The room: Not big but it is not like I was going to throw a party. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were not to our liking but that was a theme throughout Italy. Facilities and breakfast: The hotel was a short bus ride from the city centre but for us that was just fine. The parking was spacious but a little dear in my opinion. There was a "bar" that was operated by the front desk but we only had a one drink there. The breakfast was very good in spite of a little hiccup we had on our first morning which was remedied by the staff the next morning after we complained about it. That is always a good sign.

The AC in our bedroom made a strange sound every time it started. I do believe that a bearing is starting to wear out. I loathe changing rooms after I have spread out so I didn't bother to make a complaint. The issue which we had at breakfast the first morning is we saw other people were being served cappuccinos so we ordered one which never arrived even though we politely asked for it again. A little frustrated I went to the front desk on my way out and made them aware. Then next morning the waiter came to us very apologetic and subsequently made us delicious cappuccinos for the remainder of our stay.

The suite for my family was spacious enough with a master bedroom and a sitting room having a big couch /bed for my kids. 2 spacious bathrooms , a table for four and a big enough closet , mini bar ,safe ,tv. The cleanliness of the room was 10/10. The hotel is about 10 minutes by car to the center of Bologna. There are restaurants nearby with good food ,Italian and Asian. The breakfast was very good ( you can always add some more) and good quality. The staff helpfull enough. No noise from the roads .

The heater from one of the 2 bathrooms never fixed during a 5-night stay ( maybe the holidays). Every tourist pays about 5 € a day for staying at Chek out. The parking for the residents it could be free or less than 15 € per day (that is a suggestion).

We were in transit in Bologna and our flight got canceled so we had to find a place to stay. Although we arrived in the hotel at around 08:00 am, the staff did everything they could to secure a room for us so that the kids can sleep. They didn’t charge us anything for the 6 hour earlier check-in. On the other hand, the facility was excellent and the room included everything that we needed. It’s not located in the city center but it’s not too far from there

The location of the hotel is great. It is 10 minutes from the center and 8 minutes from the airport by car. The receptionist is very attentive and friendly. Even though it had a few different checkin coming at the same time, it handled everything very well. And in the meantime, she loved her job enough to make jokes all the time. The rooms were very large and very comfortable. It was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a very long time. Breakfast was also very sufficient. However, since the breakfast interval is long, if you go there a little late instead of giving up your sleep, you may find that the varieties are slightly reduced.

There was a sensor light in the closet, but the room does not have overhead lighting. However, I cannot call the room dark. Because the natural lighting during the day was also very good.

A good range of breakfast choices. I especially liked the fresh pineapple which we had with yogurt and nuts. For those who like cakes for breakfast, there was an amazing choice to chose from. I also tended to have scrambled egg with fresh tomatoes and ham. The only danger was eating too much. There were flasks of "American Coffee" ready to pour but also you could order more specialist coffees. The room was well laid out. The double bed in the suite turned out to be, we estimated, 8 feet wide - personally I have never seen a bed that wide. It looked to be two 4 foot narrow doubles put side by side, so if you like to sleep close to your spouse you could maybe both fit in one of the pair of beds!

Key card lock didn't work on our door which was a bit disconcerting at first. But this was quickly resolved when we returned to the front desk. (After trying and failing with a master key card they provided us with the actual real door key). Also, as the room's USB charging points didn't appear to work for us, we ended up using our own charger and adaptor plug instead.

The gigantic bed was great - effectively two queen size beds joined together. We had the junior suite so that there was a bed for our daughter (no crib for babies when you arrive at night though), but we ended up sleeping altogether - two parents two kids and a dog - in the huge bed... It was still roomy! I loved it so much that i've decided to have one like that at home :-). The breakfast was good and it was included in the price (i don't think it was specified in the booking).

We arrived late and there was no parking. You have to book it separately.

1. The staff was super helpful at the reception. The room cleanliness was superb. The room was very good. The bathroom as well was very comfortable. Also, the compliments such as shampoo, toothbrush bathrobe, etc. 2. The location was super convenient. After taking the bus numbered 25, you would have reached everywhere very easily. 3. The breakfast was good. Though during our 2 weeks of stay, it went a little mundane because the variety of the breakfast content was the same. Still 5 stars, though. For long stays, this could be a constructive criticism 4. Outside space was also very well thoughtly designed. The outdoor chairs and relaxation area with the melodic sounds of birds were a charm.

Constructive Criticism 1. A few chairs and a table for relaxation and work could be put on the balcony. Because the view was very nice and we wanted to enjoy the view.

Most of all, I liked the art prints hanging all over the hotel. Each floor seemed to have a theme, and it looked well arranged which made me feel staying at a place where it was more than just a hotel. Every corner was clean and tidy and it made the artworks stands out more. There was a small functional gym. The breakfast was nice with an array of summer fruits and cakes. There are also some hot savoury food like scrambled eggs. I personally could walk to the city centre, but there was always frequent running of local buses near the hotel.

Even though there was a very tiny shower booth, we enjoyed our short stay in a smallest suite. For longer stay, I would definitely chose to stay in a larger room. Coffee at the breakfast could be improved.

I really liked the room's style, with nice contemporary furniture. The room was big enough, and the bed and pillows were both very comfortable. I found the cleaning service to be good, with the room always clean and tidy upon my return from the day. The bathroom was overall good, with all the amenities provided. I loved the view from the balcony.

Everything was pretty much in line with expectations, considering the price-to-quality ratio. The continental breakfast was good, although I personally expected a bit more variety of savory items to accompany the scrambled eggs (which were very good, by the way), such as some crunchy bacon. Overall, it was good! I would suggest offering larger towels for the shower. A downside concerning the use of the elevators: in the morning, I often found it difficult to find an available one because they were occupied by cleaning staff with their carts, blocking them on the floors. Overall, it was good—probably one of the best you can find at it's price, considering the location (10min walk from the center) and season, as I have been there in July.

the room was spacious & clean. True to its size. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is clean.

Breakfast was very bad as the hot food served were not even warm. They don’t top up the food so if you eat breakfast around 8am- there is hardly food left- as they do not top up the food they served. The fruits they served were not fresh - on the second day of our stay- the fruits and vegetable served were stale.
