We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The property is beautiful, very clean and well-maintained, with a lovely swimming pool and plenty of space to relax. The private kitchen was very convenient and fully equipped. The breakfasts were tasty and nicely prepared. The host was extremely kind and attentive — he was always in touch, gave us helpful tips and recommendations, and even drove us to our hotel free of charge. We truly appreciated his hospitality and care. We highly recommend this villa, especially if you are travelling by car.

The only downside is that if you are travelling without a car, the location may be inconvenient. The sandy beach is quite far, and since we stayed at the end of the season, many shops and restaurants nearby were already closed, so it was difficult to get food or reach the beach without a vehicle.

A perfect place to unwind after a busy trip. The outdoor areas and pool are well maintained. My room was comfortable, great to have a kitchen with separate access. The breakfast was yummy with a big variety of sweet and savoury options.

Parking was across the road on a street however seemed safe enough. The area is very quiet however I could hear guests when they sat outside my room.

Everything was excellent. The accommodation is very beautiful, with a great swimming pool set in a stunning environment, lovingly cared for by the owners. It is also a perfect base for trips by car to Noto, Marzamemi, or the Vendicari nature reserve

I would like to see fresh bread, vegetables ( like a tomato, cucumber) and some more white – cottage cheese. However it is a beautiful place with very nice service! I recommend it !

Very clean and organized. A very short walk to the sea, close to a sandy beach and neiboring towns. Good continental breakfast.

Nothing to not like.

Location excellent for great snorkeling, like swimming in an aquarium. Room had everything you needed, was comfortable and clean with two bathrooms in our apartment. Garden/pool area was immaculate and great for relaxing in the July heat. A great base for exploring the area. Every local we came across was so friendly and helped us with getting to know the area. Wonderful pizza restaurant few minutes drive down the road. Excellent bakery a few minutes walk away. Beautiful beach nearby... An all round great stay!

Walking distance supermarket veryp expensive compared with our other five stops on our scicily road trip, nothing to do with host, but worth noting. Best to find a chain supermarket on the way if self catering. Other than that just perfect!
