Modern, clean and cozy apartment, located on the 6th floor (with elevator) of a building in Via Donato Creti. It is about 20-25 minutes walk from Bologna train station and 5 minutes by bus. The area is well served by transport, with several buses passing close by. The apartment has 3 independent rooms. I stayed in one of those rooms, with a private bathroom. All amenities provided, with coffee, yogurt, water in the fridge and snacks/cookies in the room. Breakfast is available in the common access corridor to the 3 rooms, with coffee machine, juices, cake, milk and fruit. The communication of access and stay conditions was carried out in a practical, quick and intuitive way, via whatsapp. The code to access the interior of the accommodation was indicated and in the corridor, next to the door of each room, there is a small key safe, with the access key to the room. The room is spacious enough to take an extra bed where we stayed with our son. Comfortable beds and TV with Netflix available is a nice treat. The bathroom is very pleasant, with all the necessary items for hygiene and comfort available, including slippers. The shower cubicle is modern, excellent. I don't complain about the lack of water pressure, as I read in previous comments, however, the isolation of the water outside the shower area is not the best. Overall positive.

Access to the interior of the building is done by calling a telephone number provided at check-in (also by telephone/via Whatsapp). It complies, but in my opinion, face-to-face human contact is needed. I don't like the idea of having to make a call to open the door, but... it works. (requires battery phone...) Breakfast it is not very varied and goes little beyond the basics, fulfilling the minimums. For check-out, guests are asked to leave the key and money to pay the city tax in the key-safe. You should be aware of this fact, in order to have the right amount of money, preferably with as few coins as possible, so that everything fits inside.

Staff very friendly and easy to communicate with. Instructions provided were easy to follow and the taxi service to the airport was exceptional. Our baby had a lovely cot prepared and every detail was thought carefully. There is a big supermarket right outside and the train station is at 15 min walking from the property. Absolutely recommend this property!

The property is located on the 6th floor and there is a lift, but you need to go up some stairs to get to it (about 10 steps), that was challenging with a hold luggage and a pushchair.

Great location, modern fixtures, and a great use of space in the apartment. Belinda was very helpful and responsive while I was traveling and checking in. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I really liked the little kitchen set-up.

A very small thing - for the check-in instructions, it would be helpful to mention that you need to put the key card in the slot by the door to turn the power on — I think this is common in Europe, but not obvious to most American travelers.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Felt really good there, and appreciated the balcony and air con. It was easy to reach by bus from Bologna Centrala station, and you can walk it if you have half an hour. The property sends you information about how to get in when you arrive, and although it looks pretty complicated when you receive it, it all makes sense when you get there.

Couldn't find the wi-fi password anywhere. I had to ask the cleaning lady. It would be good if they put a little card somewhere obvious in the room, showing the password.

Very nice owner and flexible with arrival times with excellent communication. Clean bathroom and airconditioning were a big plus.

You get a typical Italian breakfast but if you don't like bread or pastries that much and you'd rather have some eggs, bacon and fresh fruit, you might be disappointed.

Cozy room and nice bathroom. Spar just opposite in the corner + Hamburger restaurant across the street. Easy parking. Possibility to make a coffee within the accomodation.

The matress could be harder or split in two parts.

There was water for us the the fridge. Nice bed. Enough towels.

No mugs for breakfast, coffee in a plastic cup is something weird. Everything for breakfast was from disposable materials.

rooms in a the 6 floor of a bualiding their is an elvator but tere 10 steps before it. the rooms are very clean and the comniaction with the Landlord is very easy by whatsup the breatfast served in coffee shop nearby and include hot or cold drink and one bakery or a pizza there is big supermarket 1 min from the bualiding there is parking lot in front with a cost of 7.5 euro per day 15min walk form the old city

water preurssre in the shower is very low

Localized near the train station, which makes it easy to visit Bologna center or other city. The host is very accessible and clears out to you the whole process, which makes it very simple. The breakfast is at a near coffee shop and it is amazing. The rooms have a balcony with a nice view.

The shower has low water pressure. Even though check-in was flawless and worked like expected, we were 3 guests but just 1 card, and only the main guest could call the phone number to open the main door (maybe my fault, since I just provided my phone number), but it was the first time I experienced this type of check-in. As a tip for the next guests: reach the owner and ask her to set all guests phone numbers to open the main door, that way you always have a backup.

Very clean and nice apartment, there one can find everything one needs (even a fridge and slippers). Breakfast was really nice in a cafe in the neighbourhood.

There were 2 single beds instead of one double bed. Apartment is quite far from the city center. Would be good to have an easier check in system (every time you want to enter the building - you have to call a special phone number). Otherwise all good.
