Excellent location, all very well maintained and clean. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet (although we did stay during low season). Quality of food on offer is really good for a buffet, and there's a lot of choice. There are two pools and the lovely, sandy beach can be reached on foot (5-10 minutes) or by a free train shuttle. Beautiful vegetation and flowers all around. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Little to no use of plastic, which is great. Very cheap daily shuttle service to Siracusa/Ortigia is a plus!

The restaurant can get quite overcrowded at breakfast and dinner in busy weeks. The resort is going for eco-friendly bath products with small solid detergents/soaps that can be quite tricky and fiddly to use. It would be great if the gate to the beach could be accessible outside of the standard hours 9.00am-7.00pm for those who fancy an early or late swim. Unfortunately prices are really high in July and August :(

The resort is very beautiful, well maintained. Facilities are excellent, enjoyed Aqua aerobics, entertainment at night, friendly helpful staff, the very tastefully designed houses, no high rise buildings, pools are gorgeous.

The busyness of the main restaurant, queuing for water, not enough drinks dispensers.

I liked the facilities of the resort, it was clean and well kept. The apartment I had exceed my expectation.

Breakfast was too early for holiday, in my opinion. The walk when you are in the furthest apartment can be a bit of a pain

The resort mainly caters for Italians. Even though I speak fluent Italian, it was hard for my husband to ask for what he needed as no one really spoke in English and also for my son to join kids club for the same reason. You pay for these facilities and you cannot really use them. Also I believe we weren't given enough information about what the voi family club really included. Nonetheless we had a lovely time.

Combination of facilities, wonderful beach, short shuttle, very good food. Helpful and nice personal. A lot of options for activities and relax.

The humidity in the room was high level and doors of the balcony can’t be partly opened for ventilation. No mosquito coverage of the doors/windows. The breakfast was the same every morning but delicious.

Very expensive for half board. Would have been happy if that price had been all inclusive.

Food and service at the restaurant are the best I have experienced in an all-inclusive. All resort staff are extremelly friendly and always willing to assit. Arenella beach is fantastic, with christal clear, very calm waters, and we always found available sunbeds. The resort area is well planned and everything is very spacious, including the room as well as all the common areas.

The check-in took a bit too long, although the personnel were polite and friendly. The shuttle train between the beach and the resort at times could not keep up with the number of guests, and a couple of times we had to wait until the next round, which took some time. Reducing the interval between the rounds might be sufficient to adjust the shuttle service to the demand.

Great food, clean environment, beautiful pools and green open areas. Animation staff , waiters and chefs all friendly with a big smile on their face. Loved the acqua gym.

Nothing to complain about

The greenery all over the resort. The polite, welcoming, happy staff. The clean rooms and common areas. The food, the coffee, the pool areas...everything was nice!

Too much chlorine in the pool, my hair turned green and all my kids swimsuits are ruined.
