Conveniently located neighborhood property directly adjacent to the Bologna San Vitale train station. Property was very spacious and clean with functional, updated decor. Air conditioning was available for use and kitchen was equipped with all basic needs. Property staff was friendly and flexible as our arrival time changed due to train delays.

Overall was very good. Could have used a few additional pillows to improve sleeping comfort. A few extra hangers for clothes would have been helpful too, as our stay was for a week.

The house is clean, tidy and spacious. The surrounding public transportation is also very convenient. I need to emphasize that the communication with Vincenzo is very smooth, the response is very timely, and the problem is solved very quickly.

It is next to the light rail and there is a little noise。

Location in plain modern suburb right next to a train station. Not so good for wandering into town but useful as base to visit other places by car or train

Somewhat far from the centre, but the train is right there. Rooms don't seem to be soundproof - if you have loud neighbours, they can easily be heard.

The towels provided are hand towels! For the price they need to be larger! No expects full size towels at hotels but a hand towel really is too small!

Surprising quiet location given that it is next to a branch line railway station. There is gated parking in the courtyard. It's a bit out of the town centre: the best option seems to be a few minutes walk to the No 14 bus stop in Via Massarenti which for 2 euros drops you in the town centre. (often delayed and often crowded though). The apartment is modern and functional, rather than cosy. A few lamps would soften the atmosphere.But accommodation in Bologna is generally expensive, and this was a bit more affordable. We discovered belatedly that the cafe/patisserie near the bus stop is good for breakfast and much cheaper than in town.

The basin and shower in our room didn't drain properly. This is clearly a recurring problem because the bathroom flooring had peeled up from the effect of previous floods. The kitchen cupboards are very very high: fortunately one of my companions was tall, otherwise I would have needed a stepladder to reach the contents!

The property was amazingly clean and convenient. The ensuite had a double shower head…. In Italy a double shower!!!! Served our family of 4 perfectly

The train station next door can be a little noisey at times but also very convenient to go into town

This property was very clean, comfortable, and in a nice area. It is conveniently close to a train station but you can barely hear the train inside the apartment. We were able to hop on the train for day trips or to get to downtown Bologna.

I can’t think of anything that I did not like.

The apartment is good, and it has a safe and spacious parking spot. The staff was really friendly at arrival. It's next to the trainstation (like literally), this has some noise during the day (only outside, sleeping was no problem), but its great for visiting the city center or surrounding places.

A place to sit outside would be nice, but that's maybe a tip for the owner.
