The stay was overall pleasant: - the breakfast was quite good and varied - the rooms were clean - the parking on site was quite accessible and close to the rooms and was covered which is great given the summer heat

No major issues: - the hotel seeks to attract/host congresses and events, yet the desk space in the rooms is really limited if someone needs to work in a discrete environment. - the pool was great but could get a bit crowded

Hotel staff were so helpful and friendly . Rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and even towels for the pool . Set on the outskirts of the city . Public transport once you get used to it was easy if you didn’t like us have our own car . Breakfast was fantastic . Pool area great including the pool snack / drinks bar .

The restaurant served nice food but was very expensive and you didn’t get much for your money . The menu could have been more varied too . Had a lot of insect bites even though I used insect repellent. Air conditioning wasn’t working one night but was sorted when we mentioned it a reception .

Staff were excellent. Room very clean and quiet. Good restaurant & nice location. Good bus service to centre of Bologna.

The hotel is predominantly for business travellers. Therefore the staff are often busy catering for the business clients during the day and in the evenings. Sometimes we felt they were too busy to cater for us and other non business clients. Whilst there is a lovely breakfast there is no possibility of snacks or a sandwich during the day. ( although I did notice a pool menu being available at the end of our stay) We were at the hotel for a family event and my son and his partner had a small baby. unfortunately their flight time was changed and they asked for a late check out which was unavailable ( fair enough) however we asked if the cot could be moved to our room so that the baby could have a sleep in the afternoon but the answer was that it was against hotel policy.

Room size, big TV, the pool and hot tubs etc, the food was exceptional, nice wine in restaurant, definitely have dinner there if you stay, the waiter was friendly and helpful. The girls on reception were really friendly and helpful and let us have a later check out at 2pm.

Air con wasn’t powerful enough so there was no escape from the humidity and heat which made it a little uncomfortable, if we were there for more than one night it would have been very uncomfortable. Maybe the hotel could put sun screens on the windows along the corridor of the junior suites as it was like a sauna.

Will definitely go there again. Even though our stay was really short we saw that the location is really nice. There are a lot of free parking areas, very close to rooms. We didn't even had to ask for a child chair during breakfast, they just brought one while we were getting food. Staff is friendly and always smiling. The location is huge and for sure during summer time it's even better than in March.

Some more variety on the breakfast would be nice, but it is all right (plenty of fresh juice to choose from, great sweets). Or rating for this would be around 8 out of 10, so pretty good.

Breakfast was to die for. Room was really great with enough space to spread out and not feel cramped especially for a stay that was longer than a few days.

Drinks on site were expensive with very few other options as the nearest convinience store was a 20 minute walk away.

+ Very nice hotel, like the resort, with a lot beautiful photo spots + Nice/ helpful/ supportive staffs (not just receptionist, one man, looks like a guard or maintenance staff), pro-actively supported us to visit swimming pool areas, though it had been closed during our stay...) + parking

- location, but it is okie by compensating with very nice decoration hotel and view - restaurant (not directly to hotel booking). the restaurant is inside hotel (same place of breakfast): foods are so so, expensive (I did compare with similar food/ level of restaurant in other restaurant we experience in our 14-day trip). Staffs looks not very nice (mightbe I came at the end of the day).

Room was very comfortable and clean with a good number of electric outlets for charging laptop and phone and with a strong wifi connection. I also appreciated the free upgrade to a room with a balcony which I didnt ask for but was offered by the reception.

Generally the staff were very polite and very professional except one waitress at the evening dinner who was very curt and not at all welcoming.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. All the usual options.

I would prefer thicker curtains that blocked light better. There were lights outside my window and the room was not as dark as I would have preferred. The light shone through the fabric.
