The facilities and surroundings were very well kept. Food was also very good.

The resort mainly caters for Italians. Even though I speak fluent Italian, it was hard for my husband to ask for what he needed as no one really spoke in English and also for my son to join kids club for the same reason. You pay for these facilities and you cannot really use them. Also I believe we weren't given enough information about what the voi family club really included. Nonetheless we had a lovely time.

Combination of facilities, wonderful beach, short shuttle, very good food. Helpful and nice personal. A lot of options for activities and relax.

The humidity in the room was high level and doors of the balcony can’t be partly opened for ventilation. No mosquito coverage of the doors/windows. The breakfast was the same every morning but delicious.

Food and service at the restaurant are the best I have experienced in an all-inclusive. All resort staff are extremelly friendly and always willing to assit. Arenella beach is fantastic, with christal clear, very calm waters, and we always found available sunbeds. The resort area is well planned and everything is very spacious, including the room as well as all the common areas.

The check-in took a bit too long, although the personnel were polite and friendly. The shuttle train between the beach and the resort at times could not keep up with the number of guests, and a couple of times we had to wait until the next round, which took some time. Reducing the interval between the rounds might be sufficient to adjust the shuttle service to the demand.

The greenery all over the resort. The polite, welcoming, happy staff. The clean rooms and common areas. The food, the coffee, the pool areas...everything was nice!

Too much chlorine in the pool, my hair turned green and all my kids swimsuits are ruined.

Great food, clean environment, beautiful pools and green open areas. Animation staff , waiters and chefs all friendly with a big smile on their face. Loved the acqua gym.

Nothing to complain about

Superb breakfast and dinner. A high quality stay. The greatest asset is the staff who are amazing in what they do. It is clear that the management invested heavily in customer care. All the employees, from the receptionists to the golf cart drivers, restaurant managers and animator team leaders show genuine care and go out of their way to please. They also look to be enjoying themselves and are proud in what they do.

The single beds in the quadruple classic room were not too comfortable.

Food was varied and really good. The big plus we’re the people: everybody was always super nice and helpful and made us feel at home.

Our room was next to the bar so there was loud music every evening. The music was nice but it was difficult to get the children to sleep.

Big resort, nice gardens, 3 swimming pools (not heated), sandy beach and platform for snorkelling.

Limited dining options and sport/ animation off season- end May. Good food but repetitive and not much choice.

The food was delicious with a lot of variety everyday including gluten free (certified) options for my spouse. All the staff, from the receptionist, waitress, entertainment was extremely friendly. The sea, which is accessible by 5 minute walk or 2 minutes by shuttle bus, is beautiful and the 2 swimming pools were big and clean. The entertainment was very nice for both adults and kids which includes sports, evening events and activities for kids. The (refurbished) triple room was spacious enough and comfortable. The service at breakfast, lunch and dinner was both fast and friendly.

Most of the activities were italian spoken only (especially the daily entertainment); there should be more attention to foreign speaking visitors.
