Ok this is an absolutely amazing hostel. Brand new rooms. Incredibly clean. Everything works. Enormous kitchen space, bar, study rooms, cinema room etc etc. Baggage can be left. Staff there 24/7.

Due to the high quality of accommodation, this is a little bit pricey, for a hostel in my opinion. It’s also a little way from the station (10 mins) and a half hour walk to the centre. The walk feels a little scary after dark.

this place pleasantly surprised me and surpassed my expectations. the room is spacious and clean and new, there are clear instructions, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the amenities are great. there is a laundry room downstairs with a dryer. also it is a very happening hostel, and there was a party/bazaar on sunday night in the front yard, filled with young people. even though the music was blasting, i could barely hear it from my room on the second floor. i particularly booked this place because of the great price and close distance to the train station. hence be prepared that it will be about a half hour walk to the city center.

nothing! i very much loved this place and will book again if they are in any future cities i visit.

It was more than I expected. Cleanest hostel I have ever been in - lobby beds and toilets were all the time clean towels replaced daily. Comfy beds with lamps and electrical outlets, solid frames. AC in the rooms. Bar with great cocktails and tasty food (pasta quality was surprisingly good for hotels!) - all with good prices. Free wifi and WhatsApp group that help meeting new people. Easy transfer from/to airport (Marconi express for 12 eur and then 5-10min walk).

Only thing that would make this hostel better is something like one big table to force people to chat with each other - with many small tables outside everyone sits alone. WhatsApp group though works great for this purpose - thanks for that!

The staff were very friendly and available 24/7. The shower was great, and fresh towels were provided every day. Coffee and food are also very affordable. What I loved most was that the place has a WhatsApp group, making it super easy to meet up with other guests. I only discovered on my last day that there’s also a work/study room in the basement.

The location is convenient to Bologna Centrale Stazione (but it is still a 10-minute walk). But since it’s on the north side of the station, getting to the city center takes about 30-40 minutes on foot or 15-20 minutes by Bus 30.

A wonderful, clean, and cozy room near the train station. It's located in a green area, so you won't even notice there's a station nearby. The airport is a 20-minute ride on the Marconi Express. It's quiet and beautiful here. There's a bus stop nearby. Bus #30 will take you to the city center in 15 minutes. There are sun loungers and tables outside for an evening drink. The room is spotlessly clean. The mattress and pillow are comfortable. The staff is friendly. There are vending machines with water and snacks. In the morning, you can have coffee and fresh pastries. I am completely satisfied with my choice of hotel. I highly recommend it.Ideal location if you want to quickly get to the city center and the airport

Not only the room was clean and tidy, but the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The facilities exceeded my expectations, the provided services were satisfactory, and the whole staying including checking-in and out was smooth and fast! The breakfast provided did not have many options, but the service provided by the baristas make it up for it in case you do love coffee.

The breakfast provided did not contain gluten/milk free options, and although the coffee was amazingly done, I would not book the breakfast again as I still neeeded to keep buying and cooking safe food options for me despite also have paid for the breakfast, which made my experience a little bit frustrating, but nothing too bad as I've previously mentioned.

It was great to have access to the kitchen, shared rooms and the gardens, all of which very well equipped. The room was spacious and the window blinds really made it dark enough for a comfortable night. They also serve great coffee at the bar by the reception.

No additional pillows nor blankets were provided. In the night it got a little cooler for those thin blankets. Also I personally found the pillows and beds very uncomfortable. The bathtub and sink got flooded every time they were used. Water never really overflowed but it isn't pleasant to have your feet soaking in the already dirty water you showered in. Last but not least, be prepared for noisy nights as there are many students and the walls are thin.

Very comfy room for a family of 4 (2 adults/2 children), full AC with power shower and comfy beds (The kids loved the bunk beds). The staff were friendly and knowledgable. Hostel location, quiet space with a nice outdoor space to enjoy food and drinks.

Only slight issue is the location, especially if walking (especially past a certain time at night), Bologna Centrale underpass is closed which closes off the shortcut that can be used in the day to get to the hostels location. Generally happy to walk. However, this was longer than anticipated as a result of the underpass being closed off.

If you don't mind a place with not many frills, this place is a top choice! We booked a private room (not dorm), it was very spacious, super clean, somewhat minimalistic but very well organised, and also quiet, facing the back with no noise whatsoever and amazing blackout blinds (Italy does that so right!). Beds perhaps a little soft for me but not too much, depends on preference anyway. We had a good sleep in any case. The place is very big but it works, and the guests are varied, from young backpackers to families, so the vibe is way beyond hostel, in a good way! We didn't have breakfast included but we purchased coffee and croissant from the bar. It is also possible to choose a buffet breakfast for 10 euros but we didn't require that (by the way didn't seem to have cooked items like eggs etc., if people require that then it might not be the right choice for them). The bar is open all day so you can buy a drink and sit at the nice area outside, shame we didn't have a lot of time for that. The location is kind of at the back of the train station + 10 minutes walk, very convenient if you're there for the trains but also not far to cross the station and get into the city centre. It's not the prettiest of walks but it is totally okay. And finally, shout-out to the staff! Everyone was so friendly, pleasant, professional and efficient and helpful, it makes the place that little bit more special.

There was nothing that I didn't like. It delivers what it promises!

When booking the room, there was no option for a double room with a single bed. I tried asking staff if that can be changed, and Nicolas was very nice to switch us to another room. The room was very spacious and very clean. And the bed was one of the biggest and nicest I've ever slept on. The room is also very quiet, although that is expected given the location.

One small downside is the location -- it's slightly away from the city center and hidden in its own corner. So to get to the city is the short 5-8 minutes walk near the train tracks (inactive), and then you either take the bus or go around the central railway station, which also takes time. But nevertheless, it's a small downside of a otherwise great hostel!
