The room was comfortable and big enough, with a large bed with a comfortable mattress. The location is a bit out of the center, but still in walking distance (30 minutes) and also train station is in walking distance (20 minutes). The staff is friendly. The hotel is not the newest, but the rooms are clean and perfect for traveling for work.

The coffee machine was out of order, but there was a possibility to order coffee to the staff. Breakfast was very simple, but enough good for a day start. A/C was loud when automatically started from time to time.

The hotel was very pleasant and the room clean, spacious and in a good shape. Staff was helpful and friendly, and there were nice amenities available. (One could use the dining room coffee machine throughout the day; there was a small gym, etc.) Also, the surroundings are peaceful and quiet and there is a supermarket nearby. The breakfast was nice, although probably not to everyone's liking. There is a bus stop very close to the hotel.

The distance from the city center is quite large and it is advisable to use bus or taxi to reach it. A good thing is that the bus stop is nearby, although the frequency of departures is not very high. Also, the hotel is not exactly cheap. (Not too pricey either, however.)

We stayed for one night while passing through and the hotel turned out to be very convenient for this: close to the highway, parking, 24-hour reception, excellent breakfast, polite staff.

It would be great if the amount including tax was indicated or how much to prepare was noted; at the time of departure, this may be a surprise for those who do not often visit such cities in Italy. But thanks to the staff, they explained everything clearly.

The hotel staff was accommodating and allowed check-in 2h early since we were with a toddler, and they were very friendly in general. The room was ok, not as large as some other guests here mentioned, but since we only stayed one night it was fine. Free breakfast was pretty good and they serve fresh-made cappuccino if you ask (not the one from the coffee machine, eve though that one isn't bad either).

The room could use a touch-up. It was clean and all, just a bit aged. We used Uber to get to the city center (around 20€) since it'd be a roughly 1h walk with a toddler.

Helpful personnel & clean, quiet rooms. The location is very good, as it is not directly in the city center, but quickly & easily reached via bus. A bus stop of a line that can take you to the main train station, as well as old town is almost directly by the hotel. A supermarket is also nearby at walking distance.

More variety with breakfast options would be appreciated.

I highly recommend the HC3 Hotel in Bologna for your next stay. During my visit, I had an incident where I left my iPad in the room, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to promptly send it back to me, covering all the expenses. The customer service was excellent, and they offered complimentary coffee, tea and snacks throughout the day. The rooms were immaculately clean, and Bologna as a city is truly beautiful, making it an ideal destination for your trip.

Staff spoke perfect English and were very friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options. Room was relatively clean. Location-wise it's in a residential area next to the hippodrome, pretty quiet all around.

There was a little bit of mold in the shower. Not much parking also. All in all, a bit overpriced for what it offers.

It was very clean, fresh and white blankets. The bathroom was big and you really had enough space. The stuff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. The breakfast was really great, fresh and tasty. The location was also amazing, close to the bus stop, which took you to the city center. There was a pizza place very close to the hotel,with an amazing pizza. The hotel also offered a free drive from the airport to the hotel with an very exclusive Mercedes car. It was very compofartable. Overall I was very satisfied and recommend it.

In the room I missed the shoe-horn and there were no slippers, which is in a 4 star hotel expected. Except of that I could hear whenever someone was walking on the floor outside of the room. I would say it was a bit noisy. Also there was a coffee machine, but you can use it only after 6:15am until midnight. We had an early flight and a coffee would have been amazing before leaving the place. Except of those it was really great.

BReakfast was amazing and the room was really clean and nice. The person in charge of check-in was particularly nice and helped us a lot to choose a restaurant.

It would have been great to have some facilities to do sport or a bit more space in the room. That's it ! Sorry I can't add anything else.

I liked the hotel, the room, the service. Staff was really good.

Well, the hotel staff did their best when it was very cold and the central heating was turned off - they provided extra blankets. Luckily, the next day the central heating was on - problem solved.
