Paolo is an amazing host. The breakfast is so good with few types of bread and cheese, meat and the cakes are home made. You also have hot drinks as coffee or tea, cereals, plenty of food to choose from. The room is spacious and clean, with high ceilings and a lot of natural light, with blinds if you want a more dark room. The bed sheets and towels were changed regularly, also the bins changed daily. The accomodation is located in a really nice area and quiet, close to Lidl, close to a pizzeria and a bar if you wanna grab a drink. Very close from the accomodation is the bus for the airport. The city is walkable and the accomodation is not far away from the city center. In the room you have water, a kettle where you can make your own tea.

As an idea maybe some slippers will be good.

The room is great, it is big, very clean and it has everything needed for a good stay. The bed was comfy, there is AC to help with the high Italian temperatures, also the room has refrigerator. The location is great too. It is on 30 minutes walk from the Bologna train station and from the old city. In 10 minutes walk is the first stop of the bus which is going to the airport. There are pharmacies, supermarkets and caffeterias close to the place. Also the street is quiet.

Great little bed and breakfast. Lovely room, everything was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed. Tea and coffee provided, a fridge with a bottle of water. Hairdryer and soap, shampoo and body wash. Breakfast was a variety of fruit, yogurt, cereals, breads, jam, fresh fruit juices and meat, cheese and brioche. Paolo also provided boiled eggs if you like. Paolo was very kind and we enjoyed staying here. Bologna centre is about 20 mins walk. Easily accessible for bus to airport (944) just round the corner for €8. Would highly recommend.

Paolo is such a nice host, really friendly and forthcoming. He puts a lot of effort into the breakfast buffet, even if there are only few guests, he's given us a lot of tips regarding good restaurants and gettng around Bologna. We also got to store our luggage long after the check-out time. The room is lovely, very clean and comfortable. All in all, an amazing experience for a really good price!!

Only negative thing is that we couldn't stay longer :))

Very clean and spacious room. Good soundproofing. Nice balcony/patio. In a quiet area with about 20 min walk to town. The setup of getting the keys and checking in to the appartment was very smooth. Good breakfast area. Extra plus for letting us leave our baggage after check out so that we could walk around town before going to the airport. We didn't know that breakfast was going to be included which was a bonus.

Some tips of places to eat and places to see etc (not just marketing brochures) would be appreciated. Those little extra secret suggestions that only comes with local knowledge.

Wonderful room, spacious and clean, and the common room where breakfast is served has a very generous breakfast spread and a large balcony where you can eat outside if weather is good. Paolo himself is very friendly and helpful, really enjoyed my stay.

Location is a 30min walk or 15min bus from Bologna Central station, but instructions for checkin are clear. Found the bed big but mattress somewhat too hard for my taste - noticed this for several places in Italy, so that may be a standard thing.

The property had everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. There was a kettle, tea and coffee along with a small fridge for milk or anything you wanted to keep cold. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a balcony and it was lovely to sit on it on the egg chair and read. The breakfast had a great variety and Puolo was very accommodating. I’d definitely stay here again. There were plenty of buses to get into the centre.

Everything was excellent.

A lovely and clean apartment with a beautiful terrace and a spacious bathroom. There was a fridge in the room, and breakfast was served in a spacious shared kitchen and on the terrace. The walk to the city center takes about 30 minutes, almost entirely under arcades, which makes it a pleasant and shaded route. There are also two supermarkets within walking distance.

The room was comfortable with a great shower and breakfast was amazing! Paolo was eager to please and very kind. Our stay was just after the flood so things were on a bit of upheaval in the city but we still enjoyed it and hope the people of Bologna don’t have to go through this again.

Just a little further from the old city when the weather isn’t so cooperative but if it had been dry it would have been fine!

Travelled also with our 2 year old and the food and staff were amazing. Really recommend the place. Room and bathroom were quite spacious. The place is clean and safe and in a quiet location(bonus when travelling with a toddler). We mainly walked to restaurants and city center, but the bus station is close by. There are also some shops and cafes nearby. Due to some malfunction of the security system we weren't able to open the door on one night, but the owner arrived in less than 15 minutes, eventhough it was after 9pm when we called. Really appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. For sure we will stay here next time when in Bologna.
