A beautiful Tuscany style apartment in a quiet area of Bologna. It was very spacious with everything that you could possibly need. The host was so helpful before, during and after our stay and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was set up in the kitchen when we arrived and was plentiful, with a big bottle of milk and water also provided. The bed was super comfortable and we slept very well. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Apartment doesn’t have a lot of soundproofing and doors are loud so when people are coming/going, using the bathroom or in the kitchen you can hear it. The apartment is located 25 mins out of the city by bus. that didn’t phase us as we don’t mind walking/ taking public transport.

Facilities like the kitchen and the bathroom were top notch, interior design was really cool, breakfast was prepared and nice, very detailed Instructions for an easy self-check in.

There were two bedrooms, we had the key to one, the other was locked. There was some confusion whether or not there was a second guest staying with us, but we were alone in the end, so all's well that ends well.

The apartment was super tidy and comfortable😊 The breakfast was nice. We had eggs, coffee, fresh milk and fruit juice, etc. It was more than enough for us🤗 The instructions were clearly written on the email, so we didn’t have any trouble of finding the apartment. Also, the owner answers very quickly to the messages if there’re any questions🥰

The apartment is a bit far from the city center, but you can easily reach it by bus, and the bus station is really close to the apartment

Staff were very easy to reach and responsive. Very clear check-in instructions given beforehand. The room came with a folder with all the information we would need. Lots of free on street parking right outside. Clean and comfortable apartment. Shower was very good. Breakfast was included which had a nice selection.

Beware there is no lift up to the apartment which is on the second floor but this didn’t bother us too much. There is space to stop after each flight of stairs to take a rest in needed.

Everything was amazing. The host was very friendly, accommodating & helpful. The apartment and room was very clean and cosy. Information about the facilities was clear. Overall its a great stay. I would definitely come back.

The apartment was clean and had all we needed. Having the washing and drying facility in the apartment was great. Breakfast was good with a good selection.

One of our members was gluten free and this was not catered for even when I asked. In the information provided they said eggs but there were none. This would have been good for her and a piece of fruit.

To be honest, we loved everything. It is the best place we have stayed so far. If there will be another chance to come to Italy/Bologna we will deffinetly stay in here again.

Not central location in Bolonia (ca.15min drive) but we didnt mind and it suited our travel plan.
