location was perfect and near the airport.

didn't have much to see or anything within walking distance. have to use taxi, or shuttle service to the airport in order to take train. or one could walk to the bus stop to get downtown, or anywhere you like to go. Just make sure to plan it out beforehand.

It was close to the airport which was important for us, and the 24h staff verry helpfull. We loved the toasties at the cafe, very good service. The fridge was nice and could store a few things to keep them chilled.

Bathroom was ok, although having an anti slip mat might have been a good idea in the bath and the hight of the toilet flush was a bit tough and too high for a disabled person to use. The closeness to the forrest this time of year meant a few mosquitoes and the like snuck their way in which was a bit of a nuisance esp. for a person with an allergy reaction to bug bites. Bit surprised there wasn't a complimentarry tea/coffe and kettle, but it seems to be rare in hotels in Spain so could be a culture difference.

I chose to stay here on our last evening in Bologna as we had an early flight back home. Check in was fine. Room is showing age, facilities acceptable. It had a fridge with a couple small bottles of free water. No kettle. Benefit of a free transfer running roughly every 15mins between 4:45am to 8am (there are other times later in the day and couple later in the evening). The transfer runs from the front of the hotel to the airport which takes a few minutes. We took the very first transfer of the day scheduled at 4:45am and it was late, didn't leave till 4:57am. We weren't rushing but one lady was a little more concerned and had to raise it with front desk who didn't have a number for the driver. The hotel did what I needed it for. It's 20 mins to the city by cab.

FlyOn is very near the airport and is our choice to stay for a night when we arrive on a late flight or have an early morning flight. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, we had an excellent meal in the restaurant. The rooms are a good size with a refrigerator (but no kettle or coffee making facilities), comfortable beds and great showers. The circulation area is modern, very attractive and comfortable, looking out onto woods. The free airport shuttle is a bonus, and there is now a fast monorail train directly to Bologna station, which is a walk from the centre of town.

The rooms are a little tired now and could do with updating. The airport shuttle doesn't run in the afternoon or early evening.

Before booking, I had read several reviews where people were only moderately satisfied with their stay here. Our experience, however, was completely different – we were very pleased with this hotel. The shuttle service runs on a fixed timetable, which makes it really easy to get to and from the airport. Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. Our room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped with amenities such as a TV, bathtub, slippers, and more. We chose this hotel because we had an early flight the next morning, and it was perfect for a restful night. Even though the hotel is close to the airport, the building is designed in such a way that you don’t hear any aircraft noise at all.

A couple of small downsides: the furniture feels a bit dated for a 4-star hotel, and the bathtub wasn’t as clean as expected. Luckily, we had brought our own slippers from home, which made it less of an issue, but I wouldn’t recommend using the tub barefoot. Overall, the location, shuttle service, and quiet atmosphere made this a great choice for our overnight stay before flying out.

The front desk was helpful and available whenever needed. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Breakfasts were tasty, and the hotel’s restaurant served good-quality meals. A free shuttle bus to the airport is available, and the hotel also offers free parking during your stay with plenty of space. Additionally, the hotel is reasonably priced, making it a great value for what it offers.

Although the hotel is located close to the airport, walking there is challenging due to the lack of sidewalks along a busy road. The shuttle bus only operates during specific hours, and there are long gaps throughout the day when it doesn't run. Additionally, there was an incident where our room door was left open by staff and remained that way for most of the day. While nothing was stolen, the situation left a bad impression.

The facilities at the hotel were absolutely fine for our one night stay, prior to an early flight the following morning. It was quiet, located perfectly for the airport and the staff were efficient and friendly. We ate in the restaurant, for which we had read varying reports. In our opinion it was very good, although perhaps a bit pricey. After our holiday we returned to the hotel for one night and experienced similar reactions. We didn't dine there but had a snack at the bar. It is certainly a hotel we would not hesitate to use again if flying from Bologna.

There wasn't really anything that we did not like. It was a hotel which perfectly fitted our needs, both pre and post flight.

The hotel was lovely. Very clean, big rooms and lovely staff. The free shuttle service was brilliant, really quick, great service by the staff in all areas. We didn’t use any additional facilities due to arrival time. But would stay again happily. Bearing in mine you were right next to the airport you wouldn’t know it. No noise from outside at all.

Only 2 negatives for me. The shuttle was great but it doesn’t run between lunch until 9pm. Which considering check in is at 3pm is a little odd. If you don’t have a car it doesn’t seem safe to walk too. And the second, no tea and coffee making facilities. Which I was surprised by because that is standard in the UK. I didn’t even think to check the list when booking. So it caught me off guard. But the bar offers tea in travel cups to take to rooms.

However, getting to the hotel can be a challenge, especially if you arrive late at night. There’s no proper pedestrian path from the airport, so walking can be difficult and even unsafe. Alternatively, you’ll need to take a taxi for a very short ride. Despite this inconvenience, I would recommend the hotel for its comfort and service — just be prepared for the short but tricky journey from the terminal.

The hotel overall was ok. The location and airport shuttle both great.qlso the rooms were clean, warm, and big. What we didn't like: - we had a badroom with a king size bed (i also mentioned this ar reception) but there were 2 small matrices instead of a big one. This was very unconfortable because i slept with 2 small kids and i was in the midlle. There was a big space and hole in the middle. - the blankets were coverd with sheets, they were not inside the sheet, and closed. , and in the night this was supper anoing be ause the blanket would come out. - in the bathroom, the sink was geting flooded and dirt would come from the pipes
