- The hotel has very nice common areas, such as a restaurant&bar, swimming pool, gym. - Good foods and drinks at the restaurant. - The room was spacious.

The area around the hotel looks a bit sketchy. This is probably due to the fact that it's in the proximity of the train station. It might be safer to avoid exploring it at night.

Our room was very clean, spacious, cool (great AC) and quiet. The bathroom was very nice and spacious as well. We had a small issue with the drain stopper in the sink but after we let someone know, it was fixed that same afternoon. The pool was lovely and clean. On some days it was a bit crowded, but there was always room for everyone. A cool haven during the 35+ degree heat of a Bologna summer. The quality of the food in the restaurant was great, the cocktails at the bar were even better. Food and drinks are maybe a tad expensive but always very tasty. All dishes were available as take-away, if you preferred to eat in the outer courtyard. The same goes for drinks at the bar outside: stylish plastic alternative glassware was provided for those who wanted to sip their cocktail around the swimming pool. The overall atmosphere was interesting. Expect a young, modern and vibrant place. The diversity of guests was something we didn't expect, but it was quite refreshing. Some were working in one of the many coworking spaces, others were working out in the (impressive) gym, and of course there were loads of people on vacation like us. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was exceptional. We have rarely been treated so well and so friendly. From the hosts at the check-in to the restaurant and bar staff and maintenance - everyone. And not in a fake way. They were genuinely lovely and attentive, and visible enjoyed working together. A delight.

Granted, you're not smack dab in the city centre. It's about a 30 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. The Bolognina neighbourhood has some hidden gems to discover, though. Also, the train station is literally just around the corner, which makes it perfect for a day trip to one of the surrounding cities like Parma or Modena.

I stayed in Social Hub in Barcelona and came to stay in here. The booking was easy (although my friend didn't like that we need to check in ourselves- although I guess it was possible to ask the staff), the room was spacious, the location is convenient.

The interior design of the room is rather cold and could be improved. Although I like the industrial style, it s too much like a dormitory. The cement marks on the floor seems like mold - which is probably not. Some colors would be nice to have and the lighting can be significantly improved. There is no soap in the toilet (only in the bathroom), and also no garbage in the bathroom. I think it could be much better in terms of the design. The one in Barcelona is a good example.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They noted our request for a quiet room and did their best to accommodate us. The atmosphere was great: some people were working there, others were playing ping pong and others were relaxing by the swimming pool. It was much better than I had expected and what I had read in the reviews.

The cleaning service could be improved. We called them once and asked for five minutes to leave the room, but they never came back. The breakfast on site costs €18, which we think is too expensive. We also ordered fries to go with our beer and they were actually worse than typical fast food.

Accommodation: The place is really nice and clean, it is located very close to the train station and by a 10-15 walk to the city centre. The staff is very helpful, you can do by yourself the check in and the check out but the staff is always there to help you. You can also store your baggage if maybe you have a late departure. The pool is very clean, the water temperature is perfect, you can also request a towel from the reception. It has the perfect size for a quick bath or just to relax. Room: I was very nice surprised, the room was very spacious, the bathroom was modern, you had everything you needed, shampoo, shower gel, towels and hairdryer. Every day we had someone to clean our room.

Great location, the bed was comfortable, Nespresso coffee in the room, spacious wonderful room.

The check-in and check-out process was fully self-service. While everything worked smoothly, I didn’t particularly enjoy the lack of personal interaction. At check-out, we approached a staff member who was standing next to the self-service screens. I mentioned that we wanted to check out, but despite there being no other guests around, they were speechless and simply pointed to the screen rather than assisting us directly. It felt like their focus was more on making sure we used the iPad correctly than on providing actual service. Personally, I would have appreciated a more hands-on, welcoming approach.

Great location, 7 min walking distance from the central station. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade and stay in a suite which was very spacious, comfortable, greatly decorated. The rounded bed is comfy and the curtains system very smart to completely isolate the sleeping area from any natural light. Online self-checkin is extremely easy and allows you to activate the keys and go straight to your room. A bonus for the breakfast, absolutely outstanding!

From a 4 stars hotel (and a suite) I would expect more attention to details: the rugs in the room are super antigenic, the bedcover had some marks, the wardrobe top literally had 2 fingers of dust (pretty visible since the roof is mirrored), the multiple plug sockets next to the bed is just awful. I hope they will consider this constructive feedback because the hotel overall is really worthy!

This is a fun place to stay. There seemed to be a lot of young adults but there were also older adults as well as a families. The facilities are great and we took advantage of the pool, ping pong, and fitness center. Breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety of food. Great work areas with easy wifi access- if you happen to be working while traveling. Staff is friendly and helpful with things like ordering taxis, providing suggestions, and storing luggage. We were able to check in super early because the room was available. Easy access to the train station, central Bologna by walking or public transport, and great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

My tween was a little intimidated to use the pool with me in the afternoon due to the number of young adults socializing--it didn't bother me, as it wasn't a rowdy crowd just social--like the name suggests.

The staff was very friendly and responsive and the location was very very good… it was a good value for the price

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were absolutely HORRIBLE! I asked for another pillow which was just as terrible… there was no slippers in the room which was not okay in my opinion and there was only 1 nightstand in a double room which does not make sense to me. I also did not like how the heater in the bathroom was constantly turning off and I needed to dry something quickly…. The location and staff are nice but I also did not enjoy that there is no reception and guests have to check themselves in on a tablet… for a 4* hotel it is strange but at least the staff was friendly and responsive.

The location is excellent, very close to Bologna Centrale railway station, which is just what we wanted, as we arrived late in the evening and were only staying one night. The atmosphere is chilled, welcoming and well organised. We loved eating outside in the courtyard area in the evening, the food was good quality and reasonable, the cocktails were excellent.

The bathroom door lock was sticky and difficult. We mentioned it to staff and they said yes this was a known problem. The answer was not to lock it. In the morning we sat in a different area outside (as the most comfortable seating area was being cleaned). It was very dirty, as it if hadn’t been cleaned for a while.
