The hostel is one of these modern chain hostels/hotels, very nice and clean. Is huge! Room size and facilities were good, as were the common areas. The pool is essential, especially during summer. Although it's a bit small for the hotel's size, it's okay. Towels are provided, and ppl are nice. The bar is OK, but breakfast is a bit expensive.

Communication before arrival was absent. I asked a few times for the parking thorugh booking.com and their webpage and nothing. Once we arrived, the staff was super nice. The area were the hotel is is nothing special, you need to walk 25 min to reach the center, but the electric bikes are a good solution and the price is ok.

The area around the hotel looks a bit sketchy. This is probably due to the fact that it's in the proximity of the train station. It might be safer to avoid exploring it at night.

Our room was very clean, spacious, cool (great AC) and quiet. The bathroom was very nice and spacious as well. We had a small issue with the drain stopper in the sink but after we let someone know, it was fixed that same afternoon. The pool was lovely and clean. On some days it was a bit crowded, but there was always room for everyone. A cool haven during the 35+ degree heat of a Bologna summer. The quality of the food in the restaurant was great, the cocktails at the bar were even better. Food and drinks are maybe a tad expensive but always very tasty. All dishes were available as take-away, if you preferred to eat in the outer courtyard. The same goes for drinks at the bar outside: stylish plastic alternative glassware was provided for those who wanted to sip their cocktail around the swimming pool. The overall atmosphere was interesting. Expect a young, modern and vibrant place. The diversity of guests was something we didn't expect, but it was quite refreshing. Some were working in one of the many coworking spaces, others were working out in the (impressive) gym, and of course there were loads of people on vacation like us. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was exceptional. We have rarely been treated so well and so friendly. From the hosts at the check-in to the restaurant and bar staff and maintenance - everyone. And not in a fake way. They were genuinely lovely and attentive, and visible enjoyed working together. A delight.

Granted, you're not smack dab in the city centre. It's about a 30 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. The Bolognina neighbourhood has some hidden gems to discover, though. Also, the train station is literally just around the corner, which makes it perfect for a day trip to one of the surrounding cities like Parma or Modena.

I stayed in Social Hub in Barcelona and came to stay in here. The booking was easy (although my friend didn't like that we need to check in ourselves- although I guess it was possible to ask the staff), the room was spacious, the location is convenient.

The interior design of the room is rather cold and could be improved. Although I like the industrial style, it s too much like a dormitory. The cement marks on the floor seems like mold - which is probably not. Some colors would be nice to have and the lighting can be significantly improved. There is no soap in the toilet (only in the bathroom), and also no garbage in the bathroom. I think it could be much better in terms of the design. The one in Barcelona is a good example.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They noted our request for a quiet room and did their best to accommodate us. The atmosphere was great: some people were working there, others were playing ping pong and others were relaxing by the swimming pool. It was much better than I had expected and what I had read in the reviews.

The cleaning service could be improved. We called them once and asked for five minutes to leave the room, but they never came back. The breakfast on site costs €18, which we think is too expensive. We also ordered fries to go with our beer and they were actually worse than typical fast food.

The room was quite spacious with all amenities included (and some extras). The bathroom was also very well equipped with good toiletries. Additionally, there was a complementary laundry room, gym, pool, and a nice bar available in the common area.

The prices in the bar and restaurant were more expensive than in most establishments in Bologna. The location is in close proximity to the central station which was very convenient when arriving by train. Nevertheless, the area was at times rather dodgy.

The bedding and pillows were beyond exceptional, probably the best I've had while traveling through Europe. The walk-in shower had a great shower head with plenty of hot water. They should supply the rooms with squeegees as the water seeps out of the shower, but that's typical of a lot of European showers. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. I didn't use the pool area but it's rather large with lots of tables and chairs to choose from. I did get a proper workout in the gym as it has numerous equipment options. It has underground parking which is a bonus. Staff is helpful, I had a problem with the A/C in my room, and they switched me into a different room without hesitation.

This hotel caters to young people, and it shows with some of the signage and slogans pasted about, the free bedside condom and the DJ that played nightclub music at the restaurant Sunday. That aside, the hallways are black, giving it a bleak appearance and definitely hides the dirt. The dirt, however, is not hidden in the lifts. I was surprised at how much dirt, that could have easily been vacuumed, was in the lifts.

Accommodation: The place is really nice and clean, it is located very close to the train station and by a 10-15 walk to the city centre. The staff is very helpful, you can do by yourself the check in and the check out but the staff is always there to help you. You can also store your baggage if maybe you have a late departure. The pool is very clean, the water temperature is perfect, you can also request a towel from the reception. It has the perfect size for a quick bath or just to relax. Room: I was very nice surprised, the room was very spacious, the bathroom was modern, you had everything you needed, shampoo, shower gel, towels and hairdryer. Every day we had someone to clean our room.

Everything was perfect — the pool was magnificent, the bed was very comfortable, the amenities were incredible, the staff was excellent, everything was great.

To be honest, there was not enough drinking water in the room. On the first day, we were given two 0.5 L bottles for two people, but after that no new water was provided. Of course, there is drinking water available at the reception downstairs. Our coffee was replenished, but it would be great if the drinking water was also replenished. After all, it is an essential resource for the human body. Having a water dispenser or cooler would be great.
