The location was great On a map it seems out of town But everything is 10-15 minutes by car and you have parking Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations Everything you need to know is there if you want to cook etc

The bed was soft but that is a personal preference and we had some internet problems that that it with Italy’s idea of the internet Not the facility

I was alone at the moment I was there. For a solo traveler very spacious.

The lights are very light. The accommodation could do with some warm light. The kitchen equipment is always a problem in places like this. There is enough to make a decent meal but don’t invite your friends for a three course meal. I read in one of the reviews about funny noises. That could be because there is some room between the roof and the tiles and birds (there are swallows) might nestle there. See picture.

Property was clean, contact with host quick via whatsapp. Host was speaking good English. Good place to go to Syracusa and near beaches. Nice outdoor area, well equipped kitchen. Good price quality ratio. We liked it so much that we stayed one day longer.

You could smell that someone was smoking inside the room. Washing machine was not working.

-host was very nice and helpful -outside seating area is great and relaxing -apartment has plenty of space

-it was a bit cold as the heater didn't manage to heat up rooms but they have good duvets so we managed. however duvets should have covers for hygienic purposes

The place was very clean , well kept and all the facilities were working. Washing machine, stoves, Tv, and cooking area. The garden was very green with amazingly smelling flowers. The check in super easy with the indications of the owner. Position just 10 min by car from the center and 5 min from Lidl supermarket.

Honestly we felt very good .

Unfortunable wlan is not working most of the time and the management does not reply on our request to solve the problem.

Nice territory with table to sit outside. Host is nice, but leaves you to operate completely independently, which is very good. All the kitchen utensils and even beach umbrella available. Nice base to explore Siracuse and nearby beaches, if you are travelling by car.

The rooms where very clean and the host was very helpful in fact he even drove us into town to avoid using the motorcycles and he even come to pick us up. We truly appreciate what he did for us.

the accommodation near Syracuse was a pleasant place, close to the city and nice beaches, the apartment was very spacious, well equipped, with a pleasant terrace, we felt very comfortable

Price was very convenient. It is around 15 minutes drive to the center of Siracusa.Il prezzo conveniente lontano dal centro di Siracusa solo 15 minuti in auto.
