The hostel is one of these modern chain hostels/hotels, very nice and clean. Is huge! Room size and facilities were good, as were the common areas. The pool is essential, especially during summer. Although it's a bit small for the hotel's size, it's okay. Towels are provided, and ppl are nice. The bar is OK, but breakfast is a bit expensive.

Communication before arrival was absent. I asked a few times for the parking thorugh booking.com and their webpage and nothing. Once we arrived, the staff was super nice. The area were the hotel is is nothing special, you need to walk 25 min to reach the center, but the electric bikes are a good solution and the price is ok.

The area around the hotel looks a bit sketchy. This is probably due to the fact that it's in the proximity of the train station. It might be safer to avoid exploring it at night.

This hotel is exceptional. Perfect location right next to the train station. Rooms are very spacious, beds are amazing, so big and comfy, great black out blinds to ensure a good nights sleep. We were on the 3rd floor and found it very quiet. Loved the layout of the building with the social areas. Pool was a bonus, especially as incredibly hot during our stay. Bar and restaurant on site good, didn't really sample the food, cocktails amazing and very strong. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

The only issue was the drain in the shower didn't work very well so the bathroom flooded - a minor complaint and on a positive, encouraged a quick shower.

The nearly early Club open friendly vibes. Open common spaces with work Play, mingle, swing in bubble seats ,work and study. Especially in June heat dome and awful inquinamento dell’aria!!! Un oasi!

Terrible vegan food! But breakfast was perfect . Too crowded and too early closing while on vacation. SHOWER flooded no matter what we did die to terrible drainage built in on high part of floor. UglyColorless rooms, but fantastic staff and front desk! Your chef needs training in whole foods plant cuisine. No deep fried anything, no prepackaged burgers that are meant for Carnivores but fill of fats and salt and beans lentils at every meal !!!interior too black. Oh! The laundry was awful and the ironing boards dirty and stained a favorite dress! Totally awful!

Overall, a very good option for Bologna. It is a bit away from the city center (about 25 minutes walking), but in a good location. The hotel offers very nice communal areas, with working tables, nice garden, a pool and a bar/restaurant. The wifi was excellent, very fast and reliable. Rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was excellent, all options very tasty and high quality.

The working desk in the room was a bit small, not convenient. There was a bad smell in the toilet, you should leave the fan on constantly to remove it. The menu in the restaurant wasn't great, but everything was tasty.

Breakfast wide ranging and breakfast team very friendly, coffee machine at breakfast temperamental but staff on hand and even went to get coffee from the bar, which was kind. Laid back vibe. Gym equipment variety excellent. A couple of children in there at times, which was more a safety concern than a problem per se. WiFi solid. Excellent and free laundry, though directions for how it works could be clearer (say on a poster) in the laundry space itself. Good restaurant recommendations from reception team.

Room move after a couple of days due to unavoidable repairs was annoying (but handled smoothly and communicated clearly by the team). Was moved from huge outward facing corner room with opening windows to slightly more compact (but fine) courtyard facing room, restricted windows, poor full length mirror placement. One day part of the courtyard was being used as a workshop with drilling of some tables. The acoustics of that enclosed space made the noise unbearable- not at all relaxing on that day.

Our room was very clean, spacious, cool (great AC) and quiet. The bathroom was very nice and spacious as well. We had a small issue with the drain stopper in the sink but after we let someone know, it was fixed that same afternoon. The pool was lovely and clean. On some days it was a bit crowded, but there was always room for everyone. A cool haven during the 35+ degree heat of a Bologna summer. The quality of the food in the restaurant was great, the cocktails at the bar were even better. Food and drinks are maybe a tad expensive but always very tasty. All dishes were available as take-away, if you preferred to eat in the outer courtyard. The same goes for drinks at the bar outside: stylish plastic alternative glassware was provided for those who wanted to sip their cocktail around the swimming pool. The overall atmosphere was interesting. Expect a young, modern and vibrant place. The diversity of guests was something we didn't expect, but it was quite refreshing. Some were working in one of the many coworking spaces, others were working out in the (impressive) gym, and of course there were loads of people on vacation like us. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was exceptional. We have rarely been treated so well and so friendly. From the hosts at the check-in to the restaurant and bar staff and maintenance - everyone. And not in a fake way. They were genuinely lovely and attentive, and visible enjoyed working together. A delight.

Granted, you're not smack dab in the city centre. It's about a 30 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. The Bolognina neighbourhood has some hidden gems to discover, though. Also, the train station is literally just around the corner, which makes it perfect for a day trip to one of the surrounding cities like Parma or Modena.

I stayed in Social Hub in Barcelona and came to stay in here. The booking was easy (although my friend didn't like that we need to check in ourselves- although I guess it was possible to ask the staff), the room was spacious, the location is convenient.

The interior design of the room is rather cold and could be improved. Although I like the industrial style, it s too much like a dormitory. The cement marks on the floor seems like mold - which is probably not. Some colors would be nice to have and the lighting can be significantly improved. There is no soap in the toilet (only in the bathroom), and also no garbage in the bathroom. I think it could be much better in terms of the design. The one in Barcelona is a good example.

The breakfast was really well assorted, with a fine selection and a beautiful presentation. A bit more attention could have been paid to cleanliness, as some guests were not very considerate. The rooms were spacious, with great beds – minimalist yet designed with a high aesthetic standard. Bathrooms had excellent showers and plenty of space. The air conditioning is quiet – not something you find often, chapeau! Although the area isn’t the quietest corner of Bologna, the rooms are calm and well insulated. Very friendly crew!

Apart from the somewhat uncollegial behavior of a few guests (which certainly cannot be blamed on the hosts!), there is nothing to complain about. ... ... maybe the only thing I’d wish for would be a sauna ... it would also be a great addition to the excellent gym ...

The staff were very kind and helpful. They noted our request for a quiet room and did their best to accommodate us. The atmosphere was great: some people were working there, others were playing ping pong and others were relaxing by the swimming pool. It was much better than I had expected and what I had read in the reviews.

The cleaning service could be improved. We called them once and asked for five minutes to leave the room, but they never came back. The breakfast on site costs €18, which we think is too expensive. We also ordered fries to go with our beer and they were actually worse than typical fast food.
