The staff was very nice and welcoming, constantly present and quick to solve any issue we might have had. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean and we had everything needed to be comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Parking spots were generous. It is pretty far from the town centre, but close to bus lines. It is also very close to the highway (but the area is quiet), so it is a perfect place to stay if you have a car and want to travel to other cities too. There is a supermarket right across the street and a restaurant close by if you don't want to eat at the hotel's restaurant, so even though it's not in the city centre you have everything you need nearby.

We kept getting only two towel sets each day although there were three of us in the room, so every single day we had to go back to the reception to ask for an extra towel. It was a bit annoying for this to happen 4 days in a row out of the 7 we stayed there, since there were clearly 3 beds and 3 towel sets the cleaning lady was taking. The staff could be a bit more careful about this, but each time we went to ask for the extra towel they were quick to solve the issue.

Great hotel! It had everything we wanted. Bathroom doors that close and are actually private. The beds are comfortable. The A/C works great. The smart TV actually works, the chrome cast lets you pair with your streaming apps. We have been to 11 hotels on our current, very long vacation and this was the first that worked. Mini fridge and massive supermarket nearby for snacks. A few great restaurants within walking distance. It’s a great location, near highway. We were very happy with our stay there!

If I had to find a fault, the sound proofing could be better as you will always find other guest at hotels can be loud but we always use a white noise app at hotels to help with that.

We liked that the room was spacious and bed comfortable and big as well. Bathroom had a big bathtub and lots of space to put everything you need. Breakfast was quite good with lots of fruits, however selection of bread could include more healthy options. On the good side they offer some local produce such as cheese and mortadela.

When we entered the room the toilet watertenk was leaking and making nerve-wracking sound so we had to change the room. In another room there were no shower gel...and towels for only one instead for two persons. But annoying but they sorted it out.

A very convenient place to stay, if, like us, you are doing a road trip across northern Italy. Located just off the ring road, it obviously doesn't have the advantages of hotels and accommodation in the historical centre, but it is just very easy. We had a room on the 14th floor - clean, comfy bed etc - with great views over Bologna, and the towers in the distance. We didn't want to try and find a restaurant nearby, so ate in the hotel restaurant - and like most of these business hotels, the food offering is excellent. Really good quality and good restaurant standard. Breakfast was buffet style, but again, really good. Lots of choice and no issues with quality. A recommended hotel if you are travelling and need a place to stay for a night that is convenient and hassle free. Parking is also free, with lots of spaces outside the front of the hotel.

It was convenient to what we needed as a place to stay overnight before going on a cruise. It was clean, rooms were good, breakfast excellent.

The main meals in the restaurant were a little pricy for what you got, but it was okay. However my daughter in law encountered a very rude guest in the lift with her 3 young children. He swore at her in Italian thinking she couldn’t understand, but she is Australian/Italian and understood perfectly what he said. She was really shaken up and told her husband. Unfortunately we did not see this man again, otherwise we would have challenged him. It certainly put a dampener on our stay.

For italian standard breakfast had variety of things, but probably after 3 days there was nothing new... coffee was disspointing (even capucinno) although there was a machine with beans. Location is good when you come from highway, but a bit far from the city center. With a bus you can get in 15 minutes in center of Bologna. Need to check where to find tickets, in the bus is a complicated system which for one afternoon didn't check in details, so we walked most of the time. Enough parking places , appartment was as described.

All facilities were excellent. The room (40)cleaner was very efficient and good. All staff were excellent speakers in English and very helpful including in the breakfast facility. The bed was comfortable. Excellent car parking facilities. One exception though. No English channels on the TV. In this day and age one needs to see news BBC in English please . Very difficult and cumbersome to get UK tv on line app.

We stayed overnight on our way further down south. The hotel is just a minute's drive from the motorway so this is an excellent location if you're not planning on visiting the city itself. The hotel was busy, with lots of guests coming and going but the rooms are very quiet. We never heard anyone else. The rooms are clean but you can see that many people have passed through - patches of worn carpet and knocks on the wall, etc. Didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment but I the staff at the reception desk was very patient despite being very busy with checking in guests.

For such a price it’s great. 130€ for the room with two separate beds in italy it’s a gem. Obviously it has its downside, like there were a small spider web in the room, the walls are scratched, everything seems to be a little “used”. And by that I mean there was a cheap maintenance of all this. But being honest you don’t expect new rooms ( 44 sq m) for less than 200€ in italy. And even so even many 5 starts hotels sometimes have problems with this, so I think price/quality is perfect there. Rooms were clean and big. mattresses are fine. No slippers and bed robes, But the hotel has swimming pool and GYM. Overall quite good

Everything was amazing, Raffaele at reception very helpful, at first night we were hungry and he helped us to order a food using his phone and get this delivered, and when the food arrived, I got a call from reception in my room instead of waiting for a food at reception.

We stayed three nights, and were told at reception there is a coffee machine to use for 24 hours, which we used for 2 days, The third day the coffee machine was switched off and we were told by a lady at reception that it only opens when the bar is closed which was not a big deal but a bit disappointing.
