We choose this hotel for the vicinity of the highway and the airport since we planned to do a lot of visiting to other cities. We visited Venice, Verona, Imola, and of course Bologna. We've had plans to visit Ravenna and Florence but we were too tired. It totally met our expectations. The breakfast was also great!

Bologna was like after an earthquake, many streets were closed or partly closed due to rebuilding of the infrastructure. Also the main street in the vicinity of the hotel was partly closed which made it difficult to park or have acces to the hotel underground parking. But, of course that wasn't the fault of the hotel!

A few minutes drive from the Bologna airpot. Clean hotel with fresh renovation. Polite supportive personal. Buffet breakfast was good. Everybody could find own breakfast + italian specialitatos (mortadella, ricotta, mozzarella, etc).

According to the map, hotel situated only 40 minutes walk from airport. I desided to wolk to the hotel. I did it, but not recomend walking through roadsides, along railroad, etc. Don't follow my plan. Call a taxi.

Staff: They were all nice apart from the receptionist from the last days. We were in dire need of reaching the airport ASAP. WE asked her to call us a taxi. She said she will do as such When we saw that she kept on talking on the phone without any updates we managed to call a taxi on our own. When we boarded the taxi, the receptionist asked us why did we do as such. We told her that due to her lack of updates we had to act on our own. Location: It is good that is close to bus line 13. It is the easiest way to reach the centre of Bologna. Room: It was spacious. The beds were mostly OK. The heat was more than generously working. The TV had a lot of channels. Also very nice the blinders that were placed outside the windows allowed to create pitch darkness even if it was light outside. This was very helpful. Bathroom: It was quite big. The toilet flushed properly and there was always hot water available. The towers were changed regularly. Breakfast: It was pretty varied. They offer cold cuts, cheese, 4 typed of fruit juices, 4 types of bread, 3 types of croissants, many type of coffee-type beverages. I think most people will be very happy with all this variations.

Room: It was poorly insulated from the adjacent room. We could hear the other persons talking or having a shower. Also a panel that was intended to separate the two rooms, was poorly placed thus letting light from the other room get through. We had to place TP and plastic bags so that there was no light getting through. I would not expect such problems at a 4 star hotel.

Hotel was clean and tidy. The lady on reception was very helpful and friendly. Location - great for the Ducati museum/tour which is why we picked it (10 minute walk). It a half hour bus journey into the centre of Bologna (very easy) Great spread and choice for breakfast including gluten free options - typical of a business style hotel. Hotel is exactly what you would expect for a typical business type hotel. Reasonable value given the type of hotel. Good secure parking. Easy to drive to.

Unfortunately they were refurbishing the hotel Restuarant and so we had to go elsewhere for a quick lunch.

Staff was very friendly andhelpful

Initially our room wasn’t ready for 2 people…one towel. We were told if we needed more towels, there were some in the wardrobe…there were not. So, we had to go to the front desk and request a second set of towels. Also, not much soundproofing between rooms. People next to us were very noisy both nights we were there…poor sleeping conditions!

Staff were amazing, especially Denisa. She always greeted us with a smile and a buongiorno no matter what time of day and approached her job professionally with a caring touch. Being in the industry, I could see she has great people skills and can multitasking very well.

How thin the walls between rooms are, could hear every movement from the room adjacent. And tge snoring.

The hotel is very close to the airport - 6 minutes with a taxi that costs 13.50 There are also bus stops near the hotel so there should be an option to go in the center. Everything was clean, the mattress comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with soaps, shower gel, clean towels. Stocked mini bar too. Stable hot water. We arrived in 2 am in the morning and were able to check in for less than 5 minutes. The breakfast is quite good for the low price - coffee, milk, tea, three types of croissants pastries, cheese that is real cheese, ricotta, Philadelphia cheese, small balls of fresh cheese, honey, butter, three types of bread rolls, toast bread, three types of salami sausages, scrambled eggs, fruits. The staff is very friendly and I commend the guys in the restaurant and the lady at the reception- they were amazing! We stayed only 1 night but if I have to choose a hotel for another stay in Bologna, it will be this hotel.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Very good breakfast buffet. Very friendly and efficient staff, they called a taxi for me to the airport and kept my luggage at reception. Answered all my questions by chat before check-in. Both check-in and check-out went quickly and smoothly, the room was clean and spacious. There was AC.

There is a shuttle to the airport listed and in reality there isn't one. Also, the restaurant of the hotel was closed, which was not mentioned in the listing.

Everything was great.

We initialy booked hotel Amadeus, but due to reconstruction we were transfered to hotel Gate 7. Hotel is great I can not complain to anything. Just the location is not good if you want to di sightseeing, since this hotel is not accesible with public tranaportation.
