The bed was very comfortable, very clean room in general, nice and renovate. Has bidet,and you can use the fridge that is in a common area where you also can have a cookies, coffee or a tea as a breakfast.

Doesn't have elevator on the floor of the apartement, you have to climb stairs to reach the elevator and to the door of the apartment so I don't see the prorpose really just avoid a few stairs. And in your arrival with your suitcase, you have to do the 3 floor by stairs because the elavator use a key and of course you don't have it until you get into the apartment.

The stove didn’t work There was a tourist tax which were not informed about until checking in. The guy that was talking to us had a very bad communication. “I ask you to pay the tourist tax as requested, otherwise I will have to report the non-payment to the competent authorities, for the receipt you must give me your tax details” I said I want to pay the tax via bank transfer and he wrote this back to me which sounds very intruding and agresive.

The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious. The self check-in easily accessible.

The breakfast if you can call it this way, consisted in some packed pastry and in the fridge you can find yogurts . For coffe they provide un mochacino and some bad coffee, a espresso machine would be highly appreciated. Also i didn't like the fact that i reserved a deluxe room for 2 person, in the room there was an additional folding bed that occupied quite a lot of space in the room.

Great location, a short walk into the town centre of Bologna. Heaps of restaurants near by so you aren’t short of options. Very cute little apartment with heaps of space for luggage and personal items. Very modern, nice big bathroom, and bonus points for the washing machine! Host was super friendly and a great communicator!

Very nice room, spacious and stylish. It was nicely decorated, with a big bathroom, and ample wardrobe. The area is quiet and very nearby the city centre (by European standards I mean, we like to walk and we go walking or bicycling around Bologna all the time). The area near the accommodation is not very good looking because there is nothing to see but it is a nice place to rest and use as a reference point. The flat is very warm as well, and check-in and check-out were easy. Plus the landlord is very accommodating: he was giving us extra time for the checkout, was available to keep our luggage till noon and bought vegetal milk for us as we do not drink regular milk Good value for money. Recommended

The thing that can be improved in my opinion is breakfast. In fact, the only fresh options were some apples and some eggs. The rest was made from prepackaged snacks. I guess is a landlord's decision, it did not affect our journey so much as coffee and tea were but it is true that breakfast was the only development point for us.

The cleanliness of the place and kindness of the host. The possibility to use the kitchen. The location is very convenient. It is at a walkable distance to the centre and train station and very close to the Fiera exhibition centre (8 minute walk). The host does not libe there so it is best to get in touch in advance for check in arrangements. I found the host answering messages very promptly.

There aren't things I didn't like. I think the place is good value for money and meets expectations. It is not that easy to find as the sat nav takes you to the wrong side of via Stalingrado. Comments about the place being a bit noisy do not make much sense considering that it is clear that the place is on a busy road. In fact, for that location it is not noisy at all.

The apartment was very comfortable and it had everything that was needed.

The self check-in could have been done earlier. The shower had a clog that didn’t allow the water to drain properly. The AC wasn’t cooling. It would have been nice to have a heads up on the stairs to and from the elevator since we were carrying luggage.

Location was perfect and the bed was comfortable. The highlight of the room was the smart TV and balcony- late nights were very enjoyable and relaxing. Check in was very easy too.

The shower has no door so the bathroom is prone to flooding, and the shower is tricky to figure out how to use.

Clean, fairly well equipped, comfortable bed.

AC in bedroom inadequate. No living room, sofa etc. Didn't realize the possibility of a roommate in the second bedroom. Elevator key didn't work. A little challenging to find.

I've been thinking for a long time what to write here, except that the elevator only works with a special key, and the first ascent and last descent will be by stairs, nothing comes to mind
