We were greeted at the door and everything explained to us by very friendly man. The building was very plain but our apartment was fabulous. Everything was meticulously clean and tidy. Beds were very comfy and there was a bathroom tv & aircon in both of the bedrooms. They provided small continental breakfast and kitchen had all amenities needed. Apartment is on the outskirt of historical centre but buses are frequent and only 10 min ride. I recommend this stay for families or groups of 4 or 5.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, it was exactly what we were looking for! Roberta was very kind and helpful!

We were greeted very kindly. The room was spotless, I have never seen a room this clean before.The fridge in the room was refilled every day with water and yogurt which was lovely. We loved the common area where snacks, juices and coffee were available all day.

Some salty options would be good for breakfast. And the next room in the building was very noisy. The management cant do anything about it though.

Very nice cosy and clean apartment. There is coffee machine and kind of snack bar, refrigerator in the room with few yogurts. Stuff is very friendly and nice

The area is not the best. There were strange people nearby. Ruther noisy road, but the windows are very good so there is no noise in the room if the window is closed.

The apartment is situated really close to the center yet in a very calm and quiet neighborhood. We liked attentive and welcoming host, brilliant location, breakfasts and snacks which are available all the day, comfort and cleanliness of the apartment and the room particularly. Amazing bed, huge window and privat bathroom made our trip even more comfortable.

Great location, easy to find from Bologna Centrale, only 10-15 min walk, good connections by bus to the city attractions. Excellent hospitality from Roberta, the host, especially for directions for Bologna sightseeing's.

The room was nice and comfortable, near the train station and ~20-25 minutes on foot from Piazza Maggiore. The host was so kind and helpful, providing tips about the city. Great services provided at such a great price and an all-around pleasant stay. Grazie mille!

It is super clean and Roberta was a great host. Optimal location for fair.

The thing about places like this is that you have an apartment building where an owner turned their apartment into three hotel rooms. So when you get to it there is no sign or lobby or person to ask anything.

The room was clean and nice. The location was good, pretty close to anything. We had great communication as well with the owner.
