfast

The room was fairly spacious, comfortable, clean and very modern. The owner is very polite and helpful over the phone, although we haven’t met him in person.

Breakfast is not included. There is a coupon provided by the establishment for a coffee shop near by, however it only covers 2.80 euro (the cost of a coffee and a small biscuit). For anything additional you have to pay extra, and this is not specified or mentioned anywhere.

The location is well connected by public transport. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary amenities.

Breakfast is provided at a small café across the street, but only up to the value of €4 — anything beyond that must be paid additionally.

The room was spotless.Loved having a bath to soak in after a big day on our feet.Location was great a short 25 minute walk into old town.Instructions to access room were good.

The bed mattress was getting alittle old as we were rolliing together in the center.
