Great location, close enough to the old town center, it was great for us as travelling by motorbike, so we could park right outside on the private parking and then displace everywhere. We also chose this hotel as it's within a walking distance to the BMW Motorrad representative that we had to visit for some assistance, so it suited us perfectly. Staff was great as well and upon arrival we were welcomed by Alex who also gave us some good suggestions on where to go for dinner and walk around in the old town, In fact everything was great and above expectations, the hotel itself, the location, the facilities, the rooms, the breakfast and the staff!

No negative remarks, everything was great as mentioned!

The breakfast was good with ample of choices. However, one very disturbing fact was that there only was one coffee machine for the special coffees. So if you did not want to settle with ordinary black coffee, you had to wait in a queue of sometimes 10 or more people. In a hotel that big, one coffee machine is not enough!

Tab water was a little yellow so you had to run the tab for along time before brushing your teeth. I think the hotel could have provided a bottle of water each day but there only was one on the day of arrival. Water from the shower was rather cold, too.

Nice spacious rooms and bathrooms. Staff attentive and friendly. Excellent location beside the exhibition centre.

Expensive during events. Room water bottles impossible to open. No vending machine so must buy from expensive small bar when someone turns up! The designer who put hideous metal prisonesque grids up as cladding should be removed from practice. They Look aesthetically terrible and with a set of these grid bars outside my window it was a terrible eye sore. Oh - a coffee making facility in the room would have helped a lot.

Very good looking hotel, the room was big and comfortable to use and looked very fresh. Also the breakfast area was really spacious and breakfast itself offered pretty big selection of different products that were very tasty

The only negative I can think about is location. The hotel is not very far from the center but it's about 30mins walk. Fortunately there's a bus stop very near to the hotel but you can't buy tickets nearby. The only option of course is to buy them in the bus but you need to remember you can buy only one ticket with a card and apparently cards with other currencies than euro don't work there. We had only one card with euro so that's why for us personally it was slightly inconvenient

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, good breakfast, comfortable bed. Perfectly positioned for the conference centre, frequent easy to use buses to the city centre. Good value for money.

I would have liked a kettle in my room. Location is great if you are attending a conference at the congress next door, but there arent many good restaurants etc nearby. (However it is easy to get there by bus and you really shouldnt miss the beautiful city centre!)

The breakfast was generous. We only stayed for one night, but it's worth noting that the hotel is quite far from the historic center — about a 25-minute walk — and located in a newly developed area. If you're visiting as a tourist and want to explore the old town and main attractions, this might not be the most convenient choice. However, the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. It’s more suitable for business trips or professional stays.

I would say that both me and my partner enjoyed everything throughout our whole stay. Room was very nice, everything was clean and breakfast was always perfect. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and helpful on each occasion. Probably this hotel has the best ratio quality/price from Bologna.

In some sense, the location. It is indeed perfect if you have a car (it is close to the tangenziale/ring road around Bologna). However, if you want to travel by bus, then there are only a limited amount of choices to be made. This doesn't imply that is impossible to get from the hotel to the city center, but you have to pay attention to which buses to take back from city center to the hotel during the evenings/nights. Our recommendation for future guests is to take bus number 28 back to the hotel, instead of 21 or any other options that Google Maps or any other app will tell you.

The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to the Conference Centre, which was extremely useful; it was also only a short 10min ride from the airport by taxi. The hotel also has a small gym, which is great when travelling for work. I also found a great running trail along the canal green-belt not too far from the hotel. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, which is sometimes not the case -thank you!

The room did not have a workspace area

Breakfast had a good variety of food and drink options with plenty of space to sit, the room was well spacious and the bathroom was of a good size, the location was great for the needs of my visit to access to the congress centre

The first use of the bathroom had me concerned, while it was of good size, the first use of the sink, and the shower started off with weird brown liquid coming out and had me concerned about the shower but after a minute of letting it flow it was good. The view out of the window was poor as it was looking at a petrol station and the car was was often heard through even closed windows.

The hotel is modern and new, the room was nicely furnished and clean. Breakfast is very good, many options and everything is very tasty. Overall hotel is good, but a bit further away from the city center and it takes almost the same time to take a bus or walk. However, it is only a 15 min ride with a taxi to the airport.

Probably, it doesn't have much to do with the hotel, but at 3 am some very loud people were screaming and arguing for a long time. I was trying to reach the front desk, but was unsuccessful.
