The breakfast was good with ample of choices. However, one very disturbing fact was that there only was one coffee machine for the special coffees. So if you did not want to settle with ordinary black coffee, you had to wait in a queue of sometimes 10 or more people. In a hotel that big, one coffee machine is not enough!

Tab water was a little yellow so you had to run the tab for along time before brushing your teeth. I think the hotel could have provided a bottle of water each day but there only was one on the day of arrival. Water from the shower was rather cold, too.

Very good looking hotel, the room was big and comfortable to use and looked very fresh. Also the breakfast area was really spacious and breakfast itself offered pretty big selection of different products that were very tasty

The only negative I can think about is location. The hotel is not very far from the center but it's about 30mins walk. Fortunately there's a bus stop very near to the hotel but you can't buy tickets nearby. The only option of course is to buy them in the bus but you need to remember you can buy only one ticket with a card and apparently cards with other currencies than euro don't work there. We had only one card with euro so that's why for us personally it was slightly inconvenient

I would say that both me and my partner enjoyed everything throughout our whole stay. Room was very nice, everything was clean and breakfast was always perfect. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and helpful on each occasion. Probably this hotel has the best ratio quality/price from Bologna.

In some sense, the location. It is indeed perfect if you have a car (it is close to the tangenziale/ring road around Bologna). However, if you want to travel by bus, then there are only a limited amount of choices to be made. This doesn't imply that is impossible to get from the hotel to the city center, but you have to pay attention to which buses to take back from city center to the hotel during the evenings/nights. Our recommendation for future guests is to take bus number 28 back to the hotel, instead of 21 or any other options that Google Maps or any other app will tell you.

Breakfast had a good variety of food and drink options with plenty of space to sit, the room was well spacious and the bathroom was of a good size, the location was great for the needs of my visit to access to the congress centre

The first use of the bathroom had me concerned, while it was of good size, the first use of the sink, and the shower started off with weird brown liquid coming out and had me concerned about the shower but after a minute of letting it flow it was good. The view out of the window was poor as it was looking at a petrol station and the car was was often heard through even closed windows.

The hotel is modern and new, the room was nicely furnished and clean. Breakfast is very good, many options and everything is very tasty. Overall hotel is good, but a bit further away from the city center and it takes almost the same time to take a bus or walk. However, it is only a 15 min ride with a taxi to the airport.

Probably, it doesn't have much to do with the hotel, but at 3 am some very loud people were screaming and arguing for a long time. I was trying to reach the front desk, but was unsuccessful.

The hotel is very good, but a bit distant from the city center. Taxi is about $12 to the city and was not easy to get Taxi back to hotel, especially when raining..Breakfast was decent. Nice bar area to relax..

No screens on the windows, so there were quite few mosquitos I had to hunt down before going to sleep.. Location was a little challenging, about 35 min walk from the center..

My room in this modern hotel was comfortable and sensibly furnished, with plenty of shelving and a large writing surface. It had large windows and was completely quiet. The bathroom was sensibly designed. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good and plentiful. I did walk from and to the Central Railway Station with my luggage, and I also walked to and from the Centro Storico, but it’s a few kilometres. There are buses departing near the hotel to both destinations.

Comfortable and really clean room, big comfortable bed and very good breakfast. The outdoor parking is free of charge and the garage is available by the reasonable price. Public transport by buses is great, and it is easy to reach city center and railway station.

The bathroom is clean and comfortable, but when taking a shower, water leaks into the corner of the shower cabin. I hope it will be easy fixed.

Very clean and efficient hotel. It was great for attending events at the Bologna Congress center (less than 5 mins walk). Breakfast spread was really good and staff were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely characterless room - white and brown furnishings. Since breakfast only started at 7 am, it would have been good to have a coffee maker in the room. There were no USB outlets - it would have been nice to have 1-2 USB outlets by the bed or desk to charge devices.

The room was very clean, very spacious and well equipped. The staff was nice and they cleaned every day. Also, the breakfast was very good and a lot of variety to choose from. Location is approx 25 mins walk to the center.

The parking area is too small for the capacity of the hotel, if you arrive late during evening, you will not find a spot. They have an additional garage with 1 euro/hour, the staff requested us to park there, a bit disappointing as we were not informed during booking.
