Newly renovated apartment on the first floor with private parking. Nearby there are some shops and cafe to the center 10 minutes drive. Very hospitable host ready to assist with everything

I would say a bit pricey place, but we changes our plans due to unpredictable circumstances and moreover there was some fair at the same time in a town and all accommodation was moon price. That was actually the lowest price and we like to stay there.

We had a lovely stay in Bologna at the property. We were 2 with our infant daughter. Everything was well prepared, tidy and clean. Friendly and responsive owner. The breakfast was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and nice, we had to take a bus to the center though.

One tiny improvement can be cleaning the floor, our baby just walked for a few minutes and her feet got very dirty, same happened to me after a few steps without a slipper.

A litlle bit far from the city center, but there are bus stops at 2-3 minutes from the location and Bologna bus transport system is really good.

It is well-equipped quiet place close to Bologna Mazzini station where it is easy to catch a train to Bologna Centrale or Prato (to transfer to Firenze), Marco was a very helpful and understanding host for us, we were able to check-in quite late (due to delayed flight), everything in the apartment is planned very well, breakfast was very good comparing to similar places we stayed in around Italy

Everything, the house was amazing, the cleaning lady was really sweet, the house was prepared for receiving us, it had food, bottles of water… Really nice!!

The location was quite far from the center of the city but there was very nice and quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was very good, the host and staff were very nice and helpful.

The room was comfortable, fully equipped and very clean. We didn't face any problem!

The location is not very close to center by foot. However, this was something we knew beforehand and 3 min from the room is the bus station.

The room was big and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the owner responded quick to our messages and he was very nice.

The breakfast was a bad surprise and very poor in my opinion. Besides some cheap yogurts and UHT milk there were only sweets. There were no sandwiches, no ham, no cheese. Nothing that I would eat at breakfast. I really like sweets and they were very good but we ate them during the day and we bought some sandwiches from the city for the morning. I think Italian people eat sweets in the morning but don’t expect to have fresh croissants at this property. We had some issue with the hot water from the shower. Hot water was only for ten minutes per night. On our first night we thought it was an exception but in the second one my friend washed herself with cold water and it was too late to call the owner (midnight).
