Breakfast was very good, quite a bit of choice, fresh bread and croissants. Nike savoury tart with vegetables. Bed was super comfy, and the shower was great. Easy to regulate airco. Perfect location if you need to go to the University hospital (Policlinico) or to the Via Campi UniMORE university campus, and very conveniet bus stop to and from the city center, right in front of the door (the bus work tapping a bank card, so no need to get tickets)

More savoury choices for breakfast would have been nice, and descriptions of what is available in English beside Italian ( I am Italian, but luckily there are more and more foreign visitors in Modena). Less plastic use would also be a good idea, flimsy plastic beakers on the sink, wrapped in more plastic, and plastic water bottles at the breakfast self-service. Water in Modena is perfectly safe and drinkable, a caraffe or 2 of water in place of disposable bottles for regular water, and glass bottles for sparkling water would be nice.

Is a must to talk with him !!! He loves tasty food and gives u all the best advices around Modena (how to park, where to go ) is a pitty i do not remember his name ! (bold a little extra and an amazing smile with round glomourous reading glasses) We arrived at night around 8pm went to have dinner DANILO at the old town a must to try !!! The hotel is outdated and breakfast is ok at least has healthy options and good coffee (fresh fruit, yoghurt, ham cheese and different breads) The staff is the best of that place, no doubts, the place has free parking available and if u are without a car is not so close to the old town, u will need a ride. The bed was comfortable and the shower great preasure ! Good value

That the entire place looks that needs more love and better taste of deco. Is very outdated. Dont expect something nice.

I liked everything , it's a great place to stay. Beautifully arranged lobby area, breakfast included and dogs allowed, free parking just outside. The reception staff is very helpful and caring. Grazie 🫶

If you are taller than 175 cm, it worth booking a double bed room, as the single beds are quite short.

For a three star hotel it was really good, the staff are very nice and helpful. The location is good since it is close to the university and 20 mins walk to the city center. Right in from of the hotel bus number 7 goes to the central station.

The breakfast was quite limited and it can be improved.

Staff were super gentle at all times. Shower is good.

There was a certain smell of cigarettes but it goes away after opening the window.
