We could park the car for free in front of the hotel. The room and bathroom was a good standard. The receptionist gave us tips about the bus and the tickets.

The hotel is a bit far from the city, so we used the bus, which was fine for the journey to the center. However, the bus was on diversion which even the girl in the Tourist Information office was not able to decipher. The stops were marked confusingly and it took us a long time to find out that the opposite routes go through totally different streets, not even corresponding to the diagrams on the panels. The locals were not very helpful. Returning in the night was an adventure we would have happily missed.

This is a perfectly acceptable hotel in lovely place. Room was large with a good size bathroom. Beds were made every day and everything clean. We had day trips to Ravenna, Florence and Ferrara. Overall very nice and would go back. BUT ...

Nothing wrong with the room or the hotel, but the city tax is becoming silly! 34 euros for two people for 4 nights. Bologna is a very expensive place, but this is unnecessary. We didn't spend much money in Bologna to make up for this. You are always warned about pick-pockets in Italy, but in reality, it's the legal entities who steal your money. Be warned!!

We had a treble room which was very comfortable. There is a 24 hour reception which was very useful with friendly staff. The breakfast was continental but very good. There is a bus stop about 100 yards from the hotel which goes directly into town but its only about 30 minute walk. Our taxi to the airport wasn't until 6pm so we was allowed to leave our cases in the office for the day.

Hotel staff were friendly and willing to assist. The hotel is good value for money. It is well situated, reasonably close to public rail infrastructure and local restaurants. Rooms and hotel was clean. Breakfast options were good.

Television in the room was a bit dated and didn't have netflix / streaming packages available.

Room was clean and tidy. Good choice of breakfast with freshly made coffee. Helpful staff found us somewhere to store our bikes and arranged our return airport transfer. Lots of places to eat nearby and a short walk to the central station and historic city centre.

Door of shower cubicle didn't stay closed so it was easy to make the bathroom floor wet. A/C was OK but needed to be left on to keep the room comfortable.

The hotel is not in the center of Bolonia. Walking distance to the Old Town is about 40 minutes and to the Congress Center is about 20 minutes. But the closer the center the more expensive it is. The fare for this hotel (given the top of the season !) was pretty decent. Excellent breakfast. This was not the problem for me as I came by plane but for people traveling by car - ensure you secure the parking place - the hotel parking looked pretty small.

Super clean and modern hotel. Room had everything that is needed incl refrigerator. Elevator, 24 hour reception, breakfast starts at 07:00.

Shower needs repair. The plastic tray was bouncy and cracked and I would imagine it leaks water into the room below. Hotel is located to the north side of the station, a very long walk from the city center. Limited restaurants in the area.

It's a good place to stay for its value. Didnt have breakfast, cannot judge that. Cleaning was done well every day and towels were changed as well. There was a possibility to leave a luggage for free.

Even though rooms are comfortable, the hotel needs a renovation. Additionally, the walls are so thin, that you can hear how people flush the toilet, open the room door, not a very nice thing to hear at night.

Very clean and cozy room. We rested very well - it was quiet and with blackout curtains. Mattress is very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with jogurts, fruit, sandviches and various sweets!!! Highly recommend and wand to come back again❤️

Nothing. Just as a recommendation to the hotel management- it would be very nice to put a bottle of water in the room for guests.

The staff, were helpful and the girl at the reception gave us a great recommendation for pizza delivery and she even called the restaurant for us. The hotel has an elevator. The room is quite big, big tv. And the bathroom is huge compared to any toher we had in Italy.

It was extremely hot, we had to sleep with the balcony door open all night. The mattresses could be a little better.
