The guests are super lovely and welcoming, they showered us around there beautiful garden and gave us some maps of places to visit around sicily. The floors are super clean and loved the tiles. The bathroom shower was amazing and hot, just how we love it. The bedroom itself was very lovely and quite a very private space. The bed was super comfy for us and we both had amazing sleep. The breakfast was completely amazing and the host for the breakfast was very helpful. We've travel through sicily and comparing where we have stayed, this is the best place we stayed at and that's saying something.

Amazing place nothing bad to say.

This is a small family run hotel with 8 rooms. We stayed 10 nights mid September. A taxi was included from the airport. Sicilian breakfast wonderful. We tried the traditional evening menu. Grandad was a professional chef & grandmother makes the home made cakes. Highly recommend the homemade pasta dish & lemon cake. Large portions. Nicely decorated & individual rooms. Comfortable bed plenty hot water. Electric Mosquito device supplied (but you need to use body spray repellent if outside of an evening). Kettle & cups provided in room upon request. (Bring own tea bags). There is a large outdoor dining table on the pool terrace. We purchased bread & items for a cold buffet (& milk/ water) some evenings from local bakery/ deli & enjoyed the terrace. You can borrow cutlery & plates. gardens are well tended & the pool is worth a dip in the evening. Beach & waterfront fish restaurants quick walk through cut through. (Not best beach in area though).Easy to use the bus to Syracusa. (Use the app). Buses are frequent from outside the hotel or waterfront (get there via a short cut through.) You can also easily get to caves/ nature area. Good for snorkelling. Either walk or catch a bus.(landmark that boats charge to visit). There is a long sandy beach that is easily to get to in next resort up. (Bus).

We would recommend but for one thing. The hotel could be noisy at night because, I think the room walls are only partition stud walls. So you could easily hear everything happening next door & the welcoming of guests late evening. You can not walk to Syracusa because part of the journey is on a busy main road without paths. Not directly near hotel. The hosts 2nd language is not British which may be a problem to some people. They do use Google Translator & we all got by. Not a problem to us. The hosts do offer transfer to Syracusa but this is not a shuttle service & you will be charged at the end of your holiday. There is no mini market in the area so you can not easily stock up on anything other than very basic supplies. Best to bring back from Syracusa each trip. We got by OK.

It was a 100% sicilian experience♥️ the landlord and his family were extra nice and by the way they cook incredibly good food! The fish there is something else! Go and try their meals ( you have to mention in advance, better in the morning). They clean the room everyday and you can have your towels changed everyday as well if you drop them on the floor before you leave the room.

Nothing to complain about

A very relaxing stay. Breakfast was lots of fresh fruit, cooked meats and cakes. Lovely garden with terrapins in a pond. Swimming pool a great bonus. You can have dinner here which must me ordered in the morning as the fish is bought fresh. Excellent dinner - heartily recomend it. We really enjoyed our stay . Its a very quiet area and very peaceful. Safe parking on the street outside

The room was a good size, clean and comfortable with a dual aspect balcony. Breakfast was exceptional with a great choice. The owners were very helpful and friendly and we were given lots of information.

A little too far out to walk to local restaurants especially in the scorching heat we experienced but very easy to reach by car.

Our hosts were very nice people and the breakfast was excellent. For this stay we had a much better room with a balcony, which was nice, even though the view is not anything special. We asked for a kettle in our room and we received one, along with a bottle of water, as they said do not use the tap water.

You can hear everything that is said in the adjoining room. The walls are not soundproofed. The room doors have glass panels which although quite attractive, obviously allow light in which doesn't help if you like sleeping in a dark room. If your planning to go into Siracusa in the evening, from this location, in August, you will be in a lot of traffic if you go before 9pm.

Clean spacious room with a big balcony. Nice buffet breakfast with plenty of options, and a lovely little terrace/garden area (with turtles!) to enjoy over breakfast. Pool was also lovely, and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is ideal if you have a car - short drive to Syracuse, and also close to Noto and some lovely beaches along the coast. Nice quiet beach a 12min walk away also.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The owners were great, welcoming. The place was nice with outside pool. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic as the pastries was homemade, I was always looking forward to next morning. Only thing what was not that good for us, we haven't had a car ( seems like a mistake in all Sicily) if you not planing known places and cities. But we get to Siracusa by the bus pretty easily. And the coast around property was stunnin, and highly recommend to visit Punta della Mola.

Getting around without the car is not really easy and if you planing to get around with the bus, you looking for a small adventure.

Well laid out. Easy to access. Pool was nice.

Too much and many nick nacks. The whole property lobby, hallway, bedrooms and dining area was extremely overloaded with what I would call ‘nice’ junk. It was just overwhelming to wake up to and experience throughout the property.

With parking on the street outside this property, you are greeted by the smell of Jasmine and the beauty of a well kept garden. Carmelo welcomed us warmly and we chatted for hours with him in the garden after settling in to our spotlessly clean and large bedroom. He is also a chef and prepared breakfast (included) and an a la carte dinner (additional cost) of authentic Sicilian food. Unfortunately, we could only stay one night as it was booked out for the next few nights. A wonderful B&B located in a great area ideal for exploring the local region.
